After hearing the details, Kuroki Suzu, Yagyu Uemon, and the others finally realized just how extraordinary Ye Xiu was.

Being a Great Grandmaster at 26 wasn’t unheard of. The nine prodigies of the Tiansha Association were all very young and possessed the strength of War Gods. In fact, a few of them, including Kuroki Suzu, were even younger than Ye Xiu.

Just then, Yagyu Uemon’s phone suddenly rang. When he answered, a frantic voice came through the line. "This is bad! The Xuan Ming Sect is attacking Kangtai Hospital!"

Yagyu Uemon was dumbfounded. "We have no feud with the Xuan Ming Sect, so why would they attack Kangtai Hospital? And how did they know the Tiansha Association’s members were all there?"

"It was Ye Xiu’s doing," Mutou Bingyuan said. "Back at the Yuelan Grand Hotel, he impersonated a Sang Jing member and attacked someone from Yarai."

Yagyu Uemon and the others drew in a sharp breath. "Is he that shameless?"

"That’s why I said he’s not easy to deal with," Mutou Bingyuan continued. "Alright, hurry back. Kangtai Hospital has no War God stationed there right now. If you’re too late, the losses will be huge."

"Understood!" Yagyu Uemon and the others immediately rushed off.

Kuroki Suzu, however, didn’t leave. "Young Master, what should I do next?" she asked.

"There’s no rush. Your current mission is to do whatever it takes to gain Ye Xiu’s trust. I will assign your next task after that," Mutou Bingyuan said.

"Oh!" Kuroki Suzu nodded in disappointment, turned, and left. As soon as she was out the door, she composed a text message with everything Mutou Bingyuan had said and sent it to Ye Xiu.

At that moment, Ye Xiu and Qin Qing were on their way to Kangtai Hospital.

Qin Qing was practically buzzing with excitement the entire ride. "I’m Huang Quan’s wife! Does that mean I can strut around Earth and do whatever I want from now on?"

"Not yet. But once my identity is revealed, you can travel across the globe wherever you please, and no one will dare to mess with you," Ye Xiu said with a smile.

"So when do you plan on revealing your identity?" Qin Qing was already growing impatient.

"No rush!" Ye Xiu laughed. "If I revealed my identity now, my enemies would be scared to death. How could I toy with them then?"

"That’s true!" Qin Qing said with a resigned sigh.

Just then, Ye Xiu received the text from Kuroki Suzu. After reading it, he paused for a moment. What does ’the Tiansha Association is returning to the Long Family’ mean? I actually know very little about the Long Family. I’d always assumed it was just a family with the surname Long, but apparently, it isn’t that simple!

"The road ahead is blocked!" Qin Qing said, pointing.

"It looks like the fight at Kangtai Hospital has already started!" Ye Xiu commented. By the time he finished speaking, they had arrived across the street from the hospital.

A single glance showed that the hospital grounds were in utter chaos. There were only a dozen or so members of the Xuan Ming Sect, but the Tiansha Association had 115 Great Grandmasters. However, among the Xuan Ming Sect’s small group were several experts with the strength of War Gods, causing the Tiansha Association to suffer heavy casualties.

"When will I ever be that powerful?" Qin Qing asked wistfully.

"Once you’ve mastered your Swordsmanship, I have a way to make your strength advance by leaps and bounds," Ye Xiu said.

"Oh!" Qin Qing’s eyes lit up, her mind already conjuring images of herself dominating the battlefield.

Just then, Ye Xiu’s expression suddenly darkened. He saw a Great Grandmaster from the Tiansha Association collapse for no apparent reason, a bloody skull emblazoned on his forehead. Is An Dongye sniping again?

"Ever used a sniper rifle?" Ye Xiu asked.

Qin Qing was startled. "How would I have ever done that?"

"I’ll take you to try it out!" Ye Xiu said, starting the car.

Soon, they arrived at the foot of a tall building. After getting out of the car, Ye Xiu led Qin Qing straight to the rooftop. There, they saw An Dongye sprawled on the ground with his butt in the air, happily sniping away.

"Who’s there?" Hearing the noise, An Dongye leaped to his feet. He paused in surprise when he saw it was Ye Xiu and Qin Qing. "Bro? Sis-in-law? How did you know I was here?"

"I should be the one asking questions. Did you have nothing better to do than come here and snipe members of the Tiansha Association?" Ye Xiu asked with a grin.

"I’m in a bad mood!" An Dongye groused, sitting on the ground while hugging his sniper rifle.

"What happened?" Ye Xiu asked curiously.

"I bought a bottle of red wine online for 199 yuan. The seller promised five-fold compensation for fakes, but when I got the package, I found six bottles inside!" An Dongye huffed.

Ye Xiu and Qin Qing were speechless. Five-fold compensation for fakes... So he bought one bottle, and the seller sent six? That saved An Dongye the trouble of having to file a complaint after discovering the wine was fake. The seller basically admitted it themselves!

"So you came here to take it out on the Tiansha Association?" Ye Xiu asked.

"Anyway, the Tiansha Association is your enemy, so I have no qualms about killing them," An Dongye said with a shrug. "You want to try picking a few off, too? Taking potshots like this is actually pretty damn satisfying."

"Can I really try?" Qin Qing asked, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

"No problem! Come on, I’ll teach you," An Dongye offered warmly.

Qin Qing eagerly scampered over.

An Dongye patiently taught Qin Qing how to use the sniper rifle. She was a quick study and learned fast. Aiming at a Sang Jing Martial Artist hundreds of meters away inside Kangtai Hospital, she fired.

BANG!

Qin Qing had fired from a crouch, and the powerful recoil sent her tumbling backward onto her behind.

As for the bullet... it was nowhere near its target.

"Sis-in-law, were you trying to shoot down the sun?" An Dongye asked, utterly astonished.
