Marcus returned to the Silver Stag. It was already deep in the afternoon where the sun from outside had started casting its orange glow.

He went to his room and closed the door behind him.

The noise from downstairs faded.

He sat on the edge of the bed and reached into his inventory.

The iron-bound chest appeared in front of him with a solid weight.

He opened it.

Gold coins filled the interior, stacked tightly.

And he planned on experimenting.

His eyes moved down until he found what he was looking for.

Marcus selected it.

It’s basically an upgrade from the last one.
