Make Me Moan Mr Therapist.-Chapter 80: The playground.
"Are you ready?" Alex asked, his voice low and deliberate as he walked back to Gabe. He knelt in front of him, lowering himself until they were eye to eye, his gaze locked firmly onto Gabe’s. "We can only proceed if you still want it."
Ready for what exactly, Alex? Gabe thought inwardly, heat creeping up his neck as a faint blush spread across his face. The way you’re asking makes it sound... wrong. Like you’re asking if I’m ready to be ruined all over again.
He swallowed, lips pressing together as his thoughts spiraled. You’re really something, Alex. Asking me like this...slow, calm, patient like a lamb being offered up to a butcher who promises it won’t hurt.
The thought alone made his heart race.
"Of course I’m ready," Gabe finally said, forcing his voice to stay steady despite the color staining his cheeks. "I’m ready to check out your playground." He paused, then added, almost defensively, "That’s why I’m here anyway. Exploring it is part of the therapy session... right?"
And to see if it compares to mine, he thought bitterly.
Fuck... I miss my playground.
Not Sabe’s house....never that place. His own mansion. His own space. Even Sabe had never been allowed inside it. And now here I am, an omega being guided by a beta when I am an alpha himself. I should be the one leading. I should be the one opening doors.
But for now, I’ve decided, I’ll let Alex take the lead.
Before Gabe could say anything else, Alex moved closer and slid one arm securely around his waist. With ease...far too much ease...he lifted Gabe from his wheelchair as if he weighed nothing at all.
Gabe gasped softly, instinctively gripping Alex’s shoulder.
"You don’t need to be scared, Gabe," Alex said calmly, adjusting his hold to make sure he was balanced. "I’ll be with you the whole time."
Gabe’s eyes widened as he swallowed hard.
Scared?
Why would I be scared?
As Alex began walking, the hallway behind them sealed shut with a quiet mechanical sound.
...Okay. That’s why.
The staircase ahead was dark...too dark. Gabe tightened his grip around Alex’s neck without realizing it, his pulse thudding loudly in his ears.
Why the hell is it so dark?
His mind raced. Is this really a pleasure space, or did I just walk into some serial-killer fantasy dungeon?
Alex descended steadily, his grip firm and unshaken, but Gabe’s imagination was already running wild. The air felt cooler the farther they went, the silence thick and oppressive, broken only by the echo of Alex’s footsteps.
Then...soft lights flickered to life along the walls.
Warm illumination spilled outward, chasing away the shadows, and Gabe let out a breath he hadn’t realized he’d been holding.
The space around them slowly revealed itself. The walls weren’t concrete or metal—they were stone, uneven and raw, like the inside of a carefully carved cave.
"You can relax now," Alex said with a small smile, clearly aware of the tension he was carrying. "The lights only activate when someone enters. That’s how I designed it."
Gabe nodded, suddenly at a loss for words.
Alex continued down the stairs, each step measured, the sound echoing softly around them.
After what felt like an eternity, Gabe finally spoke. "How far down does this place go?" he asked, glancing around. "And... aren’t you tired? You’ve been carrying me this whole time."
A beta shouldn’t be this steady, he thought. Even an alpha would start to slow down by now.
The excitement from earlier had shifted into something else—anticipation mixed with unease. Every echo of his own voice made him flinch, while Alex remained silent, focused.
Just as Gabe was about to speak again, a massive iron door slid open in front of them with a low mechanical hiss.
Gabe, who had been watching Alex’s face, turned sharply toward it.
Alex didn’t hesitate. He stepped through.
The door sealed shut behind them with a heavy clang.
Gabe’s breath caught.
The room beyond was enormous far larger than he had expected. Glass walls stretched outward, reflecting the glow of deep red lights that bathed the space in an unmistakable warning hue. The surfaces, clean and sterile, set against that ominous red glow as if the room itself was announcing what it was meant for.
The sight of two metallic poles embedded firmly into the ground immediately made Gabe swallow hard. Each pole had a pair of handcuffs resting against it, the metal glinting faintly under the bright white lights. His gaze drifted slowly across the room, taking everything in piece by piece, until it landed on the bed.
The bed had restraints too.
His throat tightened.
Nearby, a white bowl sat on a low table, filled with ice-cold water. Inside it lay neatly arranged whips—sleek, varied in length and texture—submerged as though carefully preserved. Beside them were feathers in different colors, soft and deceptively harmless in appearance.
Gabe’s eyes continued to wander.
There were blindfolds—several of them—lined up in an orderly manner. Black, white, crimson, and even pastel shades. And then there were the objects beside them, unmistakable in their purpose, varying in color, size, and shape.
His swallowing grew more frequent.
"Welcome to my playground, Gabe," Alex finally said, his voice calm but unmistakably pleased. A satisfied, almost proud smile curved his lips as he watched Gabe’s reaction.
Alex stepped forward and gently laid Gabe down on the bed, making sure he was comfortable before straightening. "This isn’t everything," he added casually. "Some things will be introduced as our training progresses."
This isn’t everything?
Gabe scoffed inwardly, though his expression remained composed. What else could you possibly have hidden away? Chains? Suspensions? Things even I haven’t used before?
Aloud, he cleared his throat. "Can you change the red light, though?" he asked, swallowing again. "It’s a bit... intense."
"Oh, sure," Alex replied easily.
He walked over to the wall and flipped a switch. Instantly, the red glow vanished, replaced by bright white light—almost blinding in its clarity. The room felt colder somehow, more clinical.
"What would you like to drink?" Alex asked, turning back to him. "I’ve got champagne, other drinks if you prefer, or even food. Nothing fancy—just noodles. Easy to make."
You really know how to make people relax before breaking them down, Gabe thought dryly. How many people have been down here, Alex?
His gaze swept the room again. The walls looked thick. Reinforced. Soundproof.
I know this kind of place, he admitted to himself. I have one too. Not like this—but still.
"I’ll take the champagne," Gabe said at last, offering a polite smile.
Alex nodded and walked away. He returned shortly after with a metal bucket filled with ice, two bottles of champagne nestled inside, and a pair of glasses. He placed everything neatly on the table before opening one bottle with practiced ease.
The liquid poured smoothly into the glass before Alex handed one to Gabe.
"To our therapy session," Alex said lightly, raising his glass.
Gabe clinked his glass against Alex’s without hesitation—and then drained it in one go.
The cool burn barely registered as he immediately reached for another refill, downing the second glass just as quickly.
Alex, who had only taken a slow sip of his own drink, paused mid-motion and set his glass down.
"You’re thirsty," he observed, raising an eyebrow. "Should I get you some water instead? Or are you scared?"
Scared? Scared of what actually? Gabe thought with a faint smirk. You’re the one hesitating now.
Instead of answering, Gabe suddenly reached out and grabbed Alex by the tie.
In one swift motion, he pulled him forward.
Alex stumbled slightly, their foreheads almost colliding, stopping just short. They were suddenly far too close—faces inches apart, breaths warm, mingling in the charged space between them.
"What’s wrong?" Alex asked quietly, his brow lifting even slightly as he swallowed.
Are you that eager to get the therapy started?Alex thought Inwardly with a smirk on his face.
Gabe studied his face for a moment before speaking.
"How many have there been?" he asked calmly, curiosity gleaming in his eyes.
Alex blinked. "What?"
"How many clients have you brought down here for the therapy?" Gabe continued, his voice steady. "How many voices have echoed against these walls? I’m sure you get a number or are they uncountable?"
Is he... jealous? Alex thought with a brief scoff. Interesting.
"And why do you worry about that?" Alex raised an eyebrow with a smirk still plastered on his face.
"Just answer me. I’m curious that’s all." Gabe replied with curiosity and slight anger in his eyes.
"None," Alex replied at last.
Gabe’s eyes widened in genuine shock.
"And what do you mean by that?" Gabe raised an eyebrow waiting for Alex to reply.
"I mean only one client had been here," Alex added calmly.
And you expect me to believe that? Gabe thought Inwardly.
He then heaved a heavy sigh. "And who’s that?" he asked, forcing his tone to stay neutral.
Alex leaned in just a little closer.
"You," he said simply. "You’re the first."
Gabe swallowed hard.
