However, leveling the technique up is the difficult part as it requires constant grinding and meditation.

Most people stay in the first level of a technique or skills their entire life because they believe as long as they kill beasts to gain exp, they could level up endlessly and wouldn’t need to meditate and thus without a need for techniques.

This mentality is of course right but in the long run, these who learn techniques and spend time leveling them up gain more strength than those who didn’t.

Take for example Igris’s Arcane War Veins. If he levels up without it to level 10, his strength would increase by 20 points but with the the technique, his strength would stats would roughly around 50 points. Thats more than double.

He had learnt the Arcane War Veins, now it’s time for the Tempest Wind Slash. Sadly, he wasn’t a Runesmith .

However, the academy has those in multitudes. Not to mention one could rent a RuneSmith machine for quite a price. Though it’s said to be very expensive.

Igris kept the combat technique in his system storage space. Although he was sad about it, he wasn’t too down.

Moreover, even if he did inscribe the tune on his body, he doesn’t have DE to activate the technique in the first place.

He flipped his palm and suddenly an Iron treasure chest the size of a small baby landed on his bed.

He has also received 4 Restoration Potions along with the treasure chest.

Enhancement fruit could grant 1-100 stats points randomly when consumed.

The Bloodline stone also works the same way, when crushed, the host would be given bloodline at random, changing the original host bloodline to the thousands of bloodlines out there.

If any of these things were to leak to the outside world, Igris would be in so much trouble that it even his corpse would remain intact.

He couldn’t even sell them if he tried as that would be counting death.

Igris immediately got up to lock the door and made sure not one was peeping. He has servants in the mansion. If they were to see this and leak the news, there was no wa he would live to see the next morning.

They’re in the First Dimension after all, not on earth.

With shaky hands, he took the Bloodline stone. It was ash in color and looked like an egg filed with cracks and covered in rock sand.

The stone shattered in his palm. The ash-gray sand crumbled away, revealing a single, impossibly tiny drop of crimson blood floating in the center. It was no larger than the tip of a needle, yet it radiated an ancient, terrifying pressure.

Before Igris could react, the microscopic drop of blood shot forward, sinking directly into the center of his forehead.

"BOOM!"

Igris felt as though a train and rammed into his forehead and a massive headache rampage his brain like an hammer.

He collapsed onto his knees, clutching his head.

Suddenly, reality violently shattered.

His vision blurred, pulling his consciousness out of the mansion, crossing across time and space. When his eyes finally opened, he was no longer kneeling in a bedroom.

He was floating above a cosmic battlefield of unimaginable scale.

The sky had literally shattered. Like broken glass, black voids tore through the heavens, bleeding starlight.

Millions of beings the size of ten mountains joined together fought against each other in a cosmic war.

Cracks appeared in space as the gods collided.

The smell of blood and corpse filled the entire world.

The ground surged with golden divine blood as the battle continued.

In the sky, a particular being whose face was covered in divine light floated.

In his right hand was a golden pagoda and on his left hand was a lamp.

Billions of meters away from him, a demonic god stood at the top of a massive mountain that pierced the skies. It’s tip in space. The demonic gid aura was so suffocatingly evil it made the surrounding space collapse into black holes.

That demonic god had six hands, each hands holding various legendary weapon as he glared at the divine being floating in the sky.

"Your sin ends here."

Suddenly, the divine being pointed and the golden tower in his hands expanded to the size of a planet then collided against the demonic being.

"ROOOOOOAR!"

Earth shattered, the sky broke and space turned into black holes in just a single roar.

The demonic being slashed its six weaponsSparks the size of continents erupted.

The demon’s strength actually managed to slow the planetary pagoda for a fraction of a second.

But eventually, the divine weight was too much. The golden tower violently crushed the six-armed demon, enveloping it completely in an explosion of light. Eventually, the golden tower enveloped the demon, suppressing it entirely.

From the apocalyptic impact... a single drop of demonic blood splashed outward, flying directly toward Igris’s eyes.

"Gasp!"

Igris came to as he gasped in shock and horror. The scene was simply too apocalyptic. It made him feel like a grain of sand in the universe.
