Chapter 78: The Bathhouse Routine

Damien withdrew his hand, though he thought he caught a fleeting moment of disappointment in Leonide’s expression. Was it just his imagination?

"Next!" Lysander, another servant, raised his hand eagerly, clearly inspired by the scene.

Damien sighed inwardly. Where had all their earlier calm, competent demeanor gone?

Damien actually found the current situation easier to handle compared to the stiff formalities he had expected.

"Yes, Lysander?" he said.

Lysander stepped forward and suggested, "Since the bath might be longer because of the massage, I’m concerned about dehydration. I think it’s important to hydrate before the massage."

Damien nodded thoughtfully. Staying hydrated during long baths was definitely important, though he wondered if it would really be necessary to bathe for that long in the first place.

"Yeah, as someone who’s almost passed out from dehydration before, that’s definitely a good call. Let’s do that," he agreed. Lysander’s suggestion made sense, and Damien figured it was worth implementing.

Lysander looked up at Damien with hopeful eyes, but when Damien didn’t immediately respond beyond his approval, Lysander’s expression gradually fell, looking disappointed.

Ah, Damien thought, realizing what was expected. He reached out and gave Lysander a pat on the head. Instantly, Lysander’s face brightened with joy. Damien didn’t dwell on it too much and gave him a few more pats, just like he had with Leonide.

"Yes!" came another voice—this time from Lucian.

"Alright, Lucian, go ahead," Damien said, turning to him.

"Uh, yes! I, um... oh! Essential oils! I think we should add essential oils to the bath! I heard it helps with relaxation and getting rid of fatigue!" Lucian exclaimed, clearly coming up with the idea on the spot.

Damien raised an eyebrow. "Essential oils? What are those?" He hadn’t come across the term before, and even the translation device around his neck didn’t help.

"Uh... it’s like a nice-smelling oil," Lucian explained, though his explanation was pretty vague, and it seemed even he wasn’t too sure about it.

Sebas stepped in to provide a more thorough answer. "Essential oils are fragrant oils extracted from flowers, herbs, and other plants. As Marston suggested, they can be added to bathwater for relaxation, or used like perfume. They are also sometimes used medicinally. I have indeed heard that they have excellent calming effects. We had not planned on using them today, but if it pleases you, we can certainly include them."

Hearing this more detailed explanation, Damien felt reassured. Although essential oils sounded a bit fancy and expensive, Sebas hadn’t raised any concerns about using them. Since it was Lucian’s idea, Damien decided it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try. He glanced over at Theo, who gave a slight, reluctant nod of approval, though his expression was a little sour. Damien chuckled to himself—Theo probably didn’t want any other scent to interfere with how much he loved Damien’s natural scent.

"Alright, Sebas, please add the essential oils. Lucian, that was a great idea. Well done," Damien said, giving Lucian a head pat, too.

Although not as openly expressive as the others, Lucian still looked pleased, and Damien figured that was good enough.

Now, all that remained was Lorenzo.

When their eyes met, Lorenzo hesitantly raised his hand.

"Yes, Lorenzo?" Damien prompted.

"Um... I thought that... perhaps you should enter the bath soon, so you don’t catch a cold, Master," Lorenzo suggested timidly.

Of all the suggestions, Damien realized that this was by far the most sensible.

"Yeah, you’re right... I should probably get in before I catch something," Damien sighed, wondering why he’d been wasting so much time. He patted Lorenzo on the head as well, who looked slightly confused but smiled in the end.

...

"Alright, Damien, we’ll head in first," Theo called.

"It’s been a long time since I’ve had the honor of washing Master Theo’s back," Sebas added.

While Damien and his servants were busy with their lighthearted banter, Theo and his servants had already entered the bath, fully nude. Theo’s, well, anatomy was rather distracting, swinging freely, while Sebas, though not bothering to cover anything, somehow managed to prevent any inappropriate glances from landing on him. It was like some kind of skill—despite being fully exposed, nothing seemed visible.

Not to mention, while Theo had a well-toned body, Sebas’s muscles were on another level. For an older man, he was built like steel. Damien couldn’t help but wonder—just who was this guy?

"Oh, wait for me. I’m coming too," Damien called as he hurried into the bath behind them.

Inside, the room was entirely tiled, with a large stone bath at the center—something akin to a public bath or an onsen. In fact, it was so big that it could easily be mistaken for a small pool, filled with steaming water. For the second floor of a building, it seemed improbable without some kind of magic involved.

Around the bath were various pieces of furniture, like tables, lounge chairs, and mats—clearly meant for relaxation or washing up. The tables were even stocked with drinks and fruit, making the place feel luxurious.

Lysander had mentioned hydrating earlier, so it seemed like the culture here was to take long, leisurely baths. It was also surprisingly warm inside despite everyone being naked—probably thanks to some temperature-controlling magic.

"We’ll now add the essential oils," Sebas announced, and soon a lovely floral fragrance filled the air. Damien didn’t recognize the scent, but it was undeniably pleasant.

"We’ll be relaxing over here, so call us if you need anything," Sebas said as he and Theo moved to pour water over themselves before getting into the bath.

At that moment, Damien’s servants entered the bathroom, all nude as well. Although none of them were quite as striking as Theo, they were all... well, swinging freely. Except for Leonide.

"Alright, stop. Referee’s call—time out," Damien said, raising his hand.

Theo chuckled, amused by the scene. One by one, Damien’s servants—who were still young and awkward—were standing there, their modesty on full display, and yet Leonide’s situation was a bit different. His face was bright red, and he was clearly embarrassed, but instead of covering himself, he stood there with a full erection.
