My NTR Harem-Chapter 274: One hell of a drama
'The stage is set, now all that is left to do is play the drama; this is going to be one hell of a drama,' Lucian thought, already enjoying the reactions others were going to show.
After parking his new car, he took his bag and walked toward the group waiting for him, greeting them one by one while maintaining a smile.
"Uncle, auntie, and Leo—all of you really came. I am really happy, and I am sure you are going to love everything about the drama. Oh, right, auntie, can you come with me for a bit? I need your help with something later."
"Yes, I will," Melina answered simply. It seemed her mood was still down because of the things Lucian had said to her yesterday; she found it hard to meet his gaze but pretended to be normal.
"Haha, how can I not come on my nephew's big performance day? Do your best—I am sure you will be great. Also, thank you for that help; because of you we are safe and I already paid off the debt, I will return—" Robert said, whispering the last words.
"Uncle, it is fine. As I said, you can keep that." Lucian just patted Robert's shoulder and then looked at his cousin.
Leo just stood there silently without showing much emotion. He was a little grateful to Lucian since at least he had chosen not to betray him, even though the girl he had loved for so long easily threw him away as soon as she saw how handsome Lucian is.
Yet Leo didn't feel like getting close to Lucian either; he just wanted to return to his room and sulk in his misery.
Then Lucian turned his gaze toward Monk and Lara.
"Hello, sir, hope you are doing well. And ma'am, thanks for coming here. I also need your help in the drama, so can you come too?" he spoke, even his polite tone making Monk shudder internally.
"Y- Yes, I can help," Lara nodded, despite knowing what helping him meant; at this point she knew that it was no longer just to protect her family but that she was drawn to Lucian as a woman and sought the pleasure she had come to love so much.

"Ah yes, I am d- doing great, thanks for asking," Monk said, averting his gaze. As his wife agreed, a bad feeling filled his heart, but there was nothing he could do— with just a word from Lucian, he would be finished.
"Sigh. Thankfully you have come. I almost believed that you were going to ditch us today since you didn't even reply to the calls or messages.
Everything would have been a waste if you didn't come. Let's go and see one last time that everything is prepared,"
Ava said as she approached him, sighing in relief and joy. Then she glanced at the two busty milfs, wondering how the two of them were related to him—both appeared very beautiful and seductive.
"Yeah, let's go. All the other teams are already here and our turn is last as always, so we will have plenty of time to prepare—we might even do a rehearsal," the Director spoke, though one problem still weighed heavily in his mind.
He had read the script, and there were going to be a few intimate scenes where Lucian and Ava are going to kiss, and Ava is the godfather's girlfriend; so if he knows about this, Lucian wouldn't be the only one in trouble. He spoke to Ava in a hushed tone:
"Is your boyfriend coming to see the drama today? And have you told him about those scenes? I am afraid he will cause problems later."
Ava was a little worried too, but this drama was way more important for her. The only reason she even agreed to be the godfather's girlfriend was that this identity kept other boys away from her so she could focus on her acting skills.
In truth, they had only met a few times since he had started to handle part of his father's business to gain experience and was always busy.
But seeing Ava's beauty, character, and talent, godfather planned to marry her—and it was a well-known fact, so not a single boy ever approached her. In return for his protection, she also needed to act like his girlfriend and marry him in the future.
And Ava knew that once godfather set his eyes on something or someone, he would get it no matter what; so instead of getting forced, she set terms and had been free of him so far—only very few knew about all that.
"Uh… I haven't told him yet, and I don't think he would come. He told me he was attending an important meeting with his father. As for later, I—I will take care of that somehow. Anyway, let's focus on the drama now," Ava said, feeling a headache. She was afraid of godfather, but that won't stop her from doing this drama.
Then Melina, Lara, and Lucian entered the building along with the entire team, while the others had to wait until the drama finally started.
They were given a room for themselves to stay and dress. After entering the room, everyone got to their tasks to make sure there weren't any errors.
Lucian pulled Ava, Melina, and Lara to the side and spoke: "There is a slight change to the script, but don't worry—it will only make the drama better."
Ava frowned at first, but hearing his last words, she tried to calm down and spoke: "I don't think we should make any changes in the drama at the last minute; it was already perfect. We might end up making mistakes if we do it now."
"The changes won't affect the story much, and everyone has to do exactly what they were supposed to do, but we are going to add two more characters to the story.
Melina, Lara—they both will be added. See, this is the new script." Lucian took out a copy of the new script from his bag and handed it to Ava, who frowned and wanted to reject it but decided to at least take a look.
As Ava read, Lucian spoke: "Melina is a good actor, so she can say those few lines without any trouble; her role would be kind of evil.
As for Lara, she is meek, so she will play the role of my maid I had captured before you. Then having you with me, despite our conflicting relationship, will seem more natural…" he explained as Ava went over the new script. Her frown soon disappeared; instead, she appeared surprised.
"Yeah, you are right—this new script does seem better than the previous one at many points. But are you sure they can act, and what about their dresses and other things?
We haven't prepared anything for them," Ava asked, not knowing that Melina is Lucian's aunt; otherwise, she would have definitely questioned the intimate scenes between him and his aunt.
"You don't have to worry about anything; I have everything prepared. Just go and tell the others about this change and pass these new scripts. We don't have much time, but we are going to perform something really epic."
