My Perfect Revenge: Flash Marriage With My Vampire Tycoon-Chapter 145: – Would He Fine Out? –
Tasso ran his fingers through his locs, grunting. "Took you forever to come here, huh? Made me sit on this dirty floor. Disgusting." His face scrunched in irritation as he pushed himself up to his feet, unwilling to touch his pants with his dusty pants bare hands.
"Sir Tasso—"
"Don’t call me by my first name. It’s Grimaldi." Tasso snapped.
Massimo blinked. Tasso was someone the entire Bastiani family knew—that being because he’d been close with Nikolas since the young man was young. Massimo was somehow who’d worked for the family even before Nikolas was born, so, of course he’d this Tasso grow up as well, that was until things went wrong between him and the twins.
’Seems he still hold a grudge’
He let out a soft breath. "Of course, Sir. Grimaldi." He made his way over to Nikolas and reached a finger down to his nose.
"He’s not breathing anymore."
Tasso shrugged.
"Impossible." Massimo’s eyes flickered. "Are you saying he’s dead?"
"I don’t know. Maybe, maybe not," Tasso responded. "But for someone like Nikolas, I doubt he’d just die this easily. Then again, I could be wrong."
"This is an absolutely bad situation! Please, help me." He grabbed Nikolas.
Tasso gave him a hand, throwing one of Nikolas’s arms over his shoulder to help drag him towards the car.
"I’ll take it from here," Massimo said, shutting the door of the back seat.
Tasso didn’t argue. His job was done and he’d turned to leave. Massimo, however, spoke.
"Tasso—"
"Didn’t I just warn you about this?" Tasso snapped his gaze over to him, pissed off.
"I know you’re angry and you probably still hold a grudge concerning what happened decades ago. But... you have to understand things hadn’t actually happened the way you think it did. They didn’t—"
"They didn’t what? Abandon me there to die?" Tasso glared at him. "Listen here, Massimo, I didn’t come here helping because I feel oh so bad for your young master. No, I helped him because I wanted to see him alive. I’ll be the way to end him, alright?"
"You don’t mean that, Tasso," Massimo shook his head. "You know you truly wanted to help him. That is why you came here."
"Fuck you, Massimo," Tasso cursed.
Massimo let out a soft breath. He deeply bowed to the man and rose with a bitter smile on his face. "I hope one day, you’ll realise this grudge is pointless. Hopefully you’d be willing to properly speak to Sir. Nikolas and Lucian, and properly understand why what happened had happened. I shall say my goodbye here. Take care, sir Grimaldi."
He turned and left, making his way into the car. He drove off and soon as they were out of sight, Tasso clicked his tongue in pure displeasure, scoffing angrily.
He kicked a rock furiously and it hit a tree. But he’d gone still in the next moment.
Right there on the floor where the human Fernando was initially at, breathing his last, was empty. His body was gone as if someone had... taken it.
Tasso’s expression grew dark.
Something was wrong, and he knew it.
Who could have come here and took the human without him noticing? And why?
Or did he somehow escape even with that fatal wound on him? Tasso shook his head. That was impossible. Nikolas had literally drilled a hole into the human—there was absolutely no way he could survive it, not to mention escape with it.
So then, what happened?
Where the hell was Fernando Stolov?

Lucian sat on the couch in the living room. His feet were bouncing rapidly against the wooden floor and he had his face buried in the palms of his hands. 𝑓𝑟𝑒𝘦𝓌𝑒𝑏𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑒𝘭.𝒸𝘰𝑚
He wasn’t sure what hospital he could take them to, and had had to bring them to someone he knew—someone he was sure could treat them.
The clock on the wall ticked over and over again, then there came the sound of the door pushing open.
A young woman walked out, skin, pale and soft, in contrast with her gray eyes. She walked over to Lucian, hands popped into the pocket of her pants. "Lucian?"
Lucian snapped his head up. He immediately stood to his feet and turned toward her with a worried look on his face. "Valentina..." He stared at her expectedly.
Valentina ruffled her dark short hair, saying, "There is nothing to worry about. Your daughter is fine. Just a little head injury, but it’s not serious. She should heal quite soon."
"And...?" Lucian narrowed his eyes on her. "What about—"
"The human?"
He nodded.
Valentina scratched her jaw with a complicated look on her face.
"Valentina, what’s going on? Is she okay or not?"
"It’s not that she’s not okay."
"Then what?"
"She’s in a critical condition," she said. "The wound she had was bad, and she’d lost too much blood. Actually forget about your timing, I am more shocked that she survived until you brought her here. She should have already breathed her last in a normal sense, but somehow..." Valentina glanced behind her at the room she’d stepped out from. "...She’s still fighting for her life."
Lucian ran his bloody fingers through his hair. "What are you trying to say? I am confused."
"You need to find someone that can donate blood to her. A family or something."
"A family?"
"Yes. Her mother or even her father. As long as they have the same blood type as her, they can donate blood to her. That is the only way she’d survive this. Other than that, she has little time left."
"When you say little... what do you mean?" Lucian asked.
Valentina let out a soft breath. "Twenty four hours at most, Lucian. She can’t survive past that. This woman is a human. It’s already incredibly impressive that she’s still fighting to live at this point. It’s almost abnormal."
Lucian ran his palm down his face, cold beads of sweat building at his forehead. Where was he to find VIviana’s family? Was it her father Amadeo? Would the man even be willing to give blood to her?
That is even assuming he’s a match.
And if not, who would he find?
