The surrounding had shown its impact and the roar lowered down after the succession of the war by Cyrus. The army was fed with feast and within one day, the telegram reached up to the ladies of the gazelle Kingdom, who were in the await to know who had won the war.

Currently, the soldiers read the telegram to make them aware about the new King of their Kingdom and how Prince Cyrus defeated King Almen, which makes him the youngest Kingdom as the King has changed after centuries.

"Finally, thank God.." Aura raised her head with a smile curving to her eyes, "I’m so grateful to God for this. Finally..." Her craving to see Cyrus win was the biggest..

Not only because she had more motives but, the reason was to imply someone else whom she knew must be very proud that King Almen was finally defeated.

On viewing her reaction, the other ladies smiled. While Lady Ashley had the same reaction to this, Lady Tia and Lady Sierra had no such emotions left.

"Whatever..aren’t we going to be treated worsley now? Why are you so proud of it?" It was Lady Tia who raised the question. In her eyes she can expect that King you will now degrade their status. After all, they weren’t even on neutral terms with him.

Two days passed and the women were still residing in the adjoining castle which was meant to be safe. Their original palace was under repair from the destruction that was caused during the war. However, today was the day Cyrus and Alice were going to visit them.

All the ladies of the household were slightly nervous, except Lady Ashley and Aura. But still, the Aura had some excitement in her stomach, not because of the appearance of Cyrus but due to the sight of someone else...

The loud thumping of the hammers was heard by them which was enough to bring it in their notice that King Cyrus had arrived. Before his crowning ceremony, he had wished to pay a visit to them as he felt that he was supposed to be subject to questioning from them. After all, he had killed their husbands and lovers.

Lady Sierra, Tia, lady Aura and lady Ashley were standing in one lane. The four of them wore heavy jewels because their status has been upgraded from the previous one. It was still the same after Cyrus had won...

Waiting for his arrival, they all saw him approaching them from the main entrance. With him was Princess Alice.

Both of their hands were intertwined and they omitted the aura of a powerful couple. Infact, their proudness and body language was given the hints of being a King and queen respectively.

Both Aura and Ashley stepped forward to embrace Alice into a hug. Only they knew how their heart longed to view both of them. "It is so nice to see you after so long..."

"It is a relief to know that." Ashley said as she took Alice’s hand and and had been caressing it. It was still unimaginable in their eyes that Cyrus had defeated King Almen, who was so powerful and had been born for such a long time. On the other hand, Cyrus had seen interaction with the ladies with Alice. In his heart, he knew Aura and Ashley were still fine, yet the main face off was going to be with the other two ladies.

Cyrus watched Lady Sierra and Lady Tia standing on their posts. He took the initiative to approach them with his steps and to pass them a smile nod. "You both must be feeling very sad...."

Sierra looked at the few cuts on Cyrus’s face which weren’t new to her. But his subtle and calm tone made her brows relax themselves, "You do have killed King Almen, who was our husband."
