Chapter 98: Lake View

Liam woke up to the sound of cabinets opening and closing, followed by the sharp clink of a mug hitting the counter.

He groaned, his neck stiff from sleeping on the couch all night.

The thin cushions hadn’t done him any favors, and now his back was paying for it.

"Do you have to be so loud?" he muttered, his voice rough with sleep as he squinted toward the kitchen.

Tasha was standing there in one of his old t-shirts, her hair pulled up into a messy bun. She didn’t even look at him as she poured hot water into a mug.

"Now you know how it feels," she said flatly, stirring her coffee with deliberate, exaggerated motions.

Liam sat up slowly, rubbing his face with both hands. ’Fair enough.’

He reached for his phone on the coffee table, the screen lighting up with notifications.

First was Shay’s reply from last night:

Shay~ "Yeah boss, I got everything covered. But yo, Zara has been asking about you non-stop. Like REALLY asking. What did you do to her?"*

Liam smirked despite himself. ’Guess I left an impression.’

He scrolled down and saw Kelly’s text: *"When am I seeing you again? Don’t make me wait too long 😏"*

His thumbs moved quickly: *"Soon. Real soon. I’ll come give you what you’ve been missing 🍆"*

Her response came almost immediately: *"❤️"*

He dropped the phone onto the couch beside him and exhaled slowly.

Multiple women in his life right now—all completely different women with completely different kinks also.. behavior

’What am I doing?’

His eyes drifted to the red envelope sitting on the coffee table.

He’d left it there after everything went down with Tasha last night.

Liam picked it up and tore it open carefully. Inside was a handwritten note on thick cardstock that felt expensive between his fingers.

*"Liam,*

*There’s something I want you to see. When you’re ready, call this number. Your ride will be waiting.*

*- E"*

Below the note was a phone number and an address.

He stared at it for a moment before glancing over at Tasha, who was now leaning against the counter sipping her coffee like she didn’t have a care in the world. 𝙛𝒓𝓮𝙚𝔀𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝒐𝒎

’Should I tell her?’

He stood up and walked over to her, holding up the envelope.

"Elena left me this last night."

Tasha’s eyes flicked down to the red paper in his hand, then back to his face. She took another slow sip of her coffee before responding.

"And?"

"She wants me to come check something out."

Tasha set her mug down on the counter with a soft clink.

She crossed her arms under her chest, and Liam couldn’t help but notice how the thin fabric of his shirt pressed against her breasts—her pink nipples visible through the cotton.

"Where are you going?" she asked, squinting at him slightly.

"I don’t know yet," Liam admitted. "That’s why I’m supposed to call."

She stared at him for a long moment, her jaw working like she wanted to say something but was holding it back.

Finally, she just nodded once.

"Okay."

That was it. Just ’okay.’ But the way she said it—tight and controlled—told him everything he needed to know.

She turned away from him and walked over to the couch, sitting down with her legs crossed.

She picked up her phone and started scrolling through it like he wasn’t even there anymore.

Liam stood there for a second longer, watching her.

’She’s pissed.’

But what was he supposed to do? Tell Elena no?

He pulled out his phone and dialed the number from the note.

It rang twice before someone picked up—a man’s voice, professional and calm.

"Mr. Liam?"

"Yeah, that’s me."

"We’ll be at your location in fifteen minutes."

The line went dead.

Liam looked down at himself—sweatpants and no shirt.

’Guess I should get dressed.’

---

Fourteen minutes later, Liam was standing outside his apartment building in a black hoodie and jeans when he heard it—the low rumble of an engine.

The Rolls-Royce Phantom turned onto his street.

Liam shook his head as it pulled up in front of his building.

’Really, Elena?’

Neighbors started appearing at windows almost immediately, faces pressing against glass to get a better look.

Liam’s face burned as he quickly crossed the sidewalk and slid into the back seat before anyone could start taking pictures.

The driver—a middle-aged man in a black suit with graying hair—nodded politely at him in the rearview mirror.

"Good morning, Mr. Liam."

"Morning, sir," Liam replied, settling into the leather seats.

The door closed with a heavy thunk, sealing him inside in complete silence.

"Let’s go please sir," Liam said quietly.

The Phantom glided forward smoothly.

The drive took almost an hour.

They left behind his cramped neighborhood with its cracked sidewalks and graffiti-tagged walls, moving steadily out of the city entirely.

The buildings gave way to trees—tall pines lining both sides of winding roads that climbed higher and higher into rolling hills.

Liam watched out the window as everything changed around him. The air felt different out here—cleaner somehow, quieter.

And then they turned off onto a narrow gravel road that led down toward water.

A small lake came into view—crystal clear water reflecting blue sky and surrounded by dense forest on all sides except for one stretch of shoreline where a house sat perched on the edge.

It wasn’t massive or flashy—not like those ridiculous mansions you’d see on TV—but it was *nice*.

The house was built in a modern mountain style with dark wood siding and large windows that faced out toward the water.

The roof had sharp angles that gave it character without being over-the-top, and there was a wide deck wrapping around the front with Adirondack chairs positioned perfectly for watching sunsets over the lake.

It looked... peaceful. Comfortable even.

The Phantom came to a stop in front of it.

"We’re here," the driver said simply.

Liam stepped out onto gravel driveway that crunched under his shoes as he walked slowly toward the house.

’What is this place?’

The front door wasn’t locked—it swung open easily under his hand, revealing an interior that matched what he’d expected from outside.

Hardwood floors stretched across an open living space with high ceilings supported by exposed wooden beams overhead.

A stone fireplace dominated one wall, the kind you could actually use instead of just for show and comfortable-looking furniture was arranged around it facing those big windows looking out over the lake.

Everything felt warm here—lived-in but clean at the same time—not sterile or untouchable like some rich person’s showroom piece that nobody actually used.

Liam walked across that open space until he stood right up against one of those big windows looking outward over everything below him now...

The lake stretched out calm and still beneath morning light filtering down through trees surrounding it on all sides... Birds chirped somewhere nearby unseen but heard clearly enough to feel the presence of nature all around him completely enveloping everything else...

’This is crazy...’

"Do you like it?"

Her voice came from behind him—smooth and familiar.

Liam turned around fast enough to catch sight of Elena standing in the archway leading deeper into the house.

She wore a silk nightgown—soft pink color that clung loosely around her curves, the fabric so thin it was almost see-through in the right light.

Her breasts pressed firmly against the silk—pink nipples visible as two darker points standing erect beneath the fabric, pushing outward clearly noticeable even from the distance separating them.

The gown hung low at the neckline, plunging deeply to reveal generous cleavage spilling forward invitingly.

And those hips flared wide beneath the hem that ended mid-thigh, exposing smooth brown skin that seemed to glow in the soft morning light.

Liam felt heat rush straight to his face, realizing he’d been caught staring—but he couldn’t help himself.

He then noticed three hearts hovering above her head.

’Three hearts, just like the two that appeared above Tasha’s head.’

"I—uh—you caught me by surprise," he stammered.

Elena smiled knowingly, tilting her head slightly, amusement dancing in those golden-yellow eyes.

"This isn’t the first time you’ve seen me like this," she said smoothly, stepping forward and closing the distance between them. "Why’re you acting like you’ve never seen me like this before?"

"Because you caught me off guard!" Liam shot back defensively, though he couldn’t suppress the slight grin tugging at the corner of his lips.

He paused briefly, gathering his thoughts.

’Okay... what’s going on here?’

"Is this really why you called me over here?" he asked finally.

Elena laughed—a low, throaty sound that seemed to fill the entire space around them.

"Not the main reason," she admitted casually, shrugging her shoulders slightly.

She reached up slowly, grasping the thin straps holding the gown in place on her shoulders and sliding them downward gently.

The silk pooled at her feet, leaving her standing there in nothing but a pair of black lace panties—intricate netting that left almost nothing to the imagination, the delicate pattern barely concealing what lay beneath.

Her breasts hung heavy and full, perfectly shaped with pink nipples hardened into peaks that pointed outward.

Her smooth, flat stomach led downward to those black netted panties sitting low on her hips.

"But this?" Elena gestured toward herself with a slow, deliberate motion. "This is definitely something I’m going to get out of it."
