I Am A Legendary BOSS-Chapter 259 - I Can’t Wait To Kill You With My Blade
Chapter 259 I Can’t Wait To Kill You With My Blade
When William and his companions arrived, they saw a huge cave that was filled with Trolls wielding maces.
Hundreds of Trolls had gathered in this cave that had a tree with Blood Fruits.
The trolls were not antagonized by the professionals. They had been antagonized by the players.
William was curious.
What were these players doing here?
Especially when they belonged to the City of Dawn!
There was a player Umekawa who wielded a great sword and was evading the attacks of the Trolls. He would occasionally attack, but he was unable to inflict any damage on the tough skins of the Trolls.
Umekawa looked at his dying companions and shouted, “Let’s retreat, brothers. Don’t let the NPCs take advantage of the situation. When the NPCs are killed, we’ll pick up the loot.”
“Let’s flee. Who knows how many Trolls there are?”
“MD, I’ve become almost blind after observing the trolls having evil mating rituals. The trolls are too perverted.”
“I wonder where Prince William is. The Blood Fruit can only increase a few of our attributes, but it can increase the potential of the NPCs.”
Hundreds of Intermediate professionals retreated outside the cave like a shepherd herding the sheep.
The NPCs who were in hiding did not stop the players.
sen
It was because they understood the chosen ones very well.
The chosen ones were both brave and foolish at the same time. They could not be permanently killed and could revive at any location.
The interesting fact was that they would drop their equipment once they perished…
If they were killed many times, even if they did not appear that day, they would resurface at some other times.
More importantly, they had a strong sense of vengeance. If one killed them many times, once they had become powerful, they would be back for an endless vendetta.
To kill the chosen ones, one had to be disguised. One’s true identity should not be discovered!
The chosen ones had difficulty mating as though the ‘Gods’ had placed a restriction on them. It was interesting to note that the chosen ones were unable to conceive after mating
Where did they come from?
Many NPCs were puzzled by this question.
The Heavens wanted to tell the NPCs that the reviving players were the chosen ones.
However, many mages who believed in the truth did not believe in Heaven’s Will.
When the players were busy mating in a house, the mages were able to use their surveillance ability to spy on them…
Unfortunately, the mages did not have a live broadcasting ability.
Otherwise, the world would have been in chaos.
Adolf and his companions did not bother to stop the players. Adolf had become fearful after his name had been pointed out. The appearance of the chosen ones from the City of Dawn made him even more fearful.
Adolf did not wish to see the Lord of the City of Dawn.
He had been cheated many times by Prince William. Hence, he did not want to see William ever again.
Adolf escaped to the Emerald Grand Duchy, but how could he flee when he encountered the mercenaries of the City of Dawn? How would his subordinates view him?
“I don’t believe anyone can intimidate me. I’m willing to face any adversary!” Adolf said to himself. He decided that he would not flee anymore.
William did not know what Adolf was thinking. Otherwise, he would have given Adolf another fright!
William watched the hundreds of players pass by. His companions were thinking that if they revealed their identities, their chance of obtaining the Blood Fruits would dramatically increase.
Even though the combat power of the players was mediocre, they had great potential for creating chaos.
Umekawa and his players ran off in haste.
They were happy-go-lucky adventurers who were not afraid of losing experience points.
They would go to places where there was fun and leisure!
When they left the cave, only the bellowing Trolls were left behind.
The Trolls were powerful fighters!
And there were hundreds of them.
The lowest level was at the Intermediate level. There were twenty Advanced trolls.
The Grandmaster Troll leader was guarding the Blood Fruit tree, and he possessed Legendary bloodline.
William felt his heart aching. Although he also controlled hundreds of Trolls, this group of Trolls was much more superior.
Whenever William saw the Trolls with iron-steeled flesh, a desire to control them appeared inside his heart.
“Pfff! It’s not a desire to control them. It’s a desire to defeat them…”
“Hmm, it’s not a desire to defeat them either…” William shifted his gaze at the Legendary Troll while he pondered.
The Legendary Troll shivered uncontrollably. He had an ominous feeling that William had some ill intentions.
Time passed.
Many professionals started to gather here.
Many NPCs who were trying to locate the Blood Fruit tree had been attracted to the cave due to the commotion caused by the players.
In less than half an hour, close to a few hundred professionals had gathered.
Burned Cinder squinted and said, “Let’s give up. Even though the Blood Fruit is tasty, our lives are more precious.”
“Humph, loser!” Diablo spat out his saliva in disdain.
“Oh, where is Prince William?” Violent Dragon looked around. While everyone had been feeling bewildered, a hole had been dug out behind them.
William tugged Wells’ pants and said, “Go inside the cave, while I try to dig my way inside. You’ll distract the Troll leader, while I steal the Blood Fruits.”
“What? It’s a Grandmaster Troll. I can’t fend him off…” Wells noticed his companions staring at him. He frowned and sighed before saying, “Yes, I’ll distract him. The Troll’s only a Grandmaster warrior. I’m the most awesome shield-bearer in the entire southeastern region.”
“What about us?” Alec asked.
William was bewildered, and he said, “You’ll be baits!”
William’s companions were speechless. William was reaping all the benefits because he was the leader.
William coughed lightly before he said, “Create a chaotic situation and bait most of the Trolls outside. Yes, Burned Cinder, you shall join Wells. When Wells will be fending off the Troll leader, you shall fight the other Trolls.
“Violent Dragon, you’ll disclose your identity before the chosen ones and assign them a mission for them to create a chaotic situation.”
“Understood.” Everyone nodded.
William squinted. “Be very careful. We don’t know who spread the news of the Blood Fruit. Don’t let the dark creatures take advantage of the situation.”
“Hehe, I want to know who spread the news. I’m itching to use my blade to kill him!” Burned Cinder caressed his Dragon-slayer blade and sinisterly laughed. His companions had no words at his sentence.
Other than Violent Dragon, who was using boxing gloves, whose weapons were not bigger, longer, and tougher than Burned Cinder’s?
The Dragon-slayer blade was only a small little blade!
