I Reawakened as an Inferno Hero-Chapter 50: Unidentified Monster

Spinal edge looked pale, Mirrormeld extremely terrified, Voidbreaker seemed like he would vanish into thin air any minute now, Chrysa was almost indifferent, although she seemed nervous but not too bothered.

Dan had a deep frown on his face while Axel was well, extremely nervous.

They all were silent. And in those few seconds, Axel thought of many possibilities.

Firstly, who was that.

It looked like a monster villain. It's cloth making his appearance more sophisticated.

Royal cloak had told them that this place was only filled with Monseryan monsters. He had given them four and even how to recognize them so they would know how to react when fighting against one and now, they meet an unrecognizable villain?

'Damnit!'

They couldn't see what it was doing now and that was their disadvantage.

The solution?

Well, they would have to go outside and find out who this villain was and what was it problem. It could see their spaceship though so their was no need of them hiding. It seemed pointless, the monster would clearly be ripping the realm plunger now.

Voidbreaker blurted: "Fly the jet out of here!"

That was a solution and well, they would go for it.

Dan faced the ceiling and said:

"Fly away."

The realm plunger artificial intelligence voice said:

[The realm plunger isn't designed to move like a spaceship or a jet. It only moves when it is on it's way to another realm. It is only meant for realm travels.]

Spinal edge sighed.

"Argh, damnit!"

Dan faced Axel :

"Someone would have to go outside," he said.

Axel paused, he literally did because now, he wasn't even breathing, he was just staring at Dan who was clenching his fists, obviously he was the one going.

"Send to me out!" Dan shouted, talking to no one in particular even though the words were targeted at the realm plunger.

THOOMP!

A hole was under his feet and...

ZIIIII !

He was down (out), the hole he just went through closing back.

They all exchanged glances and Chrysa shrugged.

"So...," she said.

Axel opened his eyes widely and stared intently into her eyes.

'C'mon, go on.'

Chrysa continued:

"So what do we do now?"

Axel shrugged.

"I don't know."

Chrysa shrugged.

"Shouldn't we go help him or..."

"Nah, I think he's fine," Voidbreaker said.

They all looked at him and for a moment there, he felt nervous.

"Yeah," Mirrormeld finally blurted. Her eyes wide open, she continued:

"I mean, he's the most experienced out of us all and again, he's obviously the better Hero."

Chrysa shrugged.

"Agreed," she said, sitting down on a seat. "Soon, the monster will be crying for help, just watch and see..."

Axel stared at them, not actually saying a word.

The scan stuff and clearly said that the monster was stronger than the abyssalyts (the damn strongest monseryan monster). So how, just how could Dan, beat it.

Then, they heard a loud noise, more like a scream for help.

It was simple and very precise:

"Help me!"

Axel was alerted by that, they all were. Chrysa getting on her feet.

Axel had to say the words that they all avoided.

"Let's go outside and help!"

Voidbreaker hesitated.

"Um, um, um, I, ah-"

Axel was slightly infuriated with that.

"Cut it," he said. "If you aren't coming then stay, I'm sure Royal cloak would be surprised if he saw this. You're noticed hero, you are just a scared son of-"

"I'll come," Voidbreaker blurted. "C'mon no need to get angry."

Axel sighed.

"You all amaze me, it seems only I, Electro sonic fists and Space knight are really brave, Spinal edge too. And both of you, both of you are just scared."

After he was done talking, he was surprised with what he said. He must have gone off track with his words. But then...

They understood.

"I'm sorry, I guess I'm just a scared type," Mirrormeld said.

"Me too," Void breaker added.

Axel suddenly raised his hands very high in the air.

"Then, prove yourselves wrong!"

With that, he turned to the ceiling and said:

"Get us out if here..."

The hole stuff happened and...

WHOOM!

They were down.

The place felt like another planet. The ground was dry and parched and on up ahead, very far from them were signs of hills which were almost dwarfed by mountains.

By their left was a mountain though, a bit small, with a cave underneath it.

Axel quickly guessed that that was where some skyrenders must have hid or some out from.

He decided that their house ought to be in the sky, as their name implied.

Dan layed almost lifeless on the parched ground, his face bloody and so was his body. Axel pitied him and almost went to help but he had to take care of the task at hand first.

The villain was on his feet, his hand bloody, obviously as from a result of using his claws to cut off the head of the skyrender and from beating the hell out of Dan who, Axel stealing a glance at, could see that he was in stupor. Hell, his eyes was even swollen and about four of his own teeths surrounded him.

Axel felt a weird sensation crawl into his spine has he thought about the hell Dan must have been through.

The beating!

They could have heard earlier his grunts and shouts of pain and come to his rescue more earlier if the realm plunger wasn't an inches from being bullet proof. Thinking about it, he looked around and couldn't even see it.

It was really invincible!

The monster gritted his teeth now and the sound that came from it made Axel, spinal edge, space knight, Voidbreaker and Mirrormeld to look at it's direction.

It was like it was calling them to do so. Like it was drawing their attention.

Axel swallowed the air hard. Now that Dan was in stupor, he was now the leader of the:

[PROTECTORS OF KHAOS REALM]

Axel clenched his fists and that made his flames go up and flicker more vibrantly.

Space knight brought out a blue shining Lazer like sword and waved it forward.

Mirrormeld duplicated herself to seven, her fists clenched.

Spinal edge removed the bone of her two legs (the act hurting her slightly as she was used) and forged them to be large curved swords, looking deadly.

Voidbreaker only clenched his fists and hit them together.

They had assembled.

Now, it was the monster's turn and by the look of it, his wasn't going to be as 'CUTE' as theirs.

The look on his face showed that his was going to be viciously EPIC!
