My Ultimate OP System: Summoning All Dragons, Gods, Heroes & Villains-Chapter 75: Finalizing On The Deal (Bonus)
Ethan continued, "And yes, I will not do ’all time.’"
He scratched it out and said, "But instead, I’ll do ’for the rest of your time, Ophelia Tudor.’"
This way, he had removed the possibility of having to keep paying profits to even Ophelia’s descendants. He had limited it strictly to her, who was definitely not going to outlive him.
Ophelia’s frown deepened as she heard that.
But only worsened when Ethan added, "And finally, you won’t just be contributing five hundred thousand gold grits. You’ll be paying the full one million reward."
"What?" she exclaimed.
Even Eduardo was shocked and turned briefly toward Ethan.
"Yes," Ethan said calmly.
"I don’t like this deal so much, Mr. Ethan," Ophelia said, looking very discontented.
"The way I see it, you’re not left with an option, Madam Ophelia. Refusing to take it makes no difference to me."
There was a pause.
"As you noted earlier, I’m still alive. And even without this bounty, I still have just enough means to find that hitman by whatever means necessary."
He paused for effect, then added, "The real question is, would you really pass up on the opportunity my father never offered you?
..By my calculations, you’d make back that one million in a year and a half. Even faster if you can get those old fools, as you call them, to reduce the taxes we pay."
Then he leaned forward slightly. "Do we have a deal, Madam Ophelia?"
Ophelia stared at him with a frown on her face. Then suddenly, her lips curled into a smirk. "Yes."
"Very well," Ethan said. "Make these changes and send them over. Then we can finalize."
"Oh, that won’t be necessary. It’s done already," she said with a smirk.
Ethan looked puzzled.
Right then, Ophelia said, "Come to me, Sebastian."
In that moment, a yellowish magic circle opened beside her. Motes of yellow light swirled together and began to take shape, forming a humanoid structure that solidified within seconds.
The light cleared, and standing there was a summon dressed in a three-piece suit. On both arms, he held a typewriter with a sheet of paper already attached.
Ethan was actually surprised for a moment.
But Eduardo wasn’t. He turned toward Ethan and said, "I apologize for not mentioning it, Master Ethan, but her driver is a summon."
Eduardo had noticed the moment they drove through the gates. Even if summons changed from their true regalia, it was hard not to notice, especially when they were still astral entities that emitted a high density of magic.
Ethan nodded.
Sebastian pulled the paper from the typewriter and passed it over to Ethan, who took it.
It was another copy of the partnership agreement between them, and it already had in it all the changes Ethan had dictated.
Ophelia continued, "I had a feeling you’d counter, of course. So I came prepared with the means to draft a new agreement right on the spot."
What had happened was that while Ethan dictated the changes, she had transmitted them to her summon, Sebastian, through the mental link of their bond.
And so he had retyped a new one right there in the car.
Ophelia turned toward Sebastian, with a sultry smile playing on her lips. "The beauty of having a summon, isn’t it?" she purred. "A spirit that would do just about anything for you."
Her hand traced slowly along the groin area of his trousers. "Anything..." she whispered. Sebastian did not react to that part being touched the way it did.
Ethan had a disgusted look on his face. So did Eduardo, who turned away.
Ethan looked through the contract and said, "Well, this checks out."
She shifted her attention from her summon and brought a pen from her purse, then tossed it over to him.
She expected him to sign right then, since the other end of the agreement already had her signature.
Ethan caught the pen. Before he placed it on the paper, Eduardo asked, "Are you certain, Master Ethan?"
"Yeah," Ethan said.
Eduardo nodded, trusting his decision fully.
Ethan then signed on it. Ophelia smiled, and they shook hands. She handed the paper to Sebastian, who then disappeared in a burst of yellow light.
"I’ll be needing a copy of that agreement by tomorrow" Ethan said.
"Oh ofcourse" She replied before reaching into her bag to pull out her Arcphone. Then she said, "And to keep to my end..."
She dialed a number, which connected almost immediately. After that, she spoke over the device "Publish it."
"Yes, ma’am," the voice on the other end replied.
The call ended and Ethan nodded at her in acknowledgment.

A few minutes later, Isabella had come downstairs and was about to leave. Her aunt was already waiting outside in the car.
Ethan walked with her toward the door.
"I’m sorry about your aunt," he said.
Isabella shook her head. "It’s fine, it wasn’t your fault ofcourse. My aunt can be a bit annoying, it’s why no one goes to visit her."
They both shared a subtle laugh over that, before she asked, "But did you both come to an agreement? Is she going to do it?"
Ethan nodded. "Yeah."
Then he added, "Thank you, Isabella."
She nodded with a smile. After a short pause she said, "I noticed your friend in one of the rooms upstairs. Is everyone okay?"
Ethan explained; "Yeah, it is. She unintentionally slept off earlier and right now it’s a bit late asking her to leave"
Isabella nodded in understanding and right then, the car honked once outside.
She smiled and said "I’ve got to go now.".
With that, they both leaned in and shared a deep, affectionate kiss. When they pulled apart, she turned to leave.
But then Ethan noticed the bracelet again on her wrist.
"Hey," he said. "I keep forgetting to ask about this bracelet."
She smiled and glanced down at it briefly. "Unfortunately, once again, it’ll have to be till next time."
Ethan smiled, and she said "Bye, babe."
"Take care," Ethan replied, giving her a wave as she turned and walked out the door.
——
A few moments later, Ethan walked through a hallway upstairs, with Valerie following behind him.
He arrived at a doorway and stopped.
Inside the guest room, sitting on the couch, was Bettie. She still looked worried, her hands clasped nervously in her lap.
Ethan stepped in. "Valerie here tells me she was able to convince you to stay."
