Indulging Mrs. Lu-Chapter 165: Please Ask Your Wife to Do Me a Favor

"What kind of man would be willing to be ’brothers’ with a flirtatious woman like you!" Zhuang Shuqing couldn’t hold back.

Qin Huaixin couldn’t be bothered with her and just showed her the cold shoulder.

The cruise ship had already left the shore, and the sea breeze blew over, carrying a hint of coolness. Zhuang Shuqing leaned on the railing looking at Lu Jinyang who was sitting on the deck.

She thought this man truly exuded an innate nobility at all times. Just by casually sitting there, he could attract the eyes of a swarm of adoring fans.

"Shuqing, I’m going to start dating tomorrow."

"What did you just say?" The wind was too strong, Zhuang Shuqing hadn’t heard clearly, so she moved closer to her.

Qin Huaixin, however, didn’t feel like repeating herself and shouted back at Zhuang Shuqing: "When are you going to have a baby to relieve my boredom?"

After a three-second silence, Zhuang Shuqing didn’t say another word and scratched at Qin Huaixin’s waist, "Have your own baby, I don’t want to waste my good figure."

Qin Huaixin’s panicked voice carried on the wind to the deck, where Leng Yixing looked up. Once he saw what was happening, he nudged Lu Jinyang, "Your wife seems to get along so well with my future wife, how about you ask your wife to give me a hand?"

To his surprise, this request was met with an eye roll from Lu Jinyang, "You need help chasing your own wife now? When did you become so lacking in ambition?"

Leng Yixing touched his nose, "Well, I just don’t have the experience.

"No help."

Lu Jinyang got up to leave, "Did you book one floor or two?" Mentioning this, Lu Jinyang was speechless with exasperation towards Leng Yixing.

As simple as booking the entire cruise ship was, Leng Yixing acted as if he were broke and only booked one floor. And what he had originally said to him was: "There are only four of us; are you here on vacation or to wander around the cruise ship?"

"Two floors~ Hey, so you really won’t help?"

"..."

Only silence answered him.

After lunch, Qin Huaixin dragged Zhuang Shuqing to go swimming.

The swimming pool was on the other side, and to get there from the second floor they had to pass through the first floor. On their way, Leng Yixing reminded them that the first floor had been booked by someone else.

The two women walked and laughed together, and upon reaching the swimming pool, an eager Qin Huaixin threw off her overcoat and "plop" dived into the water.

"Shuqing, come down quickly, the water isn’t cold, it’s so comfortable."

Qin Huaixin had been a swimming champion back in school, and once in the water she swam like an agile mermaid, while Zhuang Shuqing was more like a land duck.

She sat in the chair wrapped in Qin Huaixin’s clothes, "No, you know I’m afraid of water."

Qin Huaixin didn’t force her, and just swam off towards the distance.

Seeing that Zhuang Shuqing had swum the other way, she started browsing on her phone.

Suddenly, another "plop" sounded, and water splashed on Zhuang Shuqing. She frowned and looked over, only to see a strange man diving into the water, clearly heading towards Qin Huaixin.

A bad premonition welled up inside her, and she stood up to run towards Qin Huaixin, shouting as she ran, "Xin’er, Qin Huaixin, come back this way, quickly!"

However, Qin Huaixin was in the middle of the pool; her voice, mixed with the sea breeze, wasn’t very loud.

Qin Huaixin swam even faster toward where the splash was from just before, which now alarmed Zhuang Shuqing at the edge of the pool.

"Qin Huaixin, stop right now." She wasn’t sure if it was her imagination, but in the brief moment that man took a breath, she saw him flash a contemptuous smile at her.
