Even after Camille had disagreed on going to the hospital this late in the night, the joy Adrian had about the baby made him refuse to listen to her. He had driven her down to the hospital with his influence as Alex Singh’s son to have a doctor check on his woman.

So, while she layed on the examination table waiting for the doctor to arrive, Adrian was sitting on a chair beside her, his hands weaving through her hair calming her racing heart down, she was nervous and that was because this was the first time she’s experiencing this.

She had no idea if the test was going to be painful, but Adrian was here to help take her through this step and that was what matters. His undying love for her and their baby.

"I can bet you that it’s a boy." She said, playing with his fingers while he smirked before shaking his head to disagree with her.

"No, it’s a girl, my love."Adrian said, he didn’t want a boy. He was still scared of him having an unhealthy childhood with him because of what he had gone through in his father’s hands, Polina was treated differently because she’s a girl and for the fact that Killa was still lurking in the shadows waiting for the right time to manifest scared him.

So, it’s definitely going to be a girl. He would love seeing a mini Camille, one who would have her blonde hair, maybe she could then have his green eyes, that would do.

"Why would you want a girl? I heard babygirl are quite stressful." She whined, her brow quaking up to question him.

"Whatever it is, I’m still vying for a girl." He said, kissing her knuckles before the door was opened and in walked the obstetrician, who smiled and apologized for being late before preparing for the examination.

The two couples had planned on visiting Camille’s parents first to tell them of the good news, although Adrian knew that her mother might be difficult to handle but then that wouldn’t stop him from alerting them of the bundle of joy their daughter was carrying in her womb.

Camille hissed a little bit when the cold gel was poured on her tummy, Adrian held her head before the device was placed on her tummy, then did the female smile pointing at the little figure showing on the screen.

"There it is, your baby." She told Camille, who fell in love with the sound of her baby’s heartbeat. It was like sweet music to her ears and before she knew it she was shedding tears.

"You are far along seeing that it’s had already formed so much, I would say about a month and two weeks." The doctor said, looking at the monitor and writing down something in a paper.

Adrian was shocked where he was, he couldn’t explain this exactly a human, something so tiny like that could live inside someone, science couldn’t explain how this could come into formation, God is so good!

"If you want to check it’s gender, I would suggest maybe when you are in the next two weeks, I can be able to detect it’s body parts. So, what do you say?" The doctor asked, looking back at the two of them but Adrian spoke up instead of Camille.

"No, we want it to be a surprise." Adrian suggested, looking down at Camille who nodded her head frantically before the doctor smiled, then print out the Ultrasound pictures, took care of the gel on her tummy before Camille sat up, with the picture of her baby in her hand.

"He’s so beautiful." Camille mumbled to Adrian, who smiled at her with love and affection. He knew he made the right decision loving this woman.

"About your morning sickness, I would suggest you taking the drugs from the nurse at the front desk while you are leaving, your next appointment is in two weeks, if you have any further questions before then, you can call me." The doctor said with a smile, before leaving the both of them to take their time before leaving.

"How are you feeling?" Adrian asked, pushing a strand of her hair behind her ear as he helped her into her gown she wore.

"Much better than before, I’m sorry about our date." She said, but Adrian scoffed at her words.

"It doesn’t matter, rather than a dinner date i think a hospital date sounds much better." Adrian teased, while she cackled." Thanks so much, Camille. For being patient and not giving up on me, I promise to give you and this child all the love and affection one would ever ask for." Adrian confessed.

"Stop it, you are making me cry, baby." Camille said, hiding her face in his shirt while he rubbed her back," Can we leave now, it’s getting late." Adrian suggested and she nodded her head before taking her purse along with her while they left after taking the drugs from the front desk.

They were walking over to where Adrian parked his car, before his phone rang. "Nelson was calling." My brother is calling, give me a minute baby girl." He told Camille who walked to his car and relaxed on its hood, while waiting for him.

"Where are you?" Nelson asked.

"With Camille, is something wrong?" He asked, not entirely hearing him over the line.

"Father has been arrested, you need to come back home."Nelson said and this was the only thing Adrian captured, before he felt his body behaving weirdly.

"W.. what?!" Adrian asked, his hand shaking vividly, beyoung his control as if something or someone was controlling him. 𝙛𝒓𝒆𝙚𝒘𝒆𝓫𝙣𝓸𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝓶

"Babe, what’s wrong?" Camille asked, from where she sat until his phone fell on the ground and Adrian fell to his knees, then did she rush to him.

"Adrian! What’s wrong, baby?" She asked, and tried to touch him before someone appeared out of the blues, yanking Adrian’s head back as he screamed in pain.

"You are the one." Lucuis said, as Camille cried." Let him go!" She didn’t know what he was, he just appeared out of nowhere before she was yanked up by her feet.

"A young one lives inside of you." A wide grin plastered on Lucuis face, as Camille countenance changed into a painful one.

"Let her..go!" Adrian managed to speak.

"Adrian, what’s happening? What’s wrong?" Nelson asked over the phone until Lucuis crushed the device with his cladded feet.

"Two lovers, father would be so pleased drinking from her."Lucius laughed, his red eyes glowing in the dark night before he destroyed the cctv in the arena before disappearing in the dark night with the both of them.
