Helia raised her eyes at his remarks because he was the first one to make such a comment openly.

"She is my niece from my late sister. She will give you combat training." Emperor Dylan said.

"I refuse." A voice sounded in the room but it wasn't Rio who spoke, It was Helia.

"Why?" Dylan raised his eyebrows at her.

"You already know why, uncle." She spoke with a chilly voice.

"That's the more reason I want you to train him since you won't go easy on him and won't show mercy because of me." Dylan chuckled.

Hearing his words, Rio looked at him as if he was teasing him but he could see the emperor was dead serious.

"Okay, then I'll train this guy if I'm allowed to make him go through the pain and torture however I desire." She smiled coldly which made her look like a psychopath murderer.

"You can make him go through pain but don't cripple his body parts or anything otherwise Lia will hate us both." Emperor Dylan warned her.

"She favors him that much?" Helia asked Dylan with a frown.

"Yeah, something like that." The Emperor nodded.

"You two don't have to talk that way about me while I'm here," Rio said with an annoyed voice.

"Don't worry, we have a great battle arena. As long as you train there and get any injury, it will be healed." Dylan explained with a sweet smile.

'I now understand why Lia didn't bring me here. She was worried about me.'

He sighed as he understood why she was acting differently today than the other day.

"Okay," Rio spoke while dropping down his face.

Although, he knew it was going to be torture to train under someone who hated him from the moment she saw him. He believed, they wouldn't kill him or cripple him as he was Lia's husband.

Moreover, he wanted to get better and gain strength to show all those people that called him trash for having no innate talent.

'Worst case scenario I can send a message to Lia to save me via telepathy.'

He calmed down as he thought about her.

"Then you both should go and start the training," Dylan spoke with a nonchalant voice.

"Okay," Helia said and left the room without asking Rio to follow.

Emperor indicated to him with his eyes to go with her.

Rio took a long breath and followed behind her like a lamb to the slaughterhouse.

They passed the corridor and exited from a big metallic door.

Sun was enveloping their figure which was separated by distance as Rio was following behind her.

They entered an open field where an enormous grass field was present but there were other buildings situated at the border of the grass field as well.

It was also surrounded by a bigger wall and guards were guarding it.

He couldn't find an entrance to go out the walls even here.

'I have yet to find the main entrance of the castle that led to the outside world.'

Rio looked around the field there were many buildings and he was wondering what are they for. He thought to ask Helia but he was afraid she would snap back at him.

Helia was moving towards a massive oval-shaped building.

He entered the battle arena behind her via a big door.

The interior of the building reminded him of an indoor sports stadium as well. There were tens of thousands of empty seats around the spacious field. The center of the battle arena was a field with green grasses.

There were long trees at the corner of the spacious building that spread green light around the building.

"These trees look magical. What do they do." He thought inwardly.

*Slam!*

The door of the oval-shaped building closed behind him.

He felt an ominous feeling as the door locked behind him and the temperature in the room lowered.

He could feel a chilly air invading his body and killing intent had frozen him on the spot.

He looked ahead of him toward the source of the culprit.

The blonde-haired girl who was standing ahead of him disappeared from her place and stood right in front of his face. She grabbed his jaw, stabbing her nails inside his flesh, and looked dead into his sea-green eyes.

She yelled in a threatening voice word by word, "Do you know what you are? A virus. You, humans, are a disgusting plague.

Just like a virus, You humans move to a new area, and you multiply and populate it to the very end to destroy all the natural resources and when you are done, you find a new area to destroy.

You, piece of shit, I hate you to the core. I hate all humans. I feel like vomiting just from looking at your disgusting face. You, humans, are vile creatures that would even kill their own kins. I find those wild beasts better than you lowly creatures. I can't stand a second in front of you."

She paused and held his jaw roughly to stab her nails into his flesh to engrave more pain which caused the blood to gush out.

She continued while smiling maniacally, "But, I'll fulfill the order given by the uncle and I'll make every single day of your training a living hell that you will pray to God why you were even born."

Her red eyes were full of anger as she wanted to cut him into thousands of pieces.

She then pushed him away after saying these words.

He was thrown to the ground by her immense strength.

Rio couldn't understand the situation and her personality towards him that took a 180-degree turn after being alone together.

He touched his jaw and rubbed it. It was feeling as if a few hot needles pierced him.

However, his previous question about the trees got answered as those green lights covered his figure and those wounds made by the nail marks healed.

His skin became smooth like before only some bloodstained left which told the story it really happened.
