Help, I'm in Another World and All the Men Are So Hot! [BL]-Chapter 172: Fallen and Found
Tis’a thought there was no need to leave anything for the humans who had attacked them, but his Second Brother was far too honorable for that.
The night they were caught was just like any other when Tis’a and his brothers had "borrowed" food to survive.
Late at night, a noise woke Tis’a from his sleep, and he found them surrounded by torches.
Under normal circumstances, this wouldn’t have happened. But after days without proper food or rest, their senses had dulled, leaving them vulnerable.
As they readied their weapons and prepared to fight their way out at any cost, a plump, smiling human emerged from the ring of torches.
Although Tis’a couldn’t understand the human’s words, the man held out bread and what looked like dried meat.
The human raised both of his hands high and smiling warmly, showing he meant no harm to them. Slowly, he approached, placing the bread and meat in front of Tis’a before stepping back cautiously.
Was it safe to eat?
Tis’a’s stomach growled, louder than his caution. It had been days since they’d eaten properly, and the single bite of bread earlier that day had only worsened his hunger.
He glanced at the smiling man, who gestured kindly, as if urging them to eat.
"...Thank you," Tis’a’s Second Brother finally said, bowing his head. He took a small bite of the bread, savoring it, then cautiously tasted the dried meat. After a moment, he nodded to the others, indicating it was safe.
Relief washed over Tis’a. Sharing the bread and meat his brother handed him, he devoured the food eagerly.
It was delicious.
Even the simple taste of dried meat, after so long, was enough to bring tears to his eyes.
The humans seemed to relax as they watched Tis’a and his brothers eat.
When they finished, the smiling man beckoned them to follow.
After a moment of hesitation, Tis’a and his brothers exchanged glances and nodded.
Perhaps, in the depths of despair, they all wanted to believe in the kindness they had just been shown.
Tis’a and his brothers sheathed their weapons and, following the smiling man’s lead, entered the village.
And just like that, they were captured.
...
When Tis’a awoke, the first thing he saw was the smiling man’s face.
After being invited into a house and eating a meal, sleepiness had overtaken him. By the time he realized it, he had been bound hand and foot and left lying on the ground.
He thought the food had been safe—his brother had tested it—but then noticed a faintly sweet scent clinging to his body.
It seemed the room had been filled with a strong sleeping incense.
The relief of escaping despair had left them far too careless.
Looking around, Tis’a realized he was in a windowless room, different from where they’d eaten, and his brothers were nowhere to be seen.
"Where are my brothers?!" he demanded.
He glared at the man, whose smile had twisted into a sneer.
The man reached for Tis’a’s clothes, but Tis’a thrashed and pushed him away.
If only he weren’t bound, Tis’a thought, he’d kill the man with his bare hands.
His defiance earned him a brutal kick to the stomach.
"Gah!"
The man didn’t stop there. He kicked Tis’a over and over, pain searing through his body. Bound as he was, all Tis’a could do was curl up to protect himself.
His entire body ached, and tears streamed down his face.
Then, the man reached for his clothes again, tearing away the ceremonial attire that Tis’a’s father had given him, leaving him naked.
After that, the man inflicted unbearable pain on him.
Tis’a didn’t want to remember what happened next. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦
It was enough to make him think that if living meant enduring this, he would rather die.
...
A soft sensation touched Tis’a’s lips, and a liquid flowed into his mouth.
It was sweet.
Without resistance, he swallowed the liquid as it was fed to him.
As his vision cleared, he saw a man leaning over him and giving him the drink mouth-to-mouth.
For a brief moment, Tis’a thought of biting the man’s lips, but the gentle feeling of a hand stroking his head melted away the thought.
The man was crying while looking down at him with concern.
What was this human?
Despite not understanding, being held by this man filled Tis’a with an inexplicable sense of calm.
It was nothing like the repulsive feeling he got from the man that has been deceiving them.
The crying man continued to stroke his head while feeding him the liquid, then eventually moved away.
Tis’a who is longing for the comfort, followed the man with his eyes.
He saw the man move on to his Sixth Brother, holding him and feeding him the liquid in the same way.
Behind the man feeding Tis’a, he saw his Fourth and Third Brothers, and further back, his Second Brother.
Everyone looked exhausted, but for some reason, Tis’a felt a strange sense of reassurance.
He then closed his eyes.
...
From that day forward, Tis’a and his brothers became vassals to Master Damien who took them in.
To humans, they were considered slaves, but Tis’a didn’t care. His life belonged to Master Damien anyway.
Under Master Damien’s care, they were allowed to live peacefully.
Although Tis’a was curious about what had had happened to his tribe, a human named Sebas promised to investigate it for him, so Tis’a left it to him.
It might sound cold, but Master Damien had become their entire world. His presence consumed all their attention.
Occasionally, Sebas shared updates, but the news was never good—many tribe members had died or been enslaved.
Still, Tis’a chose to trust Sebas, who claimed he would handle it somehow.
That was how preoccupied they were with serving Master Damien.
Their Lord, for all his warmth, seemed deeply lonely.
Whenever Tis’a or his brothers appeared sad, Master Damien would rush to their side, but when left unnoticed or lost in thought, he often looked forlorn himself.
