NTR GACHA-Chapter 143: Let’s See What The Queen Can Do
Chapter 143: Let’s See What The Queen Can Do
Leo’s lips curled into a chuckle as he took a step toward the red-skinned demoness, his gaze locking onto her with an amused smirk. But before he could close the distance, the dungeon suddenly trembled violently beneath his feet.
The ground quaked, and a deafening crash reverberated through the stone walls, shaking dust loose from the ceiling. Veladra’s eyes widened in shock. Her body tensed as she scanned the surroundings.
’’What in the abyss was that?’’ she muttered, her voice filled with both alarm and curiosity.
This sudden noise brought Astra back to reality as she revealed with panic welling up in her voice, ’’A part of the dungeon has collapsed. This is bad.’’
Leo’s eyebrow rose as he questioned the Demon Queen, ’’Is there a way out of here?’’
’’Yes,’’ she nodded. ’’We need to defeat the boss and it will kick us out of the fortress.’’
His smiled widened as he exclaimed, ’’Then we can beat it and grow stronger in the meantime.’’
Both women looked at him like he was crazy before Leo reassured them, ’’We don’t have to worry about food or water. I have enough to last us years.’’
Following that, the three of them continued on through the dungeon while fighting any monsters that attacked. Leo was using every drop of mana to fling spells at the horde of creatures.
Explosions reverberated through the dungeon, the air trembling as waves of magic killed monsters. Veladra and Astra lent their strength to the assault, but the relentless onslaught was draining their mana at an alarming pace.
Hours later, they were standing in a dense jungle as the humid air clung to their skins, causing Leo to comment, ’’Do you two need to rest? We can find a Safe Room?’’
’’Yes please,’’ Astra replied in a breathless voice. ’’Constantly using magic is exhausting.’’
Veladra agreed before the three of them started looking for a place to rest. They were walking down a thick monster trail, the sounds of creatures echoed from everywhere until it suddenly went quiet.
Leo becomes wary and cast Mana Barrier around the two women. When Astra saw this, she looked confused. ’’What’s wrong?’’ she asked.
He didn’t respond, his breath catching as a faint, rhythmic tapping echoed from the right, snapping his head toward the sound. Just as the silence stretched, the tapping shifted to the left, sharp and deliberate, sending a chill down his spine.
When Veladra heard it, her yellow eyes widened, not in curiosity but in raw, unspoken fear. Just as the sound stopped, he turned to the women just as something exploded from the underbrush and slammed into his body.
Without hesitation, Leo retaliated with a thunderous California Smash, obliterating the attacking monster in a single, devastating blow. The moment of calm gave him his first clear look at the creatures advancing toward him.
They were humanoid but grotesque in appearance, their sickly grey skin stretched taut over skeletal frames. Lifeless black eyes stared blankly from hollow sockets, void of any trace of humanity.
Leo noticed the creatures were completely hairless, and their elongated arms ended in two pairs of jagged claws that gleamed with a menacing sharpness, perfectly suited for tearing flesh.
’Wendigos? They are a thing in this world?’ he thought with a confused expression.
While staring at the creature, it let out a guttural hiss, its sinister intent clear, but Leo was faster. With a surge of power, he unleashed a fully charged Eldritch Blast. The blue energy roared through the air, crackling with raw force, and struck the creature dead center.
The impact was devastating, obliterating the monster in an instant and leaving nothing but silence in its wake. Seconds later, Leo watched as the other Wendigos rushed in while letting out screeches.
Leo didn’t wait for their claws to find him. With a swift motion, he unleashed a barrage of Fireballs and Thunderbolts, each spell erupting with devastating precision and effortlessly tearing through the attacking monsters.
Astra and Veladra stood frozen, their wide eyes reflecting both awe and disbelief as the carnage unfolded before them. Leo moved like a force of nature, mercilessly cutting down every Wendigo in his path.
One after another, his overwhelming power killed them all, and he only stopped when the ground was littered with dozens of their lifeless, twisted forms. He stood there and basked in the leveling up he was experiencing.
’Shit, this feels good,’ he thought with a smile. ’I can fill the levels flying up.’
Leo shook his head before approaching the two demon women who were staring at him with lust-filled gazes. He laughed while speaking, ’’Wait until we’re safe, then I’ll tend to you both. Now let’s go.’’
Following that, the trio continued traveling through the forest, only to see a cave in the distance. Veladra tugged at his sleeve. ’’Look over there Master, it might be a Safe Room.’’
’’Let’s go,’’ he replied while slowing walking toward the entrance.
When they got close, something giant dashed out of the cave and headed straight for them. As this happened, Astra stepped forward and spoke with a confident smile, ’’Let me deal with this monster handsome.’’
Leo nodded in agreement and eagerly watched the Demon Queen as she muttered something and a massive sword made from pure mana appeared in her hands, causing his eyes to widen.
’That’s a lot of mana she’s using,’ he thought. ’Let’s see what the queen can do.’
Seconds later, a giant bear covered in dark brown fur and had blood-red eyes full of rage. It started charging at the white-haired woman who quickly side stepped the monster’s snapping maw.
Astra let out a roar before driving, cutting the creature in half with one powerful swing that shook the ground. Veladra’s eyes widened and Leo chuckled as he complimented the Demon Queen, ’’Well done my queen, that attack was brilliant.’’
She spun around with a big smile as the trio stepped into the cave and, when entering; he cast Mana Barrier to block any monsters sneaking up on them. Veladra quickly spoke while scanning their resting spot for the night.
’’This place looks good, it’s a shame there isn’t a Safe Room nearby,’’ she commented while casting some magic to clean up the cave.
Astra agreed with a smile before slumping down to recover the mana she had used on their way here. Leo pulled out some Griffins Talon Ale and shared it with the demon women who enjoyed it.
The three of them started drinking while chatting about the upcoming war. Leo found out that every demon noble across the empire has sworn loyalty to them, thanks to him being the Demon King.
’Who would have thought the Duskwood Empire would summon their enemy?’ he thought with a chuckle.
Following that, Leo took out some Orc Roasts and started eating as his stomach rumbled. When Astra saw this, she asked in a curious voice, ’’Where did you get that from handsome?’’
’’My Item Box,’’ he replied casually, taking another bite of the succulent, perfectly cooked meat. ’’I’ve got plenty. Want some?’’
The white-haired beauty nodded with a small smile, and he handed her a portion. Veladra, who had been silently observing the exchange, her gleaming yellow eyes filled with intrigue and hunger, perked up at the sight.
Without hesitation, he passed her a piece as well, earning a flicker of gratitude in her intense gaze. The trio started eating and when they were finished, Astra was the first to fall asleep as she leaned up against Leo’s left side.
Veladra followed suit and claimed his right side, which made him laugh while thinking, ’I have to go see the other girls soon, but that can wait until we are out of the dungeon.’ freewebnoveℓ.com
With a thoughtful pause, he pulled a thick blanket from his Item Box and gently wrapped it around the three of them, shielding them from the cold. Not stopping there, he raised his hand and cast several Mana Barriers that would protect the group like a protective dome.
Satisfied with the defenses, he allowed himself to relax, knowing they could rest safely through the night. Seconds later, he fell asleep as the warmth coming from the two demon women relax him.
The following morning, he woke up just as the barrier protecting the cave’s entrance shattered, forcing him awake. Leo stood up only to notice Veladra was still asleep while Astra was waking up.
Leaving the two behind, he strode up the dimly lit tunnel, his senses sharp. The air grew colder, and soon he spotted a swarm of Wendigos surging toward him, their grotesque forms illuminated by the faint light.
He sighed, a mix of annoyance and resolve flickering in his eyes. Without hesitation, he unleashed Doomwave that tore through the tunnel, obliterating a dozen Wendigos in a single sweep.
As the surviving dungeon monsters pressed on, he raised his hands, casting Fireballs and Thunderbolts.
