"Behind this stone door should be the lair of the mysterious organization, but how do we open it?" Lin Yu looked at the stone door, filled with doubt. He circled around the door, carefully observing the runes on it, trying to find a way to open it.

Shen Jingqi walked over to the gear mechanism, wanting to see if he could find a breakthrough here. He forcefully turned the gear, but it didn't budge, as if held by a powerful force.

"This gear is enchanted, we can't move it at all," Shen Jingqi said helplessly. His eyes revealed frustration; what he thought was the key to opening the stone door turned out to be a predicament.

Li Baiyu walked up to the stone door and touched the runes with her hand. Suddenly, her finger stung as if struck by electricity. She quickly withdrew her hand, startled by the burn marks on her finger.

"These runes are strange; they seem to repel me," Li Baiyu said. Her eyes showed puzzlement, not understanding why the runes reacted to her.

As everyone was at a loss, suddenly, the runes on the stone door began to glow more intensely. Shortly after, the stone door slowly opened, and a pungent smell rushed out. Everyone quickly covered their mouths and noses, looking cautiously inside.

Inside was a vast cave sparkling with a ghostly green glow, like the entrance to Hell. In the center of the cave stood a giant altar, on which lay an Ancient Book exuding an evil aura. It was surrounded by a ring of black flames, flickering and making eerie sounds.

"That Ancient Book must be the key to the mysterious organization; we must get it," the man said firmly. His eyes revealed determination; he knew obtaining this book might bring immense danger, but to thwart the mysterious organization's plot, they had no choice.

They cautiously entered the cave, walking towards the altar. With every step, they felt a strong pressure, as if countless eyes were watching them.

Suddenly, the black flames around the altar blazed intensely, forming a wall of fire, blocking them outside. From the fire wall emerged a group of shadows, towering figures with fierce faces, wielding various evil weapons.

"It's the Dark Guards! They guard the Ancient Book; we must defeat them to get it," the man shouted. His eyes showed tension; he knew these Dark Guards were not to be underestimated.

The Dark Guards emitted low growls, charging towards them. Their attack speed was extremely fast, and their strength immense, each hit bringing a gust of wind.

Lin Yu faced a Dark Guard, his long sword clashing with the enemy's weapon, emitting a crisp sound. He felt a powerful force, numbing his arm, nearly losing his grip on the sword.

"Such strong power!" Lin Yu was shocked, quickly readjusting his stance to launch another attack. But the Dark Guard was agile, easily dodging and counterattacking. Lin Yu couldn't evade in time, getting his arm wounded by the weapon, blood flowing.

Shen Jingqi was fiercely battling another Dark Guard. Using his agility, he weaved around the Dark Guard, looking for an opening. Finally, he found a flaw, dashed forward, and plunged a dagger into the enemy's heart. The Dark Guard let out a wretched cry, collapsing lifelessly.

Li Baiyu cast a spell, trying to dispel the black flames. But her magic had little effect, only slightly weakening the flames, which quickly reignited.

"This won't work; we must find the black flames' weakness," Li Baiyu said anxiously. Her eyes showed concern; without breaking through the flames, they couldn't obtain the Ancient Book, and the mysterious organization's scheme would go unchallenged.

As they were stuck in difficulty, Lin Yu suddenly remembered the Jade Pendant he wore. An idea struck him, and he took it out. In the flames' light, the pendant emitted a gentle glow.

"Perhaps this Jade Pendant can help us break through the flames," Lin Yu said. Taking a deep breath, he raised the pendant high, walking towards the flames.

When the pendant approached the flames, a miracle occurred. The black flames seemed to meet their nemesis, retreating. Lin Yu seized the moment, quickening his pace through the flames, reaching the altar.

He reached for the Ancient Book, and at the moment of contact, a powerful force surged into him. He felt his vision go dark, losing consciousness.

Seeing Lin Yu collapse, everyone was shocked. "Lin Yu! What's wrong?" Shen Jingqi shouted. He wanted to rush to check, but the Dark Guards blocked him.

The man anxiously watched Lin Yu, filled with worry. "What secret does this book hold? Why did it affect Lin Yu like this?" he wondered silently, his eyes showing confusion and unease.

As they stood cluelessly, Lin Yu's body suddenly transformed. He emitted a powerful aura, his eyes turning an eerie purple. Slowly, he stood, a mysterious smile on his lips.

"Lin Yu, are you okay?" Shen Jingqi asked cautiously. Observing Lin's transformation, his heart was filled with doubt and fear, not knowing what happened to him.

Lin Yu didn't answer, merely glancing at them coldly. Then, he suddenly attacked. His speed was incredible, strength formidable, leaving them no chance to evade.

"Lin Yu, have you gone mad?" the man shouted in terror, not understanding why Lin would attack them abruptly. Was he mind-controlled by the book?

They quickly dodged Lin Yu's attacks, trying to awaken his consciousness. But Lin Yu seemed trapped in madness, ignoring their calls, continuing fiercely.

In this critical moment, Li Baiyu thought of a solution. She focused her mind, casting a powerful purification spell. A white light shot from her hands, enveloping Lin Yu.

Lin Yu's body trembled slightly, the purple in his eyes dimming. He ceased attacking, holding his head in agony.

"What... what's happening to me?" Lin Yu said painfully. His eyes showed confusion and struggle, as if battling some force within.
