"Oh, about that? I thought that that was the simplest solution that I could use to deal with your issue. Since it is resolved, I suppose that you are bound to have a smooth sailing from now on, right?" Michael’s nonchalant words sent waves of emotion within Carol.

She was completely overwhelmed. It was not only due to the kindness that Michael had shown her by helping her out, but by also the capability that Michael had.

It seemed that many things regarding Michael could not be judged according to logic. After all, for him to be able to ask Adrian to train her, would he himself, just being 18 years, so skilled at singing, both in terms of action and theory, it was just shocking.
