Hogwarts: Bloodline Legend-Chapter 594 - 168: The Boy Who Survived Disaster! (Part 4)
"Yes, that's right, if you find that the magic described in the book shows a different color than you imagined when you read it, don't hesitate to close the book and go to the bookstore for a refund. This can definitely serve as strong evidence that the book's descriptions and teachings are incorrect."
"It's not that you're wrong, it's the book that's wrong." Ririm answered strongly and firmly, making Ian feel he had finally met a kindred spirit.
This method of learning magic had never been taught clearly to any little wizard, so he actually had become somewhat unsure of his theory. But now, facts proved he was indeed correct.
There truly are other little wizards who can learn.
So the issue is definitely not with him.
"Huh?"
Hermione listened and felt more and more puzzled.
"Is that so?"
She was a bit unsure whether it was because she had not encountered a magic book, and maybe if she did, she'd understand this feeling?
"No problem!"
"Of course, it is." Both boys answered in unison.
Making Hermione feel perhaps this is the norm for wizards.
"Alright, I remember now."
She certainly wouldn't mess up her learning because of this.
Only.
A problem that would trouble a future Legendary Witch for nearly a lifetime was born.
"Ding-ding-dong~"
Just as Hermione was unsure whether she understood while constantly replaying the memory in her mind, suddenly, the wind chime at the entrance issued a crisp sound.
"Welcome to Ollivander's Wand Shop."
Old Ollivander almost instinctively rushed out.
With a somewhat uneasy young boy gently pushed in first, followed by a burly and large figure squeezing into the door.
To this burly man, the not-so-narrow door frame seemed very unfriendly, and it took all his might to squeeze himself into the shop.
"Oh, my goodness!"
The Granger couple were startled.
"Giant... giant!"
Hermione's face also turned somewhat pale, retreating several steps.
"Not a giant, a half-blood giant." The massive man laughed heartily, undisturbed, instead correcting Hermione's term, his gaze turning to Ian inside the shop.
"Didn't expect to meet you here, Little Ian." Naturally, the half-blood giant was Hagrid, and seeing Ian made him very happy. He directly gave Ian a big hug.
Of course.
It looked like he might toss Ian out.
"I also didn't expect to meet you here, Professor Hagrid." Ian's legs paddled in the air, only touching the ground again after a while.
"I brought little wizards to shop, at Dumbledore's request, and also for my own reasons." Hagrid replied openly, as always.
"Seems you're doing the same?"
His gaze fell on Hermione, who had already selected a magic wand.
"This is Mr. Granger's paid commission; they are unfamiliar with the magic world, and their child Miss Hermione Granger will be attending Hogwarts this year."
Ian introduced them to Hagrid.
"You are indeed lucky."
Hagrid said to the Granger couple, "Little Ian is much loved at school, and with his help, your child will quickly fit into Hogwarts."
His words instantly delighted the Granger couple.
It seemed the little wizard they encountered wasn't boasting after all.
"That's exactly what we hoped for, and we hope you can watch over our Hermione too." Mr. Granger's reply was quite fitting and sincere.
He noticed Ian's address to the large man.
"Of course, no problem! Little Ian's friends are my friends! This little girl just needs to find me if she needs help! In fact, as long as she says she's Ian's friend, no one at school would dare bully her." Hagrid laughed heartily, patting his chest in response.
His words further made the Granger couple appreciate the "Little Emperor" confidence exuded by little wizards.
Turns out.
He really is a big school bully.
"Is this student the new enroll you are guiding this year?" Ian noticed the odd look from the Granger couple and immediately turned to the bespectacled boy, knowingly asking. This boy looked even more reserved than Hermione, with thick glasses, very untidy hair, and a lightning scar on his forehead.
His identity in the Wizarding World is undoubtedly well-known to all. Ian guessed that Lupin stayed at the hotel and didn't visit Diagon Alley, probably because he knew Harry Potter would also be coming today.
And he hadn't yet figured out how to face the orphan of his good friend.
"Yes, that's right, he is the Boy Who Lived, the child who defeated Voldemort, Harry Potter." Hagrid immediately pulled Harry to the front to introduce him.
His voice was full of cheer, and after introducing Harry, he proactively introduced Ian, "This is Ian, who's a genius little wizard who helped many boys and girls to survive."
The way it sounded was peculiar.
Harry Potter's expression turned to shock.
"..."
Ian was quite speechless.
Luckily, Hagrid immediately realized his words were slightly misleading.
