Lord of The Karmic Armada-Chapter 33: A Thousand years of Suffering
Chapter 33: A Thousand years of Suffering
"HUMAN, I WILL ASK YOU THIS FOR THE FIRST AND LAST TIME."
"AND YOU SHALL ANSWER IT, IN ALL HONESTY."
"DO YOU UNDERSTAND?" stated the Elven Tribe Leader with absolute authority.
His words were like an undeniable command, leaving no room for Valtar to refuse.
Valtar, seeing the absolutely murderous expression on the tribe leader's face, could not help but unconsciously feel fear of this deadly killer.
But he soon brushed it off. Valtar's condition could only be described as inches from death.
His hands and both feet were broken at certain points, there was internal bleeding inside his body, his internal organs were injured, he was coughing up blood from time to time, and even the skin of his body had countless cuts on it and was bleeding.
But despite his bloody state and hearing the menacing words of the Tribe leader which caused a tinge of fear to be born within him,
Valtar smiled....
A wicked grin plastered on his face, how could it not?
After all, this was the exact reaction he was hoping for. The response of his enemy was far, far better than he expected.
Unlike Valtar's pitiful state, his grin looked nothing pitiful, it screamed of evil and insanity.
His pearly white teeth were covered in blood, coupled with his physical state in such a miserable condition, only made him feel more ominous. Rather than a human close to death smiling bitterly at the heavens.
At this moment he looked like a devil who had feasted upon countless lives, eaten the flesh and blood of his killed prey to satiate his hunger, along with a classic grin of the devil plastered on his face.
But that only truly served to infuriate his enemy even further, to the point that Hansel's body, shook slightly in boundless rage, as he then asked what he wanted to know,
"Why does my daughter's physical odor linger on your body, human?"
but his next words were cold as if the darkness that should not be disturbed has risen from its slumber,
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?"
Valtar completely ignored his menacing voice which could give nightmares to a normal human for their entire lives as he said, while his insidious grin grew even further,
"What do you think I did?"
With a burst of rage, the Elven tribe leader stepped forward and with a powerful stomp shattered one leg of Valtar.
Arrghhhhh,,,,,,,,,,,,
Because of the sheer pain of his injured leg being shattered in full, he let out a muffled scream, but his devilish smile did not fade in the slightest and he continued, his insidious tone still apparent,
"Yes, I did..."
"I DID..."
"Exactly what you think I did..."
The moment these words escaped Valtar's mouth, the darkness itself seemed to shudder from the boundless fury that was about to be unleashed from its most favored one, within this entire forest.
Something within the Elven Tribe Leader finally snapped upon hearing the fact that his only daughter had been raped by the wretched human in front of him, In truth the Tribe leader himself was not an uncaring father, in his own cold way he had always loved and taken care of his daughter but because of his high affinity with the darkness, his emotions were always extremely suppressed.
And this emotional suppression was so powerful that in his entire life emotions rarely ever escaped onto his face, let alone expressed to another being.
The very fact that his beloved daughter's death has caused his emotions to escape from time to time ever since the very start of the fight with the human was the very proof of his love for his daughter.
In the Elven tribe, for someone to fall in battle is seen as an honorable end, especially if it's an end at the hand of a strong enemy, or dying in a purposeful fight, if not for the fact that all the elves must fight the Fae folks, they would not care so much about the deaths of their fellow tribesmen who died at the hands of a stronger enemy.
While the tribe leader himself could deal with the human easily, it cannot be said the same for any other dark elf. So, only Hansel could show disdain for Valtar's lack of combat prowess, meaning it was quite normal for Elmyra or the other Dark elves to fall by Valtar's hand.
This was also the reason the darkness was able to suppress Hansel's emotions, despite wanting to burst forth from him.
But 3 things were deemed as the most shameful and unworthy acts collectively by the Dark Elf race.
One is being captured by your enemy, which can cause information leakage.
Two, becoming a traitor, which can bring destruction to the Tribe and cause disharmony.
Three, engaging in carnal activity with another race, whether by choice or by force does not matter.
Hearing the fact that his daughter had been violated by the wretched human in front of him, and the very fact that his daughter's physical odor was mixed so strongly with this bastard was finally the straw that broke the camel's back.
A bestial and gut-wrenching scream came out of the Tribe leader's mouth,
GRRRRAAAAARRRRAAAAHHHH! AAAARRRWWWAAAAAAHHHH! GRRRRAAAAARRRRAAAAHHHH!!!
The entire forest shook by the enraged cry of the tribe leader who for the second time in his life, let out his fury in all of its glory.
The forest itself shook, the darkness became thicker, and it trembled.
Every single dark elemental animal that lived in the dark part of the forest began making strange sounds, out of pure fear.
The moment he finished roaring to the sky,
The Tribe leader dashed forward like a meteorite right in front of the half-dead Valtar as he kicked him with so much force that his ragged body shot forward with such speed as if he wasn't kicking a body but a football.
boooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmm...
Valtar's one-side of the rib cage caved in from taking on the brunt of such a powerful kick.
He crashed into one tree after another and his body broke through more than 20 trees but still showed no sign of stopping.
The tribe leader did not remain idle after kicking him and ran forward at full speed in the direction he kicked the body.
SWOOSH!
TH-CRACK!
SNAP!
SWOOSH!
While the merciless tribe leader was running at full speed jumping from one tree to another, the poor and harmless trees could not withstand the impact of his jumping onto their branches with such force, as their branches and even full trees broke one after another.
But the tribe leader couldn't care less about it, and in just 30 seconds he reached where Valtar's body landed. He stood right in front of the unrecognizable body of the human.
And punched at it, then punched, and punched, and again, and again...........and again relentlessly.
BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!
——————-
Valtar had fainted from the powerful kick of his enemy turning his bloody body into an even worse state.
When the Tribe leader started punching him again, he regained his consciousness.
He felt horrified by the sheer amount of pain he was feeling.
Unlike when he was burnt alive, his brain was only receiving pain of one type, but now he is much less human and more like an unrecognizable corpse.
He was surprised that he was still alive despite such a beatdown.
He felt every single bone in his body broken and battered.
There was so much blood loss, that he had trouble thinking straight.
Blood was not reaching his brain properly.
But none of that was important, what was important was that the tribe leader had not targeted any of his vital points despite his mindless fury.
If not for Valtar writhing in so much pain and not being able to move a single muscle in his body, an imperceptible smirk would have appeared on his lips.
For a moment something in him rumbled from taking such a beatdown and was about to awaken but with sheer willpower, he shut it down. Whatever it was, things were going as he planned.
He did not need another interference now.

Seeing how the human was almost about to die, the elven leader with a great effort of willpower stopped himself, his entire being wanted to decimate every single trace of this disgusting human, but he could not kill him now, he must not, after all, that would be too easy.
He would keep the human alive until he begs for death, and Hansel would make sure to give him the most gruesome death possible. Just as the tribal traditions depicted.
He clenched his fists so tight that large amounts of blood were coming out of his hands unknowingly.
He swore to himself for the second time.
Hansel would eradicate all the Fae folks and every single one of them, for taking away his wife back then and now taking away his daughter as well, and in such a humiliating way.
The human in front of him was just a pawn. They were the real culprits, as always, they had always been.
A new emotion arose within him, grief. Boundless grief.
He had once promised his loving wife that he would love his daughter in her stead, he would protect her.
He would protect her no matter what,
but in the end, he had become an emotionless being who never showed any love for his daughter, to his daughter he was simply the Tribe leader.
Hansel's eyes became watery as tears fell from his face and he cried out to the heavens.
What had he done? What had their people done?
For just what act, did they receive such Karma?
For what reason, did they have to receive such eternal suffering for thousands of years again and again and again unendingly?
