  Chapter 52 The Marauder's Map

"Fred, George, what are you doing here?" Albert pretended to be surprised and looked at the roommates who pouted their buttocks and mopped the floor.

   "Mopping," Fred said dryly.

"By the way, why didn't I know you guys have become so hardworking." Lee Jordan looked at the twin brothers gloatingly. The big dung bombs are not easy to clean, especially since Filch hasn't given them any cleaning agent, and they can't be cleaned with a mop and rag.

"This is the consequence of throwing dung bombs in the hallway." Filch next to him said to the people who stopped and watched, "Don't think that you can get away with doing something bad."

"Don't worry, I will ask for leave for you in the Defense Against the Dark Arts class." Albert reached out and patted the twins on the shoulder, comforting.

"Why do I always feel that you are a little gloating?"

"Is there?" Albert looked sideways at Lee Jordan and said, "No, who told them to throw dung bombs in the corridor and be caught by Filch?"

"I thought they would secretly throw dung bombs into the corridor." Li Qiaodan was also very puzzled, isn't this asking for trouble for himself?

Albert certainly knew the reason. If Filch wasn't around, he wouldn't mind using the Descaling Charm to save them trouble. Unfortunately, Filch was watching from the sidelines, and he couldn't do that either.

It took several hours for Fred and George to completely clean up the traces of dung bombs left in the corridors and offices.

For this reason, they also missed lunch.

The two with sore backs only went to the kitchen to make a sandwich, and now they are eating under a tree.

"Where's the stuff? What did you take, don't say you don't have anything." George put all the sandwiches in his hands into his mouth, looked at Fred, and waited for the other party to take out the prohibited items he got in the drawer.

"Got it. Here it is." Fred took the envelope from his pocket and handed it to George.

"What is this?" George looked at the old-looking envelope, and turned it upside down again. There was no sender, and there were two sentences written on the envelope: I solemnly swear that I have done no good, and the prank is over!

   "Let's see what's inside?"

George quickly opened the envelope and found a large, square, very old...parchment inside.

Well, it’s just a piece of old parchment.

But, nothing was written on the parchment.

"What is this?" George looked at his brother suspiciously. They could all feel that there was some secret in this parchment, otherwise Filch would not have put it in a confiscated and highly dangerous drawer.

"Will a password be needed?" Fred suddenly remembered the two sentences on the envelope, "I solemnly swear that I have done nothing wrong."

"Fool, wand, use the wand." George took out his own wand and held it against the parchment. "I solemnly swear that I have done no wrong."

Ink lines began to appear where the wand touched just now, converging and intersecting each other on the parchment like a spider web, and began to extend to every corner of the parchment.

"A password is really needed!" The twins couldn't hide their excitement.

Sure enough, there is some secret hidden in this parchment.

"Look, what is this?" Fred stared at the surface of the parchment, and found a row of writing on the top of the parchment:

Auxiliary Supplies for Magical Mischief Makers: Moonface, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs Gentlemen proudly present the Marauder's Map.

"The Marauder's Map?" the twins read in unison, "This old parchment is actually a map."

"George, look, the ink dots on the parchment can actually move." Fred surprised the twin brothers to share their discovery.

"Nonsense, otherwise why would it be called the Marauder's Map."

The two got together to study the secrets of the Marauder's Map, and soon discovered that this map detailed the Hogwarts Castle and the specific locations of each secret passage and the password to open the secret passage.

Finally, there is no need to worry about not being able to open the secret passage after finding the location of the secret passage.

Best of all, it also marks everyone's location with ink dots.

Albert came out of the library and seemed to be preparing to return to the lounge. Filch was on the fourth floor, and the prankster Peeves was on the sixth floor.

   "George..."

   "Fred..."

"Tell me first..." The two said in unison, and couldn't help laughing after facing each other.

   "Then, let's talk together."

   "Night tour."

The two looked at each other and couldn't help laughing again.

"We will travel at night in the future, even if we don't have the Disillusionment Charm, we don't have to worry about being caught by Filch."

"Yeah, it's great, there are many secret passages that we haven't discovered."

"Try another password." Fred reminded, holding his wand against the map and whispering, "The prank is over."

The next moment, the traces on the parchment paper gradually disappeared, and within a few seconds it turned back into a blank old parchment paper.

"The traces have been erased!" George said in surprise, "The maker really thought too much."

"If everyone knows that there is such a thing, it will definitely be known." Fred thought for a while and said, "It should be to prevent others from seeing the secret of the parchment."

"Tell me, has Filch discovered how to use this parchment? He knows the location of so many secret passages better than all the students." George raised his own doubts, "Also, why did he put the parchment in the drawer? If so, I would definitely carry it with me."

"I don't know, it doesn't matter, anyway, the Marauder's Map now belongs to us, should we tell others." George's other people here refer to Albert and Lee Jordan.

"Not for now." After thinking about it, Fred shook his head and said, "The less people know about it, the better."

"Don't forget, Albert knows about this." George said suddenly, "He must know what we took from Filch."

"But let's not tell, he definitely doesn't know there is this thing." Fred raised his eyebrows and said.

Actually, the two don't mind sharing the Marauder's Map with others, but they are also worried that there will be big mouths that will make them lose this good thing.

"Don't think too much, let's go, let's go to see other secret passages first." The twins looked at each other, and left with their shoulders together.

"Who do you think is the maker of this Marauder's Map: Moonface, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs?"

"I think they should be former Hogwarts students." George raised his hand to the head of the light statue, and quickly opened a secret passage.

"Hurry up, someone is coming this way." Fred, who was staring at the map to keep watch, reminded.

After the two hurried into the secret passage, the statue was restored again.

"Where does this secret road lead to?" George let his wand glow. Unfortunately, he has not fully mastered the glowing spell, and it will suddenly go out after a while.

"Fifth floor. Fred couldn't help complaining, "You haven't mastered the luminous spell yet! ""

"Speak as if you have mastered it."
