Witch Biggs felt as if her entire body was floating. She spread her arms, and the wind howled past her from behind!

So, wind beneath the Intense Chill can have a perceptible mass!

A chill ran down Biggs's spine. What would it be like if this kind of wind blew onto a person?

Like a little rabbit, this thought hopped around in Witch Biggs's mind, and the craving for this outcome made her redirect the wind toward the nearest person.

Unfortunately for Xiso, he was that person. At this moment, Xiso was lamenting and yelling at Bigas.

But the more he yelled, the crazier Bigas became, forcing everyone else to focus on resisting the Intense Chill.

"Wh-when... w-will this... e-end?" Kadi stammered, already shivering uncontrollably. Looking around at Igor and the others, who were frozen to the point of being unable to make a sound, he couldn't help but worry.

"It won't be long... we'll be able to resist it!" Kevin declared, already circulating his Spirit Power throughout his body. He knew it wouldn't be long before his body regained its freedom. The stiffness would wear off, and Bigas wouldn't be able to gloat for much longer.

Great Mentor Guzan shook his head. He knew that even if these experts overcame their frozen stiffness, a battle with Bigas would still lead to a dire outcome. He now hoped that something unexpected would happen, allowing Xiso to finally convince Bigas completely.

It was like a lovers' quarrel, but this dispute had escalated to an absurd degree, with innocent bystanders suffering the consequences—much like fish in a moat when the city gate catches fire. Even the Great Mentor was startled by this situation.

When would Xiso come to his senses? the Great Mentor wondered. Only he can stop Bigas peacefully. The Great Mentor did not want to see them resort to fighting fire with fire. Enough had happened recently; he didn't want the situation to worsen. Furthermore, when he saw Hustace and Qi Liu unconscious nearby, overcome by the extreme cold, he couldn't help but sigh. These uninvolved people were dragged into this conflict because of one specific issue...

Just as the Great Mentor was sighing, a peculiar gust of wind suddenly swept through the air. It lasted only a moment before vanishing. Then, the Great Mentor saw Xiso stumble forward, as if he had been forcefully shoved!

This unexpected development made the Great Mentor tense up. Xiso had been pushed directly forward by the gust, right towards Bigas!

The Great Mentor held his breath. This turn of events was startling, seemingly beyond anyone's expectations.

It wasn't just the Great Mentor; even Igor, whose tongue felt frozen stiff, gaped in shock. He knew opening his mouth so wide would make the frostbite worse, but he couldn't control himself.

Xiso staggered and stumbled right in front of Bigas. His arms flailed as he tried to maintain his balance, and in that moment, his hands landed squarely on Bigas's shoulders.

Bigas, too, was startled; she hadn't expected Xiso to embrace her like that! And indeed, Xiso's actions to keep his balance had, by sheer chance, turned into a perfect embrace.

Then, Bigas's eyes met Xiso's, and Xiso's eyes met hers.

The moment their eyes met, Xiso completely softened. He suddenly felt so exhausted from pretending. He clearly loved Bigas, yet he had forced himself to act heartless.

"Stop this, please, Bigas Kangen," Xiso pleaded. "I'll agree to anything you say."

The moment their eyes met, love resurfaced. Xiso's mind was completely filled with Bigas. Even though he currently looked like a monster, he was reluctant to release his embrace; instead, he hugged her even tighter.

"You idiot!" Tears streamed down Bigas's cheeks. She recalled all the grievances she had suffered over the years and, at this moment, could no longer hold back her tears.

"I was wrong. I was wrong from the very beginning!" Xiso said, looking at Bigas intently and shaking his head repeatedly. "I can't forget you. I could never forget you. You're everything to me, Bigas Kangen!"

Bigas ceased all her magic. She relaxed completely. Finally, she truly felt like a child again, one who needed to be cherished. She had been waiting for this moment for a very, very long time.

"No matter what you become, you're my Xiso Glass," Bigas said, lifting her head to scrutinize Xiso carefully. "Always the one who loves to offend me!"

"I know! I know that now!" Xiso affirmed.

"I'm willing to give up everything for you, as long as you're by my side!" Bigas declared.

The once-tense atmosphere finally dissipated. The other monsters, including Kevin, also heaved a collective sigh of relief. It hadn't been easy; Xiso had finally returned to his true self and stopped evading reality. It seemed there was hope for this romance after all!

After Bigas stopped casting, the Intense Chill gradually dissipated. The frost on the ground slowly turned into water vapor. Although it was evening, the cold Bigas had unleashed was still biting; it was far colder than the natural mountain temperature.

The monsters, now returned to normal, exchanged smiles. They were naturally happy to see Xiso and Bigas reach this outcome. They then quietly retreated some distance away. This place now belonged to Xiso and Bigas; they couldn't disturb their reunion.

Igor, stiffly shouldering the unconscious Hustace, knew they would have to stay on Guru Mountain for a while longer. Hustace and Qi Liu were severely frostbitten and needed time to recover.

They walked until Xiso and Bigas were out of sight, though they didn't venture too far from the couple.

Igor slowly replayed the recent events in his mind. He had managed to hold on until the very end and witness that astonishing scene. 𝒇𝒓𝙚𝒆𝔀𝓮𝓫𝒏𝓸𝙫𝓮𝓵.𝓬𝙤𝙢

That wasn't a gentle push at all; it was a forceful shove! Igor thought.

Ah, so that's what 'a gentle push' meant in this context! No wonder the Great Mentor and the others hadn't thought of it. It required a specific catalyst to happen.

If anyone had tried to push him deliberately, Xiso would certainly have stopped it. But now... heh, taking advantage of the chaotic scene...

But who was clever enough to push Xiso at just the right moment?

This question immediately sparked speculation among the monsters.

"Was it you, Great Mentor?" Kuren couldn't resist asking.

"Certainly not. At that moment, I was using my Spirit Power to circulate energy through my limbs. I had no spare capacity for such a thing!" the Great Mentor firmly denied.

"I just felt a strange gust of wind pass by then," Joseph said, looking suspiciously at Yuga. "Could it have been you, Yuga?"

The only one here who could control the Wind Elemental, a Natural Force, was indeed Yuga.
