"A mermaid?" someone gasped as the details became clearer.

Returning to the real world, he stretched before heading downstairs. On the table, he noticed a simple note left by his uncle:

"Food in the fridge, warm it before eating."

With a small sigh, he grabbed the food and began heating it up.
