Pestilence: Rise Of The Pure Undead-Chapter 1228: Wish Granted
Capítulo 1228: Wish Granted
“-Thirty seconds would actually be fine as well! Twenty?! Ten?! Just a little bit of physical contact! I will beg for as long as you want–I will do anything you want as well! Give it to me! Please! A smooch at least? Can I smooch your sharp teeth? Will you weave rot into a gross, slimy, and slithery tongue and shove it down my throat?! By the Pale Lady… I am experiencing physiological phenomena that I thought were no longer possible, Loimos!”
The vampiress reached up to grab the skeleton by the shoulders.
“Can I at least officially call myself your wife? Will we have a marriage ceremony in… Like whenever you want! I can wait for all of eternity for it! I don’t just want your attention, Loimos! I need it! I need your love! I need your… Bony love!”
One fell to her knees in a dramatic manner, hugging the Pure Undead’s waist.
“I will actually do anything you ask of me. I don’t know much about what happens in bed chambers, but I can improvise. I can learn! Oooh… You could teach me, wouldn’t that be exciting? Like… I am your student, and you are my teacher…?!”
Maliah pushed against the vampire’s face as she stepped forward as well.
“Listen, I am not as unhinged as she is, but I do agree on the overall thought. There is literally a big, wide bed right over there! If you don’t absolutely squash us into its mattress, then what was the point of arranging the room in this manner? What are you, a sadist? I know you aren’t anything of the sort. You literally don’t feel. That’s your whole gimmick, Mr Bones!”
“Come on, Loimos. You can’t do this to me again!”
The assassin pointed to her stomach as she said this, just as One rose back to her feet.
“Yes, she is right–Wait a minute, what do you mean again? While pointing to where the undeadling is forming as well? Hold on a fucking second… What does this mean?”
The Death Dealer rolled her empty eyes backwards into her skull as though it was going to work to evade the question.
“Maliah. Provide an answer right this instant. I am thinking about possibilities right now, and I am certain they are worse than the truth”
“Mmh… Well. You see…”
Maliah cleared her throat like she actually needed that to speak.
“Try not to get… Too mad… But do you remember when Loimos and I went to the Soul Realm?”
“Of course, I remember, I was seething the entire time about not being there as well–Oh no you didn’t!”
“Listen. Back then, I really wasn’t attracted to Loimos, I mean… I was still alive and all that business. I wasn’t into rotting carcasses… But to stay in the Soul Realm, he possessed a living, and that living’s body morphed to accommodate his soul or whatever… Loimos was incredibly handsome like this, alright? I mean… Coupled with the fact that I quite liked him on the basis of mass murder, it just caused something to activate within me”
“So… You know, I tried to shoot my shot and get him to explore uncharted territory–If you see what I mean–I had quite a compelling argument since he was in a living body, and I was living, then we just needed to do the usual living breeding method and create a nice, powerful living that we could turn into an undead later down the line… I mean, it makes sense, right?”
“…It does make sense”
“I am glad you get it. Anyway… Instead of doing it normally, He just sort of phased his hand through my stomach, and planted the stuff like I was a damned field and his seed was pumpkin! Hence, the ‘not again’ on my part…”
“That’s… Rough. That’s super rough!”
“I wish it had been rough, actually”
The vampiress rubbed her eyes.
“But wait… The soul realm was a pretty long time ago, and you’re dead now. Where is the child?”
“She hangs out with The Soror. Her name is Aliah, and she took a while to grow up, but right now… She’s still alive and developing her powers–She’s super tall, a damned amazonian that girl”
One covered her mouth with one hand.
“Alright. That’s not nearly as bad as I had thought… You still hid it from me, though”
“Does it matter right now? We have a bigger fish to fry”
“You’re right! Loimos! We humbly ask for your rot to take on a more elongated form. As long as it’s diving into us, I think we both don’t mind whether tentacle-like, rod-like. Do you agree, Maliah?”
“I definitely agree, but I do hope to end up with at least a few broken bones by the end of it”
“That’s what a rookie would say. I hope I am literally unrecognisable once he is done with”
Loimos had not said a word the entire time. Letting them speak and discuss until they went silent and just began looking up at him with puppy eyes. One doing so was to be expected, but Maliah? It was uncanny. A living would probably die from fear if they saw this…
…
…
…
Twenty-four hours passed. The vampire and assassin found themselves under covers in their most natural states–Without any additions upon their cold corpses.
“Maliah”
“Yes, One?”
“What the hell happened? Did it actually happen, or did I craft a very powerful hallucinogenic potion?”
“It was real, One. This actually fucking happened. There were… So many at once”
“So many, indeed… I had sort of forgotten that Loimos had all the knowledge of every brain he had decayed, of every book available, and everything else… Of course, he would know how to do this, so… Effectively”
“I hope we can do that often”
“So do I… Do you think we could convince him to perform some acts of affection in public? Do you have any idea of a practical use of this that could be useful to make him consider it?”
“I do not… And what public display of affection are you talking about anyway?”
“I mean like… Do you not think it would be neat if, like you were standing next to him like usual, and he just reached and wrapped his arm around you, grabbing your waist in the process to pull you closer?”
“That’s quite specific”
“Just answer, would it not be nice?”
“I suppose? I am not really big on doing anything in public, though. I would rather it stay behind closed doors”
“Heh… You don’t want to flex on everyone about how YOU got busy with Loimos in person? Are you telling me you don’t want to tell everyone about how he shattered your spine while-”
“No. I don’t want to talk about this”
“You’re no fun, Maliah”
“And you have problems, One”
The two undead women lay in silence for several minutes. Loimos had sent them a bunch more Festering Death Force in the process of giving them what they desired. However, it was such a dire amount that they were literally immobilised after the act despite their undead bodies.
They had to wait for a while until the potent death force acclimated to them and settled down before being able to actually stand again. Until then, their movements would be sluggish and feeble.
“Where did Loimos go, anyway? I could have sworn he was there just a few moments ago… Did his death force knock me out cold as well, or something?”
“I am pretty sure that exactly what happened, he got done with you just before, and you did sort of go unresponsive afterwards”
“Damn… I really got the full experience despite being dead, huh?”
One was all smiles on her side.
“It feels like… A weight was lifted off my shoulders. I have never felt so light before! Getting rid of your frustrations really does wonders, doesn’t it…”
The assassin and vampire turned their heads to look at one another.
“…Next time, do we try to convince him to take on that human form he had in the Soul Realm? I guarantee, it was absolutely incredible”
“Deal. I am quite curious how he’ll do things if limiting himself to just a human body”
In the meantime, Loimos was actually standing just above them, on the roof of the tower. The wind was blowing strongly, making his dark mantle flutter wildly in different directions.
Not far away, the current and former Dragonlords were slowly being made into proper undead. In the meantime, Solast was acting on Loimos’s behalf, getting Dragonnerie into order following the night during which the dead of the past rose… Ronarkatast’s influence over the continent and its population had been rather obvious.
The dragons of this floating piece of land were stronger than their predecessors across the board. Despite the drastic numerical disadvantage, very few living dragons had fallen–In fact, they could be counted on one hand.
Injuries were more numerous, but they would heal in no time.
Regardless, Loimos did not have much to do at the moment. It seemed like he actually had plenty of time to agree to the demands of One and Maliah…
