The people chuckled and then they stood up to leave the imperial study slowly, when Ye Peng looked at Hao Ren and hesitated. The young man sensed it and said, "Old Peng, do you have to think so much before saying something to me?"

Ye Peng lowered his head and knelt on the ground as he said, "Young Master, I seek forgiveness."

Hao Ren raised his brow and asked, "What happened?"

Ye Peng sighed and said, "Several months ago, I found Ye Jian, he was living like a mortal in a small village at the northern end. His situation was not good. When I looked closer, I found that he has dispersed his cultivation completely. I wanted to bring him back but he seems to have become a completely different person. Hao Ren leaned back in the chair, he knew why Peng was so worried, these two may have appeared to be rivals among the other Ye Generals, but they were literally the best of the brothers. The people around them shivered so much in fright because they knew that the entire continent was governed by Hao Ren and Han Lingshi, the Holy Moon Empress, and her husband, the Titan Emperor. They almost fell on their knees but Hao Ren waved his hand and caused them all to stay standing and he said, "Are you trying to scare all the folks here? Also, why are you late? Have you forgotten your big brother punk?"

Ye Jian shook his head and replied, "How can I forget about you, Young Master? I was only putting on my clothes, after all, meeting you after so long, I cannot disgrace myself by appearing unkempt."

Hao Ren shook his head and said, "Come along, I want to talk with you."

As he said this, Ye Jian shivered, and then accepted the ring with both hands and bowed perpendicular from the ground before he said, "Young Master, I have only one request, can you please not send Peng over? I am sure he is still unruly."
