The town’s bar was filled with the sharp roar of metal music.

"There’s no place quieter than here." Dais said, waving her hand, and instantly silence enveloped the surroundings, people nearby voluntarily backed off a bit.

"Obeying orders without fail, impressive." Ye Fan complimented.

"Who are you?" Dais asked again.

"Aren’t you going to invite me to sit?" Ye Fan smiled playfully.

"Please!" Dais gestured.

After Ye Fan sat down, Dais stayed silent, waiting for Ye Fan’s reply, deeply curious about his identity.

"Who I am isn’t important. What’s important is, I want to talk to you." Ye Fan said sincerely.

"If you can’t even truthfully reveal your identity, what is there for us to talk about?"

"My identity code no longer exists in this world. Besides me, there’s no second person who knows it on earth. Even Deceitful Fox doesn’t know it. Since you know my identity code, I suppose you also know who Deceitful Fox is?"

"I don’t understand, nor do I comprehend. How do you know this identity code?"

"I can’t even imagine there’s anyone who could know this identity code?"

"I see, you’ve come with a purpose, not an ordinary person."

Dais had many questions, her gaze filled with confusion.

Dais continued, "Since you’ve come to find me, naturally you have your own purpose. I don’t care what ideas you have in mind. One thing I can tell you, I’m not afraid of you. If you want to make a move, just do it. I also want to see what you’re made of."

She bore a mocking face, dismissive of Ye Fan, full of confidence in her own abilities.

"To you, at least for now, I have no enmity at all. I hope you understand?" Ye Fan said.

"Understand?" Dais chuckled wryly, "I don’t understand, nor do I want to understand. Why should I have to understand?"
