Most Powerful Entity in Academy-Chapter 43: Boring.
It was time to attend my first class at the academy.
The classes were:
Theology and Religion, then Sword Training, Magic Training, and finally, mandatory Physical Education.
In a cathedral-like place, Artemis and I were sitting at the very back.
Classes progress from F to S.
The person in charge of S class is Kynar Voss.
An elf who looks middle-aged, at most 33, but I’m sure he’s over 400 years old...
The only problem is that he’s a typical elf: blonde hair and blue eyes, the most basic elf features.
He is the professor tasked with giving us the best knowledge about theology.
In the class, I’m next to Artemis, and I wanted to sit in the very back, but that seat was taken before I came.
Lara had sat in the hero seat; next to her was Hans.
The guy is showing a bit of an aggressive attitude, ambitious in love.
In the game’s story, Hans falls in love at first sight and tries to save her from the supposed bullying of the villainess Victoria.
But Victoria changed; being with me and the possibility of the future changing caused a new light in her life.
"Shhh, Raul, what will we learn here?" said Artemis.
She insisted on taking the same classes as me.
I sighed.
Right now, the saintess is here too, and seeing her makes me more angry: "an old revenge."
When Sphiros’ event happened, she cursed—even though she didn’t know it was me, she didn’t curse me because of my identity as an entity.
Saintess Maria, surname unknown.
According to what they say, she abandoned her family to be under God, so that even her family has no influence; she abandoned her family.
"Ahem, I am Kynar Voss. Now listen well; no need for nonsense. Gods and their histories are very deep. We mortals can’t understand even if we want, but I will teach as much as I can," he said, and golden light energy came out of his hand.
This is not mana.
Kynar caused quite a show; lightning was coming out of his hand: "This is divine magic. Everyone who believes in God can use this. Now listen well; everything started with the first and last God saying, ’Let there be light...’"
Hmm, the professor’s speech for some reason makes me sleepy: "Raul, what do you say to leaving an illusion here?"
"Shhh, don’t distract my mind, devil," I grinned, but Kynar seemed interested in me.
He pointed at me: "You, stand up and answer my question: Is the newly emerged entity a god?" he said and was looking at me.
I narrow my eyes because I’m wondering why he asked this.
I stood up: "Gallus in acervo stercoris se regem esse putat," I whispered, and Artemis kicked my leg.
(The rooster in the shit thinks he is king.)
The professor frowned, and I could feel the gazes of the whole class on me.
Saintess Maria’s gaze is piercing my body.
Because she understood what I said best and was constantly looking at Artemis.
She must have felt the divinity in her.
I will give the wrong answer.
In theology, they are trying to find out what being an entity is; it was discussed that it could be a primordial.
I put my hand on my neck: "High chance of being a forgotten god or a bored primordial?"
"Wrong. Sit down," he said and signaled me to sit.
I gritted my teeth.
This bastard...
Artemis and I look at each other: "Why couldn’t you answer a question about yourself?"
"Because this idiot is testing me, and since your divinity is like moonlight, he probably noticed. Something is wrong," I said and narrowed my eyes.
But still, as if enchanted, I slept.
I woke up with a slap on my back: "Hey, Raul, we will miss the other classes."
I gathered my things and books, and when we were about to leave the door, Saintess Maria was there: "You, come here."
"No, step aside," I said and pushed her.
I quickly proceeded among all the gazes looking at me there.
We came to the physical education place for the academy.
All S class students were here in training clothes; we had formed a military formation and were waiting for our professor.
We are looking at the red-haired, huge-bodied, 2-meter-tall demon in front of us.
He was wearing casual clothes, but his muscles were divine in one word: "Rookies, my name is Cain Drakhar. Don’t forget this name. Get ready to live hell," he said.
Then he wanted us to go to the field, and we did.
The strange part is the bracelets: "These are mana-suppressing bracelets. You will run without mana. The weakness of mages is their bodies; thanks to me, you will overcome it," he said, and put me in the very front and put his hand on my shoulder.
He had a crazy grin: "You were 6th tier, right? Lead these newbies. There will be 50 laps around the field. We will apply psychological pressure by not telling them. You know what I mean."
The guy is definitely enjoying it: "Thing is, I have an idea in my mind," I said and whispered something in his ear.
I was feeling like someone was trying to scam others, that feels good.....
His eyes opened in shock: "You—you are a genius," he said and disappeared from the middle.
10 minutes later.
People were whining from the field; Professor Cain had said he was going somewhere.
Everyone saw him come back, but there was a 3-headed dog there.
"Cerberus?" said Artemis.
She seemed surprised.
Since I was standing in the very front, I couldn’t talk to her: "Good luck, newbies. This Cerberus is not real; it’s a robot. But rest assured, it’s enough to give you a good beating. The ones left in the back will deal with it," he said, then raised his hand: "RUN!" he said, and I started running.
While everyone was in shock, they were sprinting.
It was complete chaos.
"I WANT TO GO HOME!"
"I’M DYING!"
"For God’s sake!"
Everyone was running, and Cerberus was running at 20 km per hour on average.
But it would slowly speed up.
Artemis quickly passed everyone and tried to come next to me.
"You recommended this, right?" said Artemis, as if looking at her arch-nemesis.
The reason was Lara running like crazy behind to catch up to our speed.
Saintess Maria—how should I say—became dog food.
Completely cooked.
Lying on the ground at the side...
Right now, the dog is chasing Penelope; she was the last one left: "HEEELP! RAUL, PLEASE HELP!"
I raised my hands to the sky: "I pray for your souls, Ah, good help that little demon," I said, and was laughing.
Penelope was caught by Cerberus, and the last thing I saw was her being mixed with a bone by Cerberus...
The professor is really the same kind of madman as me.
I liked him.
In the 49th lap, only Seraphine, Lara, Hans, me, Artemis, and 3 males were left.
I quickly did the last lap; Cerberus was still behind us.
Finally, we finished everything. I sweated because I loaded extra weight on myself with aether—approximately the mass of a black hole—but to prevent the world from being destroyed under the mass, I properly manipulated the aether on my feet.
Of course, I did something similar for Artemis, too.
She was tired too: "Huhuhu, I’m dying, Raul," said Artemis.
"Nah, Hades would save you." But what I faced was the madness in Artemis’s eyes.
Professor Cain stood in front of us: "Perfect job, rookies..." he said.
Robot Cerberus stood next to him, and even though it was taller than him, it wasn’t very important.
These remaining 3 males, except Hans, are the males in Lara’s future harem: one dragon, one elf, and the other demon...
"Now get lost. Those who couldn’t complete the lap, continue; you will do at least 50 more laps in the evening."
"This is unfair!"
"Die!"
"Hope your feet get cut off!"
Professor Cain is also responsible for physical education, even though he is the sword teacher.
Worse than hell.
Artemis wouldn’t get tired even if she did 50 laps, let alone 1 million, if I didn’t intervene, but I wanted to strengthen her, too.
Slowly, my first day at the academy is about to end.
I went to the dorm.
Around me, I saw eyes full of hate looking at me.
Artemis was next to me: "Yo, be a man; talk to me in the face," I said and showed the middle finger, and continued on my way.
People really don’t appreciate hard-working men.
I earned the absolute hatred of everyone in the academy, and Artemis is showing the middle finger to those looking at me.
Quite fun, no problem as long as in the process I don’t beat anyone.
Ah, I went to the dorm to finish everything and had a very good sleep.
