His soul-Chapter 538: Julian isn’t stupid

After making sure Gina was really asleep, Julian came out of his room alone without Charlie, who was also asleep. A few moments ago Julian got a message from Massimo, Massimo who managed to find his place brought Gina asking to meet. At first Julian ignored the message, but after Massimo threatened to cause trouble at all his hotels Juluan finally relented and agreed to Massimo’s request to meet.

As soon as he saw Julian coming, Massimo, who was waiting in his car, got out. Wearing a black blazer that is his trademark, Massimo looks dashing standing next to Martin. His pale face was obscured by the lack of light where he was.

"Where’s my wife?" Massimo, who was impatient, immediately asked where Gina was.

Julian smiled sarcastically. "Ex-wife, have you forgotten what you did two months ago, Massimo?"

Instead of responding to Julian’s subtle sarcasm, Massimo chose to code Martin to show the important document they had gotten from Roberto Lu a few days ago.

"This is the marriage certificate of Mr. Massimo and Mrs. Gina," Martin said quietly as he held up a new copy of Massimo and Gina’s marriage certificate to Julian. "If they are divorced it is impossible for them to still have a marriage certificate like this."

Even though the light where he was standing was not very bright, Julian could still clearly see the contents of the paper Martin had shown him. Instead of being happy to see Gina and Massimo’s marriage certificate, Julian’s cynical smile grew wider.

"I don’t understand you Massimo, everything you’ve been doing so far has absolutely never been unreasonable. You already knew that Diego was the mastermind behind my father and mother’s deaths, but you kept the truth to yourself for years. Then your problem with Gina , obviously you have divorced her but why are you showing me this marriage certificate now. What exactly do you want Massimo?"

So with whomever I’ll set up Gina with, you have no right to forbid it. Gina isn’t Mrs del Cano anymore, she’s a Sanders, my first daughter. So she is free to have a relationship with anyone.

Julian’s last words managed to provoke Massimo’s emotions, as if he had no injuries, Massimo immediately rushed towards Julian and gripped his healthy hand around Julian’s neck. "I’ll kill you if you dare set Gina to another man, Julian."

Julian, who didn’t want to lose, grabbed Massimo’s injured left arm. Julian deliberately added strength to Massimo’s gunshot wound. Martin who was standing behind Massimo immediately reacted, but his steps were stopped when Massimo forbade him to come closer.

"Gina is mine, Julian. So is the baby," said Massimo hoarsely, it was clear that Massimo was in pain. Julian’s grip hurt him so much.

Julian, who had been waiting for an opportunity like this for a long time, didn’t want to waste the opportunity. Without compassion Julian again increased the strength of his hand, causing Massimo to finally whimper in pain. Julian himself could feel the blood on his hands.

"Julian!" snarled Martin warned. "Take your hands off Mr. Massimo’s body."

Julian glanced at Martin mockingly. "Massimo’s injuries are nothing compared to the ones Gina has, Martin."

Massimo screamed loudly as Julian regained his strength in his hands, suddenly a sharp pain shot through him mercilessly. Massimo was in even more pain now than when he was shot by Diego before.

Unable to endure the pain, Massimo ended up falling to the ground. Julian’s grip made it impossible for him to stand any longer.

Seeing the master fall, Martin and several other bodyguards immediately rushed to Massimo who was looking down from the pain that was excruciating him. Meanwhile Julian just smiled seeing Massimo in pain, he didn’t even feel guilty at all when he saw the amount of Massimo’s blood left in the palm of his hand that he previously used to grip Massimo’s wound.

"Go and take care of your master, also tell him not to come near my daughter and grandchildren again if he still wants to know they are in this country," said Julian hoarsely, full of warning.

After saying that Julian hurriedly left in front of Massimo who was being helped by Martin and the rest of his men, Julian walked quickly to the hotel to rest because morning was almost approaching. He had to rest even if it was only for a few hours, tomorrow morning he still had a lot of things to do. Even though Diego has been taken to the police station, Julian still hasn’t calmed down before he finds out and sees his stepson languishing in prison for a long time.

When Julian walked towards the hotel, Martin was trying to calm Massimo who was angry because he had been provoked by Julian’s words. In his bloody state, Massimo wanted to catch up with Julian and make revenge with him because he had dared to threaten him by saying he would take Gina and the baby away from him.

Martin shook his head, seeing the amount of blood coming out of Massimo’s wound. After giving the code to the rest of his men, Martin finally managed to force Massimo into the car. Not long after Massimo was forced into the car, the black Range Rover immediately rushed from the Sanders International hotel to the hospital where Thomas worked. Getting news that Massimo’s wound had reopened, made Thomas immediately get ready in the emergency room.
