'Keyboard Warriors really do exist everywhere...'

Leo could barely keep up his poker face as he read the convoluted post. His expectation for this supposed network had been truly shattered.

Rather than silently trying to use this Roleplayer Community to their advantage, there were actually such obvious scammers who tried to trap the clueless newcomers!

'Well, at least it's funny.'

Though this 'OPMC66' was trying to expose and exploit people and 'LonelyBeauty' was likely doing the same, only through catfishing, Leo was more amused by the comments generated by the post.

It was dangerous, but in reality, those that would fall for such simple tricks were bound to get bamboozled regardless of the method. If it truly posed any threat, the admin wouldn't have left the post lying around.

'They likely kept it as a cautionary tale.'

The last comment was likely left behind by said admin before he archived the post. This should not only guide the clueless but also deter scammers from making other posts.

'A ban has no value though.'

Leo had just quickly checked. As a site made for the sake of secrecy and anonymity, no vital information was required when making an account.

The most a ban could do was target the specific IP that the account originated from. However, this problem could be easily solved by using a VPN.

Most were likely already using one like Leo, especially scammers, so they just had to switch to a different server...

'This is also nostalgic.'

As Leo continued casually browsing posts, a few specific usernames popped out in almost every post. Aside from the few people that were active everywhere, most users remained silent.

Their comments were rather sarcastic, but anyone who took a quick look would realize that most of them were nerds or weeaboos. The kind of people that Leo was once familiar with in the reading community.

'It's pretty hectic, but it's not too bad.'

While there were posts even worse than the first one that Leo read, some of them were pretty educational. Leo particularly found one such post to be fairly helpful.

[ Site Navigation Guide ] - PointingDownward

Just a virtuous newbie helper, no need to thank me!

Find the collapsible section window and select a specific section to leave the main discussion board and reach your objective.

Anonymous Matching: You can leave a post requesting someone with a specific ability that you are in need of and wait for responses before ironing out the details.

Sighting Reports: Can find posts about possible dangerous or supernatural activity or add one yourself.

Mission Register List: Can find official missions posted by the World Reservation Council or the Roleplayer Union and apply to join.

Area...

__________

It might have contained more words than necessary, but it was one of the rare non-troll posts that explained things in simple words!

'There it is.'

The random discussion board was the main section. The one that Leo was aiming for was the mission register list.

Just like he caught a glimpse of the supernatural world of Roleplayers, Leo wanted to get a sneak peek of the danger that they repelled!

The Sightings Section probably helped with that among many things. However, Leo was still surprised to have never come across a supernatural event.

Humans were still intelligent creatures at their very core, so it made sense that most Roleplayers would hide themselves and their abilities rather than start trouble.

On the other hand, Leo felt that the possible horrors that he imagined would be very eager to reveal themselves instead...

After briefly browsing the other interesting sections, Leo opened the Mission List only to be surprised by how organized it was.

The other sections were also far less messy than the discussion board, but this Section was extra special.

'The Roleplayer Union feels more like a general classification.'

Although the post claimed that the Union also posted missions, the account known as [ MissionManager-WRC ] practically dominated the whole section.

The posts sometimes looked different, but the username was still basically the same with an additional string of numbers attached to it.

That just went to show the true identity of the Union. It wasn't even an organization, just a group of similar people huddling together.

'Not that any of that matters to me.'

To begin with, Leo was aiming for a mission related to the Council. However...

'It's not that simple.'

Leo's first browse of the Roleplayer Community left him empty-handed.
