   Chapter 36 Dating

The next morning, Ronald ironed his clothes, polished his shoes, put on his sunglasses, and drove to the gate of Van Nuys High School. Because he didn't leave his phone number at the beginning, he wanted to seize the time to go to school, find two dancing beauties at the school gate, and then skip class to go on a date.

"Hi, Mara, long time no see, how have you been?"

Ronald soon found Marla Rosenfeld, the brunette, blue-eyed beauty wearing a strapless halter. The explosive figure was quite conspicuous in the crowd, Ronald took off his sunglasses and greeted her from afar.

"I bought two movie tickets for 'The Deer Hunter' tonight. I'm missing a companion to watch it with. Are you interested?" Ronald said to Mara who ran over.

"Wow, Deer Hunter, I tried so hard to get a ticket." Marla looked happy. "Of course, Ronald, I would."

Mara Rosenfeld is still dressed hot. Big wavy brown hair, thick and smooth, a sleeveless red crew-neck blouse under a thin embroidered coat that set off her wheat-colored skin, jeans and open-toed heels, the same rock-and-roll hottie.

Mara's hairstyle is a bit like Jane Fonda on TV last night, except that she is an American girl with a great body and lacks some of the literary flavor of Jane Fonda.

"I bought the 5:00 pm show. Would you like to go to the Planetarium and Universal Studios with me during the day?" Ronald deliberately put away the movie tickets, as if Marla wouldn't give her a ticket if she didn't agree. .

"Of course" Mara happily opened the passenger door of the yellow Volkswagen Hare and sat up generously. He wrapped his hands around Ronald's arms and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you, Ronald."

"Why didn't I see Chris, isn't she here?" Ronald asked another blonde beauty.

"She's not at school, Chris went to a new film crew, and I heard that his new boyfriend helped him find a way." Mara stared into Ronald's eyes and smiled, "Ronald, you are now In which crew? Can you help me? I want to accumulate some time tickets"

"Uh, I'm not on any set right now, Mara."

Mara, Chris, these 12th grade girls, who have experienced a movie shooting, are also maturing rapidly, and know that they are working hard for their Screen Actors Guild qualifications.

"Really? There will be a new movie in the future, so don't forget to fill in the time sheet for me." Mara shook his arm, "I learned some new dances, and I'll show you the dance."

"How is the production of Rock High School? When will it be seen in theaters? How many frontal shots will I have?", Mara was excited, "Ronald, why are you not talking, what are you thinking?"

Ronald came back to his senses from the divergent thoughts, "I'm just admiring your beauty."

said, put away the brakes, and stepped on the accelerator.

It can be seen that Mara is very happy, and her appearance today is beyond her expectations. In the 12th grade of high school, girls have grown up, and comparisons and jealousy between each other have long been commonplace.

at Van Nuys High School in the heart of Hollywood. Whoever can get a boyfriend in the film industry, can be brought into the crew, and in the circle of girls, will become the top of the pyramid of social circles. Marla is happy that Ronald is back for her.

"Let's go to Griffith Observatory first and watch the starry sky show." Ronald said and drove off the road.

The    Observatory is located in the center of Griffith Park, the highest point on the hill. The Greek-style dome building is very beautiful. Ronald and Mara held hands and entered the hall to visit. After the lights were turned off, the projector projected a sky map on the dome, which contained all the stars visible to the naked eye. The two looked up at the glowing stars, and the atmosphere was very romantic.

Mara has some soapy scent left on her body, and the atmosphere is fresh, but it can be felt that it is not an expensive brand. Ronald was intoxicated with the starry sky and the good smell of Mara, he hugged Mara, and the two embraced each other naturally.

It was time for the star projection this time, Ronald and Mara smiled at each other, and then walked forward. The next small room has a model of the solar system, and demonstrations of solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, and 10-foot-long artificial lightning made by Tesla coils. Ronald was interested in these scientific demonstrations, and Mara mainly Watching Ronald, the two smiled at each other from time to time.

After eating the buffet lunch at the "End of the Universe" cafe inside the museum, Mara was already glued to Ronald. The two walked out of the observatory, and Ronald also saw several astronomical telescopes for tourists. It seems that next time I have to see the real starry sky at night.

On the lawn at the exit, there are several marble sculptures of astronomers, and on the other side stands the statue of James Dean, a Hollywood actor who died prematurely. Although the male star has only acted in 3 movies, he has remained in the top 10 in the selection of Hollywood male stars over the years.

He starred in the posthumous work "Rebel Without a Cause", which became Hollywood's first box-office blockbuster movie reflecting rebellious young people, so it will be remembered forever. Because "Rebel Without a Cause" has footage of Griffith Observatory, there is a statue of him here.

What a great place to make a movie, Ronald thought. The two pose for a photo in front of the James Dean statue.

In the afternoon, the young men and women came to Universal Studios again to play.

This was originally the studio of Universal Corporation. After epic blockbusters such as "Spartacus" and "Moses" were filmed, the scenery was preserved for tourists to visit. It is now a must-see attraction for tourists visiting Los Angeles.

Ronald bought a ticket, grabbed the Polaroid once-imaging camera, and went into Universal Park with Mara in his arms. Several classic projects such as cliffs and rocks, floods erupting, Moses separating the Red Sea and other thrilling wonders, Mara, as an indigenous person, may have come here, but Ronald is the first time.

Although the classic scene of the female voice screaming and jumping into the boy's arms didn't happen, the intensity of the entanglement between Ronald and Mara's eyes was also rising rapidly. After asking staff to take a photo of them, Marla couldn't help but kiss Ronald on the lips.

Ronald tilted his head and stared into Mara's blue eyes with a slight smile. Mara blushed when he saw him, she rushed up to kiss Ronald again, and parted after a long time.

Mara was a little shy and buried her head in Ronald's chest, and the two finished the playground.

After nibbling on some hot dogs, Ronald and Marla rushed to the door of the Kodak Theater. This is an old Hollywood theater that has hosted many movie premieres.

Today marks the second release of "The Deer Hunter" in Los Angeles. The distributor Universal Pictures, after the film was nominated for 9 Oscars, quickly released "The Deer Hunter" on a large scale across the country, trying to attract audiences through the influence of the Oscars.

Of course, these analyses were all known to Ronald by watching TV and newspapers. He himself just wanted to watch an Oscar-level movie with beautiful women.

insisted on buying caramel-flavored popcorn instead of salty-flavored popcorn, Ronald entered the screening room with a popcorn bucket and two glasses of Coca-Cola. The old-fashioned theater could hold a lot of people, and Ronald and Marla found two adjacent seats. There are quite a few spectators today.

Marla grabbed a handful of popcorn on the armrest, put it in Ronald's mouth, and picked up her Coke, "Come on, drink mine." pre-show ad.

The opening of the film is a traditional Russian wedding. Ronald was a little confused, a group of people with Russian names, speaking English, preparing for an Orthodox wedding. Like the Russian community in America?

The rhythm of the film is very slow, and a wedding scene lasted for nearly an hour. Ronald was already lethargic.

After finally waiting for several male protagonists to join the army to fight, Ronald was refreshed and ready to watch some war scenes.

Who knew that it was too hasty again. When we arrived at the Vietnam battlefield, the screen turned and the three protagonists had been captured.

Ronald even scolded in his heart, and he was on the battlefield. How could he be captured without some wonderful tank battle?

Then, there was the very controversial Russian roulette game. It was played for 20 minutes, and finally, Mike, the protagonist played by Robert De Niro, suddenly exploded, killed the North Vietnamese officer, and led everyone to flee.

Ronald began to complain again, thinking that the North Vietnamese officer was very powerful, but he was grabbed by the hero and shot to death. The Mi Army drove a helicopter to rescue, but the protagonist Mike couldn't climb into the helicopter and fell into the Mekong River...

After that, Mike, played by Robert De Niro, returned to the country for some reason, and had to marry his comrade-in-arms Nick's girlfriend... This female supporting role played very well, and she was very gentle and had a good temperament...

Ronald couldn't help but fall asleep, leaning back in his chair and falling asleep...

The lights were dazzling, Ronald opened his eyes, the movie was over and the lights were on.

Ronald put his arms around Mara, and the two walked out of the theater.

"Wait for me, I have to go to the bathroom." Marla went to the ladies' bathroom and queued up.

Ronald stood in the hall, watching the flow of people. He was a little dissatisfied with spending money to watch an unintelligible movie, and yawned again.

Suddenly, a long microphone reached his mouth:

"Hello, we are reporters from CBS-2 in Los Angeles. We are interviewing the audience who watched 'The Deer Hunter'. We noticed that you yawned. Do you think this movie is boring?" A female host Questions started, and on the camera behind her, a red light came on.

Ronald hadn't fully reacted from the sudden attack, and he started to answer: "Well, I think the director is very good at creating light and setting the environment, I haven't been to the Russian community, but watching the movie feels like I live there. After a period of time."

"boring, boring", the host seems to be lip-syncing to remind himself.

"I thought the wedding scene at the beginning was great. It was nearly an hour wedding, but it was a little long, and then I was captured in Vietnam in less than a minute? I was waiting to see some battle scenes, and I only saw Russian roulette. Bet," Ronald added, I should praise more and scold less.

"What do you think of the actor's acting skills?" The hostess asked again. This year, "Deer Hunter" has also nominated many performance awards.

"Um, Robert De Niro, and that, that... Christopher Walken are all very good at digging out the characters' inner worlds well, and they all deserved their Oscar nominations. I think the same I still like the bridesmaid at the wedding more than the two male leads, called..., called..., rightly called Meryl Streep. I think she is also a high level."

Ronald yawned again and rubbed his eyelids.

"The last question, what is your name and what is your occupation?"

"My name is Ron, I'm a freshman in college this year, and I'm going to major in film." Ronald boasted a little about himself, and used an uncommon nickname as his name in case something went wrong.

"Wow, no wonder your reviews are so professional, ok, thank you Ronnie from the audience at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles. Hosted by a female host...bringing you live coverage"

"Okay, Ronald, let's go." After a while, Mara jumped again to take Ronald's arm and walked out of the theater.

"So, see you next time?" Ronald asked for Mara's phone number and sent her to the door.

"Okay, Ronald, don't forget me next time there is a new movie looking for extras." The lights in Mara's house turned on, she said no more, blew a kiss to Ronald, and then quickly Run home step by step.
