Path of Alchemy Mastery-Chapter 256 - 257: The Secret of the Supreme Interface
Chapter 256: Chapter 257: The Secret of the Supreme Interface
Upon hearing Mu Can’s question, Wang Cai looked at him with slanted eyes.
Getting despised by a dog again, Mu Can had no idea how much he disliked it.
"Woof! Of course, it’s true. As long as there’s sufficient energy, this place is an interface, an interface that can grow even higher than the Mortal World."
Although Wang Cai looked at Mu Can as if he were just a country bumpkin, he still patiently explained to him.
Mu Can knew this dead dog’s personality; Wang Cai was willing to pay a great price whenever there was a chance to school Mu Can.
"Higher than the Mortal World?" Mu Can asked. For interfaces higher than the Mortal World, Mu Can only knew two: one was the Dragon Clan’s original homeland, the Dragon Realm, and the other was the interface where the thief of Heavenly Dao and the great Honor belonged, the Supreme Interface.
"Woof! What else do you think can be placed inside the Reincarnation Pearl? The Reincarnation Pearl is divided into layers, and each layer’s contents would be frantically contested by the Great Powers. Do you think the Soul Power Space on the first layer and Reincarnation City on the second layer are ordinary?"
Wang Cai did not hide his contempt, tilting his head and eyeing Mu Can, looking immensely punchable.
Mu Can fiercely suppressed the urge to punch this dead dog, forced a smile, and adopted an eager-to-learn attitude.
"Then tell me about the special features of these four layers." Honestly, the process through which Mu Can got the Reincarnation Pearl was very confusing, and his understanding of the pearl was indeed limited. Initially, he thought Purple Cloud was the Artifact Spirit of the Reincarnation Pearl until Wang Cai appeared, and he realized that Purple Cloud was merely someone the pearl had casually saved.
"Alright, today I’ll broaden your horizons, lad." Saying so, Wang Cai somehow conjured a rocking chair, sat down grandiosely, and started rocking happily.
Mu Can took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. This dog was simply too much, no wonder even someone as powerful as the great Honor in the Supreme Interface didn’t want to mess with him.
"Woof! The first layer is the first one you encountered. The space there isn’t big, but you should know that almost everything in the first layer is transformed from Soul Power. But you definitely don’t know where those Soul Powers come from, right?"
Upon saying this, Wang Cai even curled up his dog legs and started rocking softly.
Wang Cai was right; Mu Can’s understanding of the first layer was entirely through Purple Cloud. He knew it was filled with massive amounts of Soul Energy, allowing the Soul Bodies to live there peacefully without fear of losing Soul Power. However, Mu Can had no idea that those Soul Powers actually had a source.
"Let me tell you, the first layer was originally just a normal space; it was created by the old master for the Reincarnation Pearl’s masters to use for cultivation. There was a huge Spiritual Energy Formation set up inside which made the cultivation efficiency incredibly high. But, by a twist of fate, the master obtained a Light Ball filled with Soul Power and eventually placed it inside the first layer, turning the first layer into what it is now. The old master even said something then."
"What did he say?" Seeing Wang Cai playing coy, Mu Can hurriedly urged him.
"He said he was jealous of the little guy who would later become the master of the Reincarnation Pearl. As for why he said that, I don’t know. He only mentioned this after seeing the changes in the first layer."
Wang Cai looked as if he could already see Mu Can grinding his teeth, the scene of being bitten by Mu Can vividly in his mind, and he dared not play coy any longer. He told Mu Can everything straightforwardly.
"Where did the master get it from?" Mu Can, now extremely curious about the Supreme Interface, wondered what kind of a place it really was.
"Found it by the roadside." Wang Cai wore an odd expression.
"What?" Mu Can, sporting a look of disbelief, thought, if it’s a treasure that even the thief of Heavenly Dao envied, how could it have been picked up from the roadside.
"Woof! You still don’t believe it. I’m really not lying to you!" Seeing that Mu Can didn’t believe him, Wang Cai suddenly stood up from the rocking chair.
After Wang Cai’s explanation, Mu Can finally put away his skeptical look and chose to believe Wang Cai’s words.
The Supreme Interface is a vast and boundless interface. No one knows the full extent of its range. Beyond the known territories, there are countless places that remain unexplored to this day, only ventured into by those with abilities to transcend the ordinary.
An event once happened that made even the Supreme Interface gasp.
A powerhouse, almost equal in strength to the thief of Heavenly Dao, entered the vast and uninhabited region confidently. Right before everyone’s eyes, just as he entered the uncharted zone, he was killed by a rabbit.
At that time, he saw a cute rabbit lying on the ground of the uninhabited zone and ran forward to catch it, not expecting to not even touch a single hair of the rabbit before being harshly kicked in the face by it, instantly knocked down and dead without a struggle.
An expert from the All Things Realm, easily kicked to death by a rabbit, shocked countless onlookers. According to incomplete statistics, on that day alone, a few hundred people dislocated their jaws due to their dropping open in shock – such was the impact of that scene on those people.
"Those vast unpopulated areas harbor unimaginable treasures and opportunities. Once someone found a naturally patterned Jade Pendant there, from which they deciphered a Cultivation Technique and became an expert of the All Things Realm," Wang Cai mentioned about the unpopulated areas of the Supreme Interface with a hint of emotion.
For countless years, many experts have fallen while exploring these unpopulated areas, and many have soared to great heights by seizing the opportunities found there.
In the uninhabited zones, common sense has lost its function. Everything there surpasses people’s imaginations. If not, it wouldn’t have been possible for a mere rabbit to easily kill one of the strongest beings in the Supreme Interface.
The All Things Realm, as the name implies, is a realm where one can create all things out of pure strength, fabricate matter from nothing, and control laws. Yet, such beings lie dead in the uninhabited zones, their bodies unclaimed.
"That day, the old master took me to explore the uninhabited zone, and we encountered a glowing Light Ball. Yes, it’s the same Light Ball that was later placed inside the first layer of the Reincarnation Pearl."
Wang Cai, recalling that event, still felt a lingering fear.
Although the thief of Heavenly Dao was immensely powerful, he was particularly cautious after entering the uninhabited zone. Upon encountering the Light Ball, he didn’t act rashly.
But what he didn’t expect was that the Light Ball, as if having its own consciousness, sensed the presence of the thief of Heavenly Dao and actively flew towards them.
At that time, Wang Cai, standing on the side, watched with horror-stricken eyes as the Light Ball flew towards the thief of Heavenly Dao, feeling utterly doomed.
This was a certain death.
