Lingering Passion: Mr. Sutton Wants to be Your Male Lead!-Chapter 163: Influenced by Him
When Stella Grant woke up, Silas Sutton was already gone.
Stella turned slightly, her whole body aching unbearably.
That bastard, using his tricks to force her and then exhausting her.
While cursing Silas in her mind for not being a decent person, she was also mad at herself for being blinded by lust. As she was brooding, the phone on the bedside suddenly rang.
Stella reached out from her side, and as soon as she picked it up and answered, she heard Sue Woods on the other end ask, "Does Silas Sutton have an official girlfriend now?"
Stella was confused, her brain unable to keep up, "Huh?"
Sue said, "I just heard from a few models that Silas Sutton announced his official girlfriend on social media."
Upon hearing Sue’s words, Stella felt a pang in her heart and suddenly had a bad premonition.
Sue didn’t have access to Silas’s social media, so she could only rely on hearsay, but Stella did.
Sue was chattering on about the gossip she heard, while Stella moved the phone away from her ear, pressed the speaker button, exited the call screen, and opened her social media feed.
There weren’t many people posting at this hour, but Silas Sutton was prominently on the list.
Stella only glanced at Silas’s post and didn’t even need to zoom in to recognize that the person he posted was her, asleep.
Stella blushed and tightened her grip on the phone.
When Sue finished speaking and didn’t hear a response from Stella, she called out, "Stella?"
Stella snapped back to reality, "Yeah."
Sue cleared her throat on the other end of the line, some questions she really shouldn’t ask, but as a friend, she felt she had to, "Are you—are you okay?"
Stella, "I’m okay." 𝕗𝕣𝐞𝐞𝘄𝐞𝚋𝚗𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹.𝚌𝕠𝚖
Sue forced herself to continue, "Do you still have that kind of relationship with Silas Sutton?"
Stella took a breath, not wanting to lie to Sue, so she directly chose to avoid the topic, "I got up a bit late this morning; I’ll head to the company first and we’ll talk later."
Seeing that Stella didn’t want to discuss the topic, Sue pretended to be casual, "Hahaha, I didn’t expect you to be the type to stay in bed, you better head to the company, I’ve got things to do here too."
Stella, "Okay."
After hanging up the phone with Sue, Stella got up and went to the bathroom.
Standing in front of the sink, her legs were trembling, and her lower abdomen felt a bit tight.
She could bear it, but it really didn’t feel good.
Stella propped her hands on the sink for a while, and after feeling a bit better, washed her face, brushed her teeth, and put on light makeup before heading downstairs.
As Stella went downstairs, Aunt Adler greeted her with a cheerful smile.
"Did Miss Grant sleep well last night?"
Not wanting Aunt Adler to notice anything, Stella responded with a smile, "Good, did you have a good rest, Aunt Adler?"
Aunt Adler replied, "It was okay, but I wake up early because of my age."
As she spoke, Aunt Adler turned to the kitchen to bring Stella breakfast.
Perhaps not knowing what Stella liked to eat, Aunt Adler made several dishes.
Stella walked into the kitchen to help and, seeing the seven or eight breakfast dishes laid out, said with a smile, "Aunt Adler, I’m not picky; you don’t have to go to such trouble, making one dish is fine."
Aunt Adler turned around and smiled at her, "It’s no trouble, if you want to eat something specific, just tell me the night before, and I’ll make it for you in the morning."
Stella agreed, "Okay."
While eating breakfast, Stella casually asked about Silas Sutton.
Aunt Adler responded naturally, "He left early, Assistant Keller came to pick him up, seemed there was something at the company."
Stella smiled, "So early?"
Aunt Adler lied seamlessly, "Yes, it happens often, in time you’ll get used to it."
After saying that, Aunt Adler leaned in closer to Stella with a smile and cautiously asked, "Miss Grant, do you have a boyfriend now?"
Lying so often lately, Stella almost said she had one, but suddenly remembered what Silas had whispered in her ear last night.
"Stella, you can sleep with me, but you can’t do it for free."
"You may not have a title for now, but you can’t go dating, not even fake ones."
Stella paused, her ears reddening, and changed her answer, "No."
Aunt Adler smiled again, "So, does Miss Grant like anyone?"
Stella exchanged a glance with Aunt Adler and smiled, "Aunt Adler, you can just call me by my name from now on."
Aunt Adler smiled and nodded, more than happy to skip the formalities, "Sure, Stella, do you like anyone now?"
Stella’s smile stiffened slightly on her face, "Not at the moment, no."
Aunt Adler, "That’s okay, you’re still young, you’ll meet someone eventually."
Aunt Adler thought: The revolution has not yet succeeded, comrade Silas Sutton still needs to work hard.
After breakfast, Stella left the villa and drove to the company.
Sitting in the car, Stella dialed Silas Sutton’s private number.
The dial tone rang for a while, then the call connected.
Stella, "Silas Sutton."
Forrest Keller, "Stella Grant, it’s me, President Sutton is in a meeting."
