The little kid was trembling. He wanted to chase after his two daddies but he couldn’t reach them and he watched them disappear from his view.

From trembling to shaking. He felt as if his world was dividing. He can’t find peace. Just then,

"Jin"

"Honey, wake up. You promised me that you will take my responsibility.

Master, please wake up. This is too much."

He heard a panicked voice. He felt that he was familiar with this voice.

Finally, he opened his eyes with a slight tremble.

The moment he opened his eyes, what greeted him was a panicked face which contained fear in his eyes.

Jin recognised this face immediately. This was none other than Aion.

After seeing Aion, Jin’s eyes reddened and he hugged Aion.

At this moment, the mentality of a two year old kid appeared. He was scared.

He was scared of losing the parents he loved so much.

He was afraid of losing his daddy and big daddy.

The moment he thought of them disappearing, he trembled more and more.

(Aion’s POV)

Aion looked at Jin. At this moment he realised that without Jin, there was nothing for him. An old monster like him has found the place where he can live peacefully and with the person whom he loves.

After the breakthrough, Jin’s aura stabilized but he still didn’t wake up.

At first Aion thought that Jin was comprehending, so he didn’t disturb him but when he saw that Jin was still the same after one more day, Aion felt uneasy.

And finally, Jin collapsed and started trembling. Aion was so scared that he rushed to Jin’s side and tried to wake him but there were no results.

And then Jin shouted,

"Daddy, big daddy, don’t leave me."

And trembled more and more

Aion finally showed fear on his face because he knew that if Jin didn’t wake now, something serious might happen.

Aion used his power and his contract with Jin to wake him and continued to shout.

Finally, Jin opened his eyes. At first, he was confused but then he looked at him.

His eyes immediately became red and he started crying.

Jin hugged Aion.

Aion held him. He was happy. Finally, Jin woke up.

He held Jin and hugged him tightly.

He said in the most gentle tone,

"Honey. I am here. Now stop crying."

He used his divine soul power to calm Jin.

Jin calmed down in his embrace and slowly he stopped trembling.

Seeing this, Aion didn’t rush. He picked Jin and carried him softly to the bed.

He ordered Pixie,

"Pixie return the room to the previous state and turns the lights off with just a slight shine in the room."

Pixie’s cold voice immediately followed,

"As you command."

Then Aion placed Jin on the bed and he laid beside him.

He hugged Jin and pulled him in his embrace. He looked at Jin who had his eyes closed and then he said softly,

"Have you calmed down?"

Jin didn’t reply immediately. He nodded slightly while placing his head on Aion’s chest. He was entering into Aion’s embrace so much as if he wanted to merge there.

Aion didn’t tease him for that because he knew that this moment is too sensitive.

He asked in a soft tone,

"Can you tell me what happened to you?"

Jin nodded slightly. Aion waited patiently.

After some time, a soft voice sounded,

"I experienced the life of a two year old kid who was happy with his daddy and big daddy. I tried to see their faces but they were just translucent.

I felt the love they carried for the kid, for me.

I knew who they were but I couldn’t see them.

Aion, I miss my parents very much.

Then they took me and disappeared. Before disappearing, I saw a black mist appearing suddenly and it was advancing in our direction. The mist carried a kind of filthy aura."

Aion narrowed his eyes slightly. He just hugged Jin and continued to pat his back gently and listened.

Jin continued,

"After a day, we appeared again. I felt serious in my daddy voice when he said that his clan was annihilated by that mist with no reason.

Then they both looked at me and said that it’s time for me to leave and someone was waiting for me.

I refused to listen to them but there was no one to help me and support me.

They disappeared from my sight.

I tried to run but I couldn’t.

I tried to stop them but I couldn’t."

By the end of his voice, he choked and started to cry again.

Aion held him and let him continue crying.

When Jin stopped, Aion said softly,

"Jin do you remember that your Butler Hu once told you that the past is our roots that we must never forget but we should never treat our past as shackles.

Even someone like me was enlightened when I heard this statement.

I was enlightened and I broke my shackles by simply accepting the last that I denied.

After that I decided to devote myself to you.

I had no one in this world. So, I might not be able to understand your pain but when I imagined that you might leave me someday, I was horrified.

I felt emptiness in my heart just by that thought and knew that if something happened to you, my desire to advance, live, wander and other things will disappear.

Jin, I am afraid of losing you.

I am afraid of losing the one and only family I had in the countless eons."

Jin looked at him with a surprised expression because what he saw was not just a confession.

There were also tears in Aion’s eyes. Genuine tears that Jin had never seen.

Jin raised his hands and he wiped the tears from Aion’s face.

At this moment, he understood the meaning that butler Hu said at that time.

He also understood what his parents meant that there was someone waiting for him.

Jin looked in Aion’s silver eyes and joked,

"It seems that we are the same.

I am looking for someone who loved me and ignored the one with me who loves me here.

And you are someone who wants to be loved but actually ignored by the person you love."

I met them and they told me some things but I won’t tell them to you.

You are like this just from the love of your parents then any further information is only painful to you.

This time Aion hugged him even more tightly and said in a slight trembling voice,

"Promise me that you are not going to leave me, master.

Jin became silent after listening to Aion and he lowered his head slightly.

Aion blushed by the end of the sentence.

He realised that after a fraction of Jin’s memories, he started to change and he is going to rule over him at this rate.
