Information to Mastery: Points Store System-Chapter 309: Ethan

Jack’s entire body froze when the gun was pointed at him. He knew Max was a ruthless guy, and if he said that he would shoot, he definitely would.

Therefore, despite his reluctance, Jack could only move aside while trembling, fear and hatred in his eyes.

He thought, as long as he survived this ordeal, he would definitely find a way to deal with Max. Was young master Ethan not coming over? As soon as he arrived, and they dealt with Michael, he would make sure to report Max.

At the moment, Michael and the group had already moved to the next shooting lane, to continue with their competition.

As for Alex and the group, they were not that much worried about Jack and his group leaving. After all, since Michael had already bought this place, he could control who left and who stayed.

When Jack realized that Michael was not paying attention, he was tempted to leave. But then again, he remembered, he had just contacted Ethan.

If young master Ethan came over and realized that Jack and his group were not here, he would think that he was being messed with. And the consequences of that were not what Jack could handle.

Additionally, he just wanted to see how young master Ethan was going to deal with Michael. He just felt very uncomfortable at being dominated by Michael, and being looked down at by Alex and his group.

The only way to regain his pride would be by stepping on Alex and the others. Only then would he be able to walk around with confidence.

Thinking of this, he just sat down, before asking the rest of the group to do the same. As for those that were still wailing on the ground, they were completely ignored.

In any case, from what Jack could see, it was not as if they were going to die. At least, the injuries that they had suffered, they were not fatal.

While waiting for Ethan to arrive, Alex and the others continued with their competition.

They had not yet finished using the different types of guns available in the shooting range when suddenly, there was a commotion at the entrance of the shooting lanes.

Looking over, they realized that there was a group that was coming in. Each person in this group was wearing a suit, with a certain air around them.

Just looking at them was intimidating, implying that they were not ordinary people. That was especially the muscles that were bulging inside those suits, as though they wanted to tear them apart from the inside.

Leading the group was a young man with medium length blonde hair and gray eyes. He had pale skin, with a medium build. Just like the man behind him, he was also dressed in a gray suit.

As the group walked over, only the sound of the young man’s shoes clicking against the floor could be heard, while the shoes of the men following behind him made almost no sound.

Their arrival attracted the attention of not only Michael and his group, but Jack and a few other people that had remained within the shooting range, after the previous incident.

A number of people had already left, thinking that an incident involving guns was way too dangerous. But for some with guts, they decided to stay to watch the spectacle.

And now, when they saw this new group entering, they felt excited. But at the same time, they made sure to isolate themselves far away from where the fight was bound to happen.

With the arrival of this group, Alex and the rest of the group felt restless. Even though they could see that Michael did not have much of a reaction to the arrival of this group, they just felt a little nervous.

If they were the ones facing this group, they would be in trouble. Lucky for them, Michael was here. Otherwise, if they had somehow managed to deal with Jack, would they be the ones to face this young man?

Just looking at the air around him, and the way that he carried himself, he was obviously from a prominent family or power.

After arriving, Ethan looked around, gazing at Jack who was just standing up. He simply snorted at them, before paying them no more attention, as he focused his gaze on Alex’s group.

His eyes wondered within the group, before they finally settled on Michael. Then, a small smile appeared on his lips as he approached the group.

"As expected of a member of the Santos family. It is quite easy for you to be able to deal with some small problems. If you had not been able to deal with it, I would have looked down on you." Ethan said as he approached.

"A point of correction, while I use the surname Santos, I’m not from the Santos family that you’re talking about. I’m just me." Michael responded nonchalantly.

The conversation between the two left Jack, who was just about to say something, restless. Could it be that all of this was just a test by Ethan on Michael?

If the two of them were on good terms, did that not imply that he would be in trouble? After all, from the way that Ethan was speaking, it was clear that he did not care that much about his fate.

So, if Michael insisted on dealing with him, Ethan might actually stand on the side, allowing Michael to do as he pleased. Just the thought of this made him feel regretful, and full of hatred.

"Oh, is that so? I thought that with the way that you are doing now, it was the Santos family that was supporting you. But from the looks of it, it seems that there is another force involved?" Ethan asked with raised brows as he stopped just a few meters away from Alex and the group.

Despite the intimidation that they felt from the group of men standing behind Ethan, Alex and the others stood in front of Michael. While they knew that Michael could deal with something like this, they just felt that they had to do something for him.

From the way that Ethan was speaking, it was clear that they were not the targets from the start. But even then, they just felt that they had to do something for Michael. After all, he had already promised them some benefits in the form of training. 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎

"Okay, just go straight to the point. Why did you come looking for me?" Michael did not want to waste more time, as he immediately asked.

It was kind of unusual that Ethan had come to Brenton city, and all this time, he had not done anything at all. But after what happened not long ago, Michael was sure that this guy came looking for him.

As for what exactly the reason behind that was, he only had some guesses, but could not tell if it was as he thought.

"Okay, I have quite a few reasons why I came to look for you. And I believe that you have something to do with Nathan’s and Brian’s disappearance. What do you think about finding a place to talk about this?" Ethan spoke, his voice calm, though there was a small smile on his lips as he spoke.

"If it is about those two, then you are asking the wrong person. Anyway, I don’t know what happened to them." Michael shrugged as he said those words.

Anyway, while he was sure that they were dead, he did not know how they had been dealt with by Vincent. Therefore, he really had no any info on them, on where exactly they had disappeared to.

"Okay, let’s forget about that for now. So, there is another reason why I came here. Previously I got some information that Brian was targeting Sky Technologies and are you.

Previously, I had noticed that this company has quite some potential, and judging by the progress that it is making, it is surely going to be able to make a name for itself in the near future.

It was just that I was held up with something, which is why Brian came before I did. But now, since the company is still under your name, I believe that we can talk about it.

I’m interested in this company, name your price. As long as you are willing to sell, I’m willing to pay any amount of money that you need." Ethan did not seem to care, as he immediately switched the topic.

With him talking about Sky Technologies, Michael felt momentarily speechless. Quite a number of people had been thinking about acquiring Sky Technologies.

But of course, they all approached Adrian, who was currently the one in charge of the operations of Sky Technologies. Only Brian and Ethan approached Michael directly.

Since Sky Technologies was the first company that he had ever acquired, and Michael had already invested quite a lot in it, he had no intention of selling it.
