Legacy Of Fire: Chronicles Of The F-ranked Anomaly-Chapter 86: We Are Waiting For You
Pryion was dueling with the evolved Orc; from the looks of things, the monster wanted to pin down the knight and wanted to make sure that he was going to kill him.
"You seemed to have lost your senses while you were gathering power to make sure that you would kill me."
The knight mocked as he evaded all the Orcs’ attacks, but he didn’t unsheathe Isakador. He was fighting the beast like he had no interest in wasting time.
It was like a child playing tag with a champion athlete, and Pryion was not even trying to fight back.
"Fight me!"
The Orc roared, it was waving the club, missing every time he tried to hit Pryion.
The knight kicked the Orc on his chest, sending it crashing into the other orcs, and they were taken down in an instant.
"You’re taking the fun out of the fight, I thought you said they chose you?"
Pryion was walking towards the Orc as he looked at the others, and each Orc he set his eyes on erupted into flames.
"So, I want you to tell me, were you chosen to be thrown around like a ragdoll, or were you chosen to do something for them?"
The Orc got up, looking at Pryion, gritting its teeth in pure rage. It let out a blood-curdling roar, shaking the forest.
Pryion stood at a place, looking at the beast, noticing as it let out the roar. The club was glowing with pure intensity, the knight was a bit excited to see what it would do with the power it was charging up.
Pryion took his stance, looking at the Orc.
"I hope you make that roar worth it, I don’t like being disappointed twice."
The Orc bolted for Pryion, leaping into the air midway its club raised high, about to strike the knight.
"Dieee!"
The impact of their clash sent shockwaves through the entire forest, knocking down the remaining Orc soldiers.
But then the Orc noticed something, Pryion didn’t move a muscle from the spot he was standing when it launched the attack.
"How hopeless," The knight spoke up. He looked at the Orc. "And you had plans to face Lord Darius, he would kill you in two minutes if this was all you had to show for."
"What are you?" The Orc was about to back away from Pryion, but the knight held it by the face.
Pulling it closer, he let out a sigh.
"I am Pryion, Paladin Of The Chaotic Flame, First Fang Of Chaos, and Blade Of The Dragon Sage."
He raised the Orc, his hands began to burn the creature’s face.
"Take it to your grave."
The Orc let out a cry of help, trying to shake free from Pryion’s grip, but nothing happened. And immediately, his face was burned off, leaving nothing but a skull there.
The other Orcs watched as the one they had seen as the strongest died like that.
Pryion looked up to see that the other Orcs were hesitating to attack.
He kicked the body of the dead Orc to them.
"Give this to whoever it is that you call leader, tell them the Dragon Sage is coming for them."
The Orcs picked up the body of their deceased brother and marched back into the forest.
Pryion turned to look at Theo and Raya, he noticed that they were still knocked out. He undid the spell that he used to protect them from the Orcs.
He then turned to the place where Darius was standing, knowing that he might still be knocked out.
’We are waiting for you, My Liege,’
**
Darius was still standing there, his left arm was giving off a bright jade glow, and his eyes were now glowing red.

Darius had been in a comatose state all the time, but he was locked in his subconscious, where he was looking around in a space.
"Why does it have to be a space when things like this happen?"
He was looking around, trying to see if he would spot anything that would help him out.
When he looked around, he saw a man in black. It was not clear who it was, but then it was better to see someone than nothing at all.
He began racing for the man, trying to find out who it was. As he got closer, he suddenly remembered that he had met someone like that in another plane of reality.
’It can’t be him, right? There has to be no way for me to see the same man again.’
Darius was almost close to the man when he saw the Ashbone hair, he paused abruptly.
"It can’t be," He struggled to believe what was in front of him. "Why in the world am I seeing you again?" Darius yelled.
He stood there looking at the man, who sat quietly. Out of nowhere, the man began chuckling.
Darius felt his body freeze at a spot, not the work of any power, but it was clearly his instinct.
"You managed to come back here, which means you are getting stronger, and this means that soon enough, you will be meeting with the greater foe."
Darius swallowed hard. he was looking at the man, and he could feel a calm but commanding aura from the being.
It pinned Darius to a spot, he couldn’t run or move as he watched the seven-foot-tall man stand to his feet. He turned to Darius, and just like last time, he couldn’t see the man’s face.
The man walked closer to the warrior, and he leaned over. Darius noticed something different.
He could see the being’s eyes, it was a beautiful set of golden eyes, almost like a sea of gold with diamonds floating all around it.
"Hello Darius, it is nice to see you again."
