Her tears seemed genuine, “Mom, Kiera is so capable now, being a doctor, able to arrange hospital rooms for you, but I’m not as good as her. After mollifying Mrs. Olsen, Isla then spoke, “Mom, today Jake said he would take me to buy a wedding ring, and I thought I’d also buy him a gift.”
