Legendary Broken Player - VRMMORPG-Chapter 720 - Eternal Court of the Eclipse
The final moment.
This was it — the final battle.
It wasn’t just another skirmish or challenge to overcome.
This was everything.
And it had to end, right here, right now!
Ivana, Broken, and Alora stood side by side, each of them prepared in their own way.
Ivana hovered slightly above the ground, her wings beating lightly behind her. What stood out the most was the absence of her shield. The once unshakable guardian now chose to fight without it, her posture lighter, more agile.
Craft any skill she wants, huh?
His gaze shifted to his own stance — the weight of the Abyssal Wavebreaker Spear resting firmly in his grip.
Behind him, his Golden Paragon floated silently. The ethereal figure radiated divine energy, yet something was different.
No wings.
Broken frowned slightly. He knew why. The blessing from SexyGrill — the one that had once granted him flight — wasn’t active. Without it, he couldn’t take to the skies like before.
He tightened his grip on the spear.
Then there was Alora.
She stood to his right. Her Golden Paragon mirrored hers — radiant and majestic, hovering like a silent guardian at her back.
They didn’t speak.
There was no need.
This was it. The final battle was about to begin.
Broken shot forward at incredible speed.
The rush of energy coursing through him was undeniable. His speed, his reflexes, his strength — everything felt boosted.
From a distance, Focalor watched with a faint smirk. The demon wasn’t fazed.
In an instant, Broken closed the gap. He lunged straight at Focalor, his spear striking with precise, relentless attacks — a thrust, a sweep, another strike. Suddenly, two water spears materialized and attacked from both sides, converging on the demon.
But Focalor countered.
With a single motion, he unleashed a blast of force, knocking Broken backward.
Then, dozens of magic circles formed behind him. Without hesitation, they erupted in a barrage of magical explosions.
Before the blasts could hit, Alora dashed forward, her sword gleaming gold.
Slice. Slice. Slice.
She cut through each blast, the explosions bursting harmlessly in the air.
Meanwhile, Ivana swooped in from behind. Her wings folded briefly before she surged toward Focalor’s back, claws poised to strike.
But the demon was faster.
Focalor spun around, summoning a magic shield that blocked all of Ivana’s attacks. Sparks flew as her claws scraped against the barrier, but it held firm.
With a swift motion, he grabbed both of her wrists, locking her in place.
"Nice try. Weak," Focalor sneered, tightening his grip.
But before he could finish his taunt—
Ivana opened her mouth.
A second later, a deafening scream tore through the air.
It wasn’t just a sound. It was a wave of raw energy, blasting straight into Focalor’s chest. The impact sent him flying backward, his grip breaking instantly.
"That’s one hell of a scream!" Broken muttered.
[Verdant Eclipse Manifestation (Active Skill) Activated.]
"Gaia, your turn!" he shouted.
From her distant position, Gaia floated forward, her form shrouded in mist and shadow. As she approached, she raised both hands, and massive shadow-infused vines erupted from the ground. The thorn-covered tendrils twisted and lashed toward Focalor, aiming to bind him in place.
"You think pathetic tricks like this can hold me?!" Focalor roared, smashing through the vines with sheer force.
The tendrils kept coming, relentless, but he tore them apart with ease.
Broken shot forward again, spear in hand, closing the distance.
At the same time, Alora darted in from the opposite side.
The two moved in perfect sync — taking turns attacking, their weapons striking at Focalor’s defenses from different angles. When one pulled back, the other would press in. Close-range fighters through and through, their strikes flowed like a deadly dance, forcing Focalor to stay on the defensive.
Occasionally, their attacks aligned perfectly, and several blows landed true, tearing into their enemy.
Broken gritted his teeth, focusing on his next strike, when his gaze caught movement in the distance.
SexyGrill and SexyBloom were sprinting toward them, closing the gap fast.
Broken’s chest heaved as he readied another attack, but then—
SexyGrill raised her hand.
Her blessing activated in an instant, the familiar surge of divine power rushing through his body.
His senses sharpened. His strength surged. And most importantly?
His wings returned.
"Alright… now we’re talking!" Broken launched into the air as he prepared for another round. "Let’s finish this!"
[Eternal Court of the Eclipse (Conditional Active Skill) Activated.]
This is it.
The time to unleash all twelve of Gaia’s beasts.
The beasts appeared one by one around them.
Broken immediately noticed something — their names had changed. Not entirely different, but more like upgraded versions of what they were before. Explore more stories with novelbuddy
Their appearances, too, were refined and far more menacing.
They weren’t the same beasts he once knew. They were stronger. Deadlier.
[Abyss Thorn Ox]
The ox now had a much larger form, almost twice its original size. Its body was covered in thick bark armor, layered with sharp thorns jutting out at deadly angles. Dark crimson veins pulsed beneath the bark, and a shadowy mist seeped from its massive hooves with each step.
[Ironhide Truffle Boar]
A bulky boar with thick, cracked bark plates shielding its entire body. The armor was reinforced with patches of dark moss and glowing crimson fungi.
[Eclipse Tiger Lily]
The tiger still carried lily flowers on its body, but they had changed color to deep purple and crimson. In the darkness, its flowers gave off a haunting glow, and when it moved, it left behind faint, glowing trails — like a phantom drifting through the night.
[Mossguard Goat]
A nimble goat with moss-covered fur and curved horns wrapped in thorny vines. Despite its smaller size, it gave off a feral, unpredictable vibe, as if it could ram through anything in its path.
[Barkshade Hound]
Not too different from its previous form, except now its eyes burned with an eerie glow and its body bristled with more thorns.
[Infernal Chili Rooster]
An intimidating rooster wreathed in dark flames, with its feathers glowing like embers.
[Creeper Demon Monkey]
This wild monkey moved with chaotic energy, its glowing eyes darting around madly. It leapt and twisted with erratic movements. There was an unsettling madness to it, as if it thrived in chaos.
[Elder Abyss Dragon Tree]
Still the Chinese dragon kind, but now much longer, its serpentine body winding endlessly. Dark flames danced along its bark-like scales.
[Fernshade Rabbit]
A small rabbit with soft green fur resembling fern leaves. Its appearance hadn’t changed much, but its colors had become more vivid, making it stand out more.
[Petal Dusk Charger]

Still a majestic horse, but its appearance had grown darker, with deep, shadowy petals blooming from its body. It looked like a creature born from twilight and dusk, elegant yet haunting.
[Toxic Ivy Rat]
A smaller rat, but more dangerous-looking. Its tail glowed green.
[Vine Eclipse Serpent]
A massive serpent, far larger than before. Its body pulsed with shadow energy, and vines twisted around its body like living armor.
It was clear — no one dared get too close to this battle.
Each attack, each explosion, shook the battlefield with massive force, far more brutal than anything from their previous fights.
Still, a few high-level allies continued to support from a distance. Zeno struck from afar, while Frostedge unleashed massive ice spikes that pierced through the air. Above them, a skeletal dragon spewed black and green flames, raining destruction down from the skies.
On one side of the battlefield, Ivana moved with incredible speed and brutality. Her attacks were relentless, weaving through the air as she clashed with Focalor again and again. Their strikes collided in bursts of magic and energy, Ivana maneuvering with ease, throwing magic spheres from multiple angles as if she could do anything she wanted with her magic.
Meanwhile, Broken focused on controlling the flow of the battle. His Golden Paragon unleashed a crowd control attack, sending Focalor flying back.
Broken’s gaze locked onto the demon, and his expression hardened.
It was time.
He took out the Bedrock Breaker and the Golden Bow of Artemis. With precise focus, he drew the bowstring, aiming for the Named Demon.
Seconds passed.
Then— the Bedrock Breaker shot forward.
The projectile flew at blinding speed, hurtling toward Focalor. The demon tried to catch it, his hands snapping up just in time — but the Bedrock Breaker slipped through his grip, grazing his shoulder with a brutal impact.
Boom. Boom. Boom.
Explosions followed as the ground erupted. Smoke and debris filled the air, but Broken didn’t slow down.
He gripped the Abyssal Wavebreaker Spear, spinning it once in his hand.
With a steady breath, he prepared his next shot.
