Sasha was about to leave the hospital today when she unexpectedly ran into Lanny in the hallway.

’What is she doing here?’ Sasha wondered as she slowed her pace.

Lanny frowned deeply the moment she recognized Sasha. She just walked past her, deliberately ignoring her presence.

On the other hand, Sasha paused on her track as her gaze followed Lanny.

"Is Athena with her today? I need to see her. I have to!" Sasha mumbled, clenching her fists.

’Now that Dominique knows who she really is... that she’s Sabrina, he’ll definitely try to make things right with her... maybe even try to win her back.’ Panic swelled in her chest at the thought.

"I can’t let that happen. I won’t let that happen. I have to stop this before it’s too late." Sasha was determined to prevent the two from rekindling their feelings.

Without hesitation, Sasha followed Lanny secretly, hoping to see Athena.

When Lanny entered the ward, Sasha took a peek at the door and found out that Athena was the one admitted to the hospital. She was also getting discharged today.

Not wasting her time, Sasha made her presence known to them by knocking on the door.

Both Athena and Lanny turned in her direction.

"What the hell are you doing here, Bitch?" Lanny snarled at her, displeased to see Sasha.

Sasha gave her a sharp glare before shifting her gaze to Athena.

"I’m here to talk to Athena," she declared.

"Just fuck off–" Lanny was about to send her away, however, Athena stopped her.

"Lanny, it’s alright. Just give us a few minutes."

"But Athena," she complained.

Athena held Lanny’s shoulder and said, "Don’t worry, Lanny. This is the last time I will entertain her."

Lanny could only heave a sigh of defeat. "Fine. I’ll wait for you in the lobby. Once you are done with her, we are going home."

Athena nodded while giving her a reassuring smile.

Lanny immediately left the ward, allowing Sasha and Athena to talk privately.

"So, what do you want from me?" Athena asked, arching her eyebrow.

Sasha clenched her fists tightly before she responded. "I already knew the truth. You are Sabrina! I have to commend you for fooling all of us. You hide your identity perfectly. You are a great actress. A deceptor."

Athena smirked at her. "Oh, thanks for your compliment. Since I have achieved my goal, I have no reason to hide my real identity. Yes. It’s me, Sabrina. I returned just to get my revenge against you and Dominique. How does it feel to experience being cheated on by your husband?"

Sasha gritted her teeth, her eyes fuming with rage.

"Revenge? You don’t have the right to do that. Dominique is the real victim here. Not you!" Sasha yelled as she burst out.

Athena frowned for a few seconds, giving her a ridiculing look.

"Sasha, stop wasting my time. I am not interested in your nonsense. Playing a victim in front of me?"

Sasha could no longer hold back. She closed their gaps, grabbing Athena’s shoulders while shaking her body.

"Stay away from Dominique. You don’t have the right to be with him. You don’t deserve his love. Your father is a murderer. He killed Dominique’s family!"

Athena was stunned when she heard that. She narrowed her eyes in confusion.

When she regained her composure, she quickly pushed Sasha away from her. "What are you trying to say? Are you insane?! My father had nothing to do with the death of Dominique’s family! They died in an accident!"

"Stop lying to me, Sasha!"

But Sasha just let out a sarcastic laugh.

"Are you sure about that? Sabrina, you are still naive! Have you not ever wondered why Dominique had to betray you and use you? Do you really think his reason for his revenge was just shallow? It’s not about the company or money, Sabrina! It’s about the lives of his father, mother, and sister!" 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢

"They died tragically in your father’s hand! Dominique witnessed how your father and his men took advantage of his mother and sister before dying! They even burned his home and paid the police just to cover your father’s crime!" Sasha revealed everything to Athena.

She wanted her to feel the guilt of her father’s crime, hoping that she would stay away from Dominique after knowing the truth.

Meanwhile, Athena couldn’t believe what she had just heard from Sasha.

"You are lying! My father would never do that!" She spat back, shaking her head in denial.

"Why would I lie to you? If you want the truth, then do and investigate. Dominique’s family didn’t die in an accident. Where did you get that false information?" Sasha looked at her with a scowl.

"But Dominique said–" her voice trembled. She didn’t know whether Sasha was lying or not. Sasha appeared to be so confident with her words.

Sasha laughed again, interrupting Athena.

"For goodness’ sake, Sabrina. Don’t you get it?! Dominique might be hiding the truth from you. Go and ask Ashton. He also knew the truth!"

"No matter what you do, you can’t erase your father’s crime. Your so-called misery is nothing compared to what Dominique had experienced in your father’s hand." Sasha added, satisfied to see the confusion in Athena’s eyes.

Athena was at a loss for words. She didn’t know what to feel after hearing this shocking revelation from Sasha. But she wasn’t completely convinced that her father could do something so evil as murdering someone.

There was a long moment of silence between the two women. Athena tried her best to gather her emotions. She wouldn’t allow Sasha to mess with her like this.

"If you are just saying all of these just for me to stay away from Dominique, there’s no need to lie and ruin my father’s reputation in front of me. My relationship with Dominique is over. I am going to marry Vladimir..." Athena said, putting on a brave front even though her heart was in turmoil.

Meanwhile, Sasha’s eyes lit up when she heard those words. "I’m glad to hear that. But believe me or not, I’m just telling the truth, Sabrina. It’s up to you if you will keep deceiving yourself. Your father is not a saint. Your money and your company are not enough to compensate Dominique for what your father did to his family. Don’t you ever forget that."

After saying those words, Sasha finally decided to leave. She had achieved her goal. At least, Athena would no longer be with Dominique. She felt relieved after knowing that she was going to marry Vladimir.

When Sasha left, Athena felt like every ounce of her energy was drained from her. She fell back and sat at the edge of her bed while her gaze remained at the door.

Sasha was gone, but her words still lingered in her mind. She clutched her chest, feeling suffocated.

’There is no way she is telling the truth... My father is not a murderer...’ she kept telling herself, unable to accept it.

’But... what if Sasha is not lying...? Is this really the real reason why Dominique wanted revenge from us? What if my Dad really killed them... I don’t think I can take this...’ Athena covered her face using both hands as she started to sob, releasing all her negative emotions.
