My Vampire Wives Want My Blood!-Chapter 51- One With Yourself (Part 3)
Chapter 51- One With Yourself (Part 3)
Suddenly, Elio snapped out of his daze as he looked up in shock. The cycle he created broke, and the energy pressure was relieved as it all went back inside of him. Suddenly, the suffocating atmosphere in the facility disappeared, and everything went back to normal.
"Huh? What happened?" Elio asked as he looked around and then noticed the weird expression on Fiona’s face. She seemed a bit disturbed and even panicked. He didn’t know what happened to make her react like that, as he was so engrossed in it that he forgot about everything else.
"No... It’s..." Fiona stood up as she breathed in. "The pressure you were exerting from it... It could’ve leaked out of this facility and alerted other people."
’Dammit, he was exerting so much energy, it’s beyond absurd. That is the kind of energy a seasoned Vampire Hunter would exert, putting all their focus into it. Elio was doing it while merely circulating his energy. Just circulating his energy...’
But, it wasn’t merely that. Fiona had noticed it the moment Elio awakened, and now for the second time. His energy was incredibly strong and violent. It wasn’t merely hostile, but also very aggressive and malicious. She felt a chill run down her spine, remembering the way it felt when she was engulfed in it.
Even vampires don’t have that kind of evil energy, even though they were far more malicious than Elio. Yet, for some reason, this kid’s Blood Energy was filled with rage and a level of pressure unlike anything she felt before.
"Ah, I see..." Elio said as he stood up. "I felt the connection there, Fiona. I think I was able to establish it. What do you think? Hm? Fiona?"
"Yeah, of course. That was beyond exceptional. It never happened before that someone learned how to do that so quickly. As always, you broke what we thought was a rule."
"Haha, I’m surprised too. But I’m glad it worked out. So, I should just keep doing that?" Elio asked.
"Yeah, but... You must not do it outside of this facility. In fact, now that you can control your aura, you must never allow it outside of your body... Ever." Fiona said in a very serious tone. "You could risk alerting all the people we must avoid. Your aura is simply far too strong and unique to use it in a populated city like this one."
"Eeeh, I understand. I won’t do that." Elio nodded immediately. He didn’t need to think twice to realize how bad it would be if Vampire Hunters noticed his presence. It would be a disaster.
"That is why I have been thinking about it the past two days, and seeing this now, it is truly the only option we have," Fiona said.
"Hm?"
"You can’t train properly if you stay here." She said calmly. "We need to go somewhere where there won’t be a risk of you being discovered."
"And where would that be?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.
Fiona turned around and pulled out her phone. "Outside this city, about 150 kilometers south, there is a cabin I own that is hidden deep within the woods. It is completely far away from any human society, and it is quiet and very secluded. It is the perfect place for you to train."
"A cabin in the woods?"
’Now that she says it, yeah, that sounds very private.’ He thought to himself.
"We will be heading there tomorrow morning to spend the next two days there. It also has the perfect spot for you to train."
"Wait, what? Two days?"
"Yes. Do you have a problem with that?" She asked.
"Ummm, no, no, I don’t mind. I would love to go."
"Good. Then, it’s settled. Tomorrow, at 5:00 AM, I will pick you up, and we will head there."
"Wait... So you’re going to spend the two days with me?" Elio asked, still a bit taken aback. For someone as important as Fiona to do such a thing, he was just speechless.
"Yes. I need to be there for your safety. These woods are far from safe for you." She said.
"I see..."
"So, it’s better for you to take the rest of today off to rest and get ready for the next two days. They are going to be very tough. They will push your limits way farther than anything we have done so far."
*Gulp*
For Fiona to warn him in such a manner, Elio felt worried about what was awaiting him. No matter what it is, it is going to be brutal. He had to prepare himself for that.
Unbeknownst to him, Fiona’s words were not an exaggeration and, rather, for all the wrong reasons... were an underestimation of what was going to happen in the next two days.

The training session ended very early that day, and Elio went back home. Reaching home, he found Melissa there as usual, and he had dinner with her.
Then, he told her about the trip he was going to take.
"What? Two days?!"
"Yeah..." Elio said as he put the dishes in the sink.
"That’s surprising... Is it really necessary?"
"Mhm, I need it in order to train. It’s too dangerous around here."
"..." Melissa seemed rather upset as she crossed her arms. "That girl doesn’t know that I could hide your presence easily. You could train here, and nobody would notice."
"That would be good. But, I can’t just tell her that the Queen of Eternal Sirene is my neighbor. So, I have to go."
"... You have a point." She muttered. "But, I will miss you so much~"
"It’s just two days, ok? I will be back soon."
"Hmph, two days is a lot of time. How can I spend them away from you?" As she said that, Melissa approached Elio and hugged him. "Just be safe out there, ok? And listen to that girl. As much as I don’t like her, she will keep you safe, and that’s what matters."
"Mmm..." Tapping her back gently, Elio nodded his head. He knew that this was for his own sake, and if it meant he would take another step toward his goal, then he was ready for the challenge.
No matter what it takes.

The next morning, when the sky was still dark and the weather was very cold, Elio stepped out of his apartment, carrying a suitcase with some clothes and other necessities in it for the next two days.
Exhaling a misty breath, he looked down and saw Fiona’s car waiting.
"Time to go..." He muttered as he went down to the car, covering his mouth with the scarf.
"Good morning."
"Good morning. Are you ready?"
"Yeah..."
’Fiona doesn’t even look one bit tired. How early does she wake up every day, I wonder?’ He mused, staring at her. ’Do Vampire Hunters of her level even need sleep that much? I doubt...’
With that, the car started moving and eventually disappeared out of sight. Travelling through the silent city, the atmosphere was rather peaceful. There weren’t cars or people walking around, just the barely lit streets and the cold temperatures.
Elio liked that. It filled him with a sense of relief in some way. That even a city as massive as this one can be silent sometimes.
But, eventually, that cityscape slowly dispersed, and the vast open fields of greenery started taking over, just as the sun was rising.
Behind them, the sight of their home disappeared slowly.
