Ye Wen only turned around after confirming Kakashi had withdrawn.

"No way... it's you!" Rosinante's eyes widened in disbelief. Someone who shouldn't be here had just appeared.

"Oh? You actually recognize me? Interesting..." The cocky voice paused briefly—but it was enough.

"Today's matter isn't over. We'll meet again," Ye Wen said. His body dispersed into smoke, leaving only the tall blond man behind.

"What a pity... he got away." The man smirked wickedly, cracking his knuckles before vanishing from Amegakure (Hidden Rain Village).

"That guy... he left the village." Tendō Pain sensed the rain and found no trace of the blond man's chakra.

"You're lucky, Kakashi... But Konohagakure (Hidden Leaf Village)—we'll meet again."

Pain's figure disappeared into the rainy night. Only Sasuke and Itachi remained, locked in combat in Amegakure.

Zixu stirred awake in Sara's arms, still hazy. To him, it felt like barely a moment had passed since they last met, but to Sarah, over a decade had slipped by.

"She's grown... looks like a real queen now," Zixu thought. His body was recovering fast; his limbs could already move.

He stood up and gently pulled away from her, gazing into her eyes.

"Now that we've met again... does our old promise still hold?" Zixu wasn't sure if Sara remembered, so he tested her gently.

had clearly matured, though her essence remained unchanged.

"Roran will always support you. But I'll say this now—if your decisions ever endanger my people, I won't follow orders. Even from you, Lord Dragon God."

Zixu winced slightly. She had gotten wiser. He missed the naïve girl she once was.

"But growth's not bad. You can stand tall on your own now." He reached to pat her head—but she dodged.

"Not just anyone can touch a queen's head..." she said with a sly smile, then leaned forward.

"But if it's Lord Dragon God..."

She didn't finish—but Zixu had already frozen, not because of her words, but because of the intel Rosinante's clone just sent back.

"The Six Paths of Pain... these black nails... They work like Chakra no Ito (Chakra Threads). Shame we couldn't retrieve them..."

The intel on Pain was useful, but Zixu wasn't too concerned yet. The Castle in the Sky was still far beyond their reach. Their first target would be the Kumo (Cloud Village) or Konoha.

"...What is this?" Zixu saw the image transmitted before the clone vanished. A blond man in pink sunglasses and a flamboyant flamingo-feathered coat stood there.

"I'm probably older than you now..." Sara mumbled under her breath.

"Come on, let's head to the Sky Castle. Consider it a meeting between the two leaders of major factions."

Zixu realized Sara wasn't just a little girl anymore—she represented Rora now. Whatever power she commanded, it was good to have allies.

"The home of Lord Dragon God? I'm excited."
