Malevolent Warlock: Sin Of Eternity-Chapter 29: vs Anan

Leon screamed in his mind. Although a lot of people disliked Arian and Leon in the camp, there was only one that would be willing to go the extra mile to kill them.

Anan

He had deep hatred for Leon. Leon had not only defeated his elder brother, bringing shame to the family. He had also embarrassed Anan and his cronies when they tried to capture him. Sooner or later, the Dalriss name would become a laughingstock.

All this was because of Leon, so why wouldn't he hate him?

"You won't give up, will you?" Leon calmed himself and asked Anan. Anan was a pain in the ass, he was so adamant on capturing or killing Leon, and for what? Because Leon didn't allow himself to be tortured by him. The gut was a spoilt brat.

"Hmp!! Give up? That would imply that I was trying in the first place. You have only seen the tip of the iceberg, you Filthy Warlock. I'll show you what the Dalriss names stands for!!!"

Just as those words left Anan's mouth, he threw the chain in his hand at a blind speed towards Leon.

"Hmp!!" Leon smirked and swayed to the left before entering a mad sprint. However, unlike before when Leon would just avoid him...

This time he headed straight for Anan

"Hm? Foolish!!" Seeing Leon dash towards him, Anan became furious. Was Leon dumb in the head? What kind of prey would go head first towards a predator?, but he didn't really believe that Leon was stupid.

Leon knew when the odds were against him and knew when to run as he did the last time, so he couldn't be considered stupid. There had to be another reason, and just thinking about it made Anan mad.

Leon wasn't stupid, for him to head towards him in full force meant that he believed that he could take Anan on.

"You are nothing but a slave!!! Now put on your chains!!!"

Anan's eyes became intense, he drew the chain in his hand backwards. The recoil was massive, causing the chain to move extremely fast, threatening to hit Leon from the back.

Leon dodged and dodged, but for some reason Anans chain seemed to be picking momentum. His technique with the chain was definitely exquisite.

"Shit!!"

Soon the chain became so fast that Leon could not dodge it, it took a magical U-turn and started heading for the back of Leon's head. In a split second, it was already too close. But, who said he needed to dodge it?

Seemingly out of nowhere, Leon pulled out a dagger and slashed at the chain head barreling towards him. The force of the attack was so much that the chain couldn't even wrap around the dagger, it just pushed it back.

This scene was surprising, the level of technique it took to make a chain bounce off its target was astounding. Anan had never seen it being done. But instead of admiration, Anan became Angry.

Unknown to him, what Leon would do next would make his Anger reach the roof in one swoop.

—Clang

Leon dashed forward and grabbed the chain with his left hand. He then proceeded to hold it tightly.

"This....." Anan looked on with shock. Leon grabbed his chain? What kind of move was this? He had never been in this situation before, mainly because of how fast his chain movement was. But Leon was able to slow it down long enough to grab it.

"It's over, give up" Leon said out loud. Anan had no other weapon than his chain, Leon depriving him of it was as good as depriving him of his means of defense.

"Hmp!! You must be joking!!" Anan shouted resolutely, he wasn't going to back down.

He let go of the chain and pointed outwards with his fist.

"Flame work: Ether Javelin"

Anan didn't want to use magic on a nobody like Leon, but he had no choice. This was just too humiliating. Not only had Leon disarmed him, he was trying to insinuate that his chain was nothing to him. Anan couldn't let this slide.

—Wuuuu.

From thin air, a javelin made of fire appeared out of nowhere and

—Boom!!!

It sped towards Leon with blinding speed, threatening to rip him into two.

"Shit!!"

A splash of blood splashed in the air. Leon had been hit!!

"Fucker!!" Leon's eyes became red with rage. His cheek was bright red as a small Slash wound appeared on it. He had been hit by Anans attack.

"This guy....."

Unlike Leon's sentiments on the attack hitting him. Anan felt genuinely shocked. Leon was able to dodge the attack he aimed straight at his chest? This attack was a magic attack fueled with mana.

How could a level 0 warlock do this?

Of course, he wasn't aware that Leon was no longer in level 0. But he would soon find out.

—Boom

Leon blasted off from this location at full speed, leaving a trail of dust behind him. He wanted to circle Anan.

"Hmp!!" Quickly noticing this movement, Anan prepared himself.

As Leon ran around, Anan shot out spell after spell hoping to penetrate him. But each one of them failed. It was becoming evident that Leon was not as weak as he thought he was.

"This can't be the speed of a level 0 warlock...." Anan became worried. Leon was proving to be a hard target. He was just too tricky.

Meanwhile, Leon, who had created a good distance between himself and Anan had a smirk on his face. His full strength as a level 1 warlock was astonishing.

He was moving at speeds several folds over what he could before . It was thrilling.

But he knew he had to end this battle fast. Arian was entering a bad situation on the other side.

"Where did he go?!!"

Anan said with panic. While shooting at Leon, he watched with his very eyes as Leon disappeared from his field of vision. He couldn't make sense of it at all. So he immediately went into a panic and rushed into the distance.

This was a mistake on his path. Because as soon as he did so.

—Shinng

A flash of light shone from within the darkness and flew towards him. He dodged, but another followed right behind it, it was a dagger, one that was aiming for his forehead.

"Huuu" a light shone around him, securing him from the abrupt attack.

"Damn" Anan held on to his chest. That attack would have taken his life if not for the protection treasure he got from his father...he now understood that running after Leon in the dark was a big mistake.

Unfortunately, Leon didn't give him time to think of a way to leave.

Leon threw a rock at Anan this indicated that he was out of sharp objects, but what followed behind was another unexpected move.

It was his chain!! It flew out of nowhere and wrapped around his neck.

"AHHH"

Leon had mysteriously appreared behind Anan, and he was using Anan's favorite weapon against him
