The Zhu family was a powerful family in the capital city of the dynasty and had a lot of genius martial artists who were famous in the way of multiple weapons and joined the army at a very young age, their influence within the army wasn’t inferior to that of the Royal family.

Just when Leon was about to come out of the forest and enter the clearing, he noticed a figure sneak out of the town.

Its speed was very fast as he passed the soldiers without them noticing it, Leon would also have missed it if not that his senses were now more powerful than before.

The figure sped toward in his direction under the light of dawn; Leon was puzzled and immediately put his guard up, ready to fight or run at any moment.

"No need to be so cautious, didn’t we promise to send someone to come get you?" A gentle female voice entered Leon’s ears, the voice was so familiar that Leon’s body froze.

He watched as the figure reached in front of him and stopped a few meters away from him. White fox ears, sexy eyes, and small lips, a single white fox tail that moved from side to side behind her wide hips, and an explosive body that was covered up with beautiful brocade silk dresses.

The fox was surprised, she thought that Leon had become a different person for a moment.

Leon’s lips trembled, and he felt his body heating up; he didn’t know what to say.

Leon finally calmed down after she gave up; he let out a breath and asked why she was the one there.

"To prevent those sly old guys from playing any tricks, Fengxue asked me to come get you by myself. I’ve been waiting in the town for over a week since I didn’t know when you would come or if you would dare to come at all, it seems like we didn’t misjudge you." She smiled as she explained.

"How would I not dare to come? I made a promise to Fengxue, and I’m a man of my word; my reputation is worth swearing on!"

"Fufufu, I believe you." Fengxue’s mother giggled.
