Chapter 240 Is it sweet or I am sweet

The cold air gushed out from the air-conditioning port, blowing the gray curtains against the floor-to-ceiling windows, breaking the sunlight that fell on the ground.

Lin Jiao, who had gained the dominance once, felt a sudden rise in her mood, and she never thought about the consequences.

She stroked the god-like face, as if she had eaten honey and showed a sly smile.

"Husband." She touched those thin lips and watched the end of his eyes turn red: "Do you want to eat peaches?"

Pei Zhi rolled his Adam's apple: "Well."

"Then wait for me." She ran to the kitchen with bare feet and took out the peaches in the refrigerator.

The pink peach is the size of her palm, and the fine fluff is barely noticeable, and you can smell the sweet fragrance when you get close.

Lin Jiao bit down a piece of the pulp and slowly put it to his lips, watching him chew and swallow.

She hooked her lips: "Is it sweet or am I sweet?"

"You are the sweetest." Pei Zhi stared at the crystal-stained lips, his voice a little hoarse.

He didn't have the heart to appreciate her eating peaches. With a twist of his wrist, he broke free from the restraints of his carpal bones, and clasped his slender waist tightly.

The sudden action startled Lin Jiao.

Before she could react, the world turned around in front of her, and the peach in her palm accidentally fell to the ground.

The soft sound was quickly drowned out.

Half a peach lay quietly in the shadow of the sun, and was not picked up until twilight.

Similar things happened frequently in the following days. From midsummer to late autumn, Pei Zhi was still in control of everything.

He lured her to take dominance in different ways, and then ruthlessly regained it, and he was never tired of it.

Lin Jiao, who has been deceived several times, decides to cure him.

She returned to Lin's house a week before the wedding, and no matter how much he coaxed her, she never shared the bed with him.

"Wife." Every night when Pei Zhi was alone in the empty room, he would start a video with her: "I miss you so much."

He carried his longing voice into the auricle, like a rooted vine, entangling Lin Jiao's heart.

"Didn't you just see him this afternoon?" She lay on the bed and stroked his eyebrows across the screen.

"It's different." He looked down and landed on her white collarbone: "I can't sleep well without you."

"Try drinking a glass of milk before going to bed?"

   "Two drinks are useless."

Lin Jiao pursed her lips: "Then you come here now?" She didn't feel his embrace for nearly five days, she really missed it.

"My wife is so nice." Pei Zhi kissed the camera, how could there be any grievance.

He rushed to Lin's house with a star and a moon, and caught the people who rushed from the door: "Are they sleeping?"

"Well." Lin Jiao hung on him like an octopus and let him carry him upstairs: "Why aren't you wearing a sweater? Isn't it cold?"

"It's not cold." Pei Zhi came in a hurry, a coat with only home clothes under it, really not resistant to cold.

But he couldn't feel the coldness, and he just wanted to hug his beauty to sleep together: "Your husband's health is not that bad."

His straight, fiery eyes were like fire, brushing over Lin Jiao's inch of skin, and his heartbeat slowed half a beat for a while.

She listened to the sound of the door locking in her ear, and before she could make a syllable, all the strong and gentle kisses fell.

"Husband..." She fell on the bed, her neck like a swan leaning back: "I'm going to wear a wedding dress the day after tomorrow."

Pei Zhi certainly understood what she meant.

He painted her face with thin lips in the dim light, released his unstoppable love, and then fell with her.

The night light was on until two in the morning. They hugged each other under the warm bedding, feeling each other's body temperature and fell asleep.

  *

October 15th, the wedding guests went to the Rose Manor to witness their love.

The beautiful roses bloom in their most beautiful appearance, and the fragrance of flowers permeates the surroundings, which is refreshing.

Shen Yi and Zhou Yanshen stood in front of the standing sign, smiled at the approaching guests, exchanged a few words occasionally, and then let the waiter lead them to their seats.

"President Pei's face is too great." Zhou Yanshen looked around and said in a low voice, "Three people from the political circles have come."

"Not more." Shen Yi put down the champagne glass and pointed to the middle-aged men and women sitting in the second row: "They are colleagues with my dad."

"Their daughter is pretty good." Zhou Yanshen's topic went off the rails instantly: "Are you interested?"

"No."

"Where's the one on the right in the third row?"

"Not my type." Shen Yi lightly retracted his gaze and asked Chu Yuzhou to come over: "I'll go to the bathroom."

He raised his wrist and glanced at the dial, before taking two steps forward, a figure bumped over.

"I'm sorry." Xi Wen raised her head and met the beautiful face, her ears turned red: "I didn't mean to."

The moment she cast her gaze, Shen Yi was as quiet as her heart on the surface of a lake, as if a stone had been thrown, causing ripples.

He stabilized his mind: "What's the matter with you?"

"My feet are sprained." Xi Wen endured the pain, her clear eyes were slightly red, and she could faintly catch a glimpse of water.

"Would it be convenient for me to take a look?"

"Well." She lowered her eyes and looked at the man squatting in front of her: "Excuse me."

"It's alright." Shen Yi covered her ankle and brushed aside all distracting thoughts: "Put on my shoulder and lift your left foot."

Xi Wen, who could not find her center of gravity, had to do as she did.

She felt the temperature of his palm, and the deer living in the chest collided randomly, so that she could hear the heartbeat beside her ears.

"Is it alright?" Her palms were sweaty, and she almost couldn't stabilize her body and wanted to fall to the side.

Shen Yi quickly supported her with eyes and hands: "Yes." He slowly got up: "It didn't hurt the bones, just rub the medicine for two days."
