"Well, I suppose that the first thing to do would be blocking off their point of entry, yes?" remarked Liliazin "That first attempt was clearly not so nice as even the remnants of spirit life the undead left behind tried to murder Ioleznta"

"I agree with him, they've already demonstrated signs of aggression, and since that undead appeared in the same manner the refugees did back then, we can assume that this is the only place they'll show up from" growled Artazun.

"Sister, let's not make any hasty conclusions- If they have a way to get in as they wish, it wouldn't be strange if they could change their point of entry somehow… Though I don't disagree with setting something up where that undead showed up, it could not hurt" Artazim clacked her beak a few times.

"Then let's get to building something, that guy… Liebeln is an architect, he should be able to come up with something efficient" Irlitimiz crossed her arms, tail swinging from side to side with impatience.

"Well, apart from the fact that we now know at least one place they'll be getting in from, we had already prepared everything else during our last meeting… Anyone want to add something?" Zilania asked, hands behind her back as everyone looked around, but no one had anything else to say, they had indeed already prepared for the eventuality of the undead showing up with aggression a while ago.

"Very well, then let's all get to work"

As the upper echelon of the Emerald Realm began to scatter, Liliazin walked up to Irlitimiz, looking up to get a look at the priestess's wolfish face.

"You seem a bit tense today, is everything alright?" asked the red-haired herald.

"Ah… It's not about the undead or anything… It's just that today is that time of the year"

"That time of the year? Oh, I didn't know zuoltrs entered mating season at this time of the year! So you're just all fidgety because you're in heat…" the herald laughed "...And here I thought the big bad zuoltr priestess was getting cold feet"

"Hmph… Trying to make fun of me even in this state? You really can't help yourself, huh? But speaking does help me focus… So, speak of those two brothers you seem to like so much"

As she said this, Ioleznta walked up from behind Liliazin, putting both hands on his shoulders.

"Oh, you wouldn't believe how much this little guy goes on about those two… I always knew he hadn't offered to teach them out of the kindness of his heart or even a wish to torment unsuspecting refugees with novel pranks… Two at the same time…"

"Alright now…" Liliazin tried to slither away.

Milo returned home, eventually, he and Helena had built a cottage for themselves right next to that cave where they trained, and also where their first child had been conceived following one of such training sessions.

Although, at the time, Milo had still been focused on building up more strength, he had still been convinced to start a family, indeed, it would be a lie to say that he hadn't wished to have children with Helena for a long time, it was just that they hadn't had the occasion before, the academy, the undead invasion…

The allure, the serenity, the enchanting lull offered by the Emerald Realm had truly pushed the both of them to go for it, perhaps a bit too much.

"You, I can just tell you went to speak with Arzt"

"I still have some many residues from his place, don't I?" he smiled wryly.

The cottage wasn't exactly small, but it certainly always felt crowded, Milo and Helena were already the proud parents of three adorable children, much to Milo's dismay, all three were girls and looked an awful lot like their mother, especially the oldest, who was currently running in circles around the most common guest of this household.

"Ah, hello Milo, do come check it out, you can hear the kicking" spoke Minli, simultaneously doing her job whilst also having to hold one of their daughters who seemed to have taken a liking to her.

Indeed, after their first born, Lizi, who was nearing three years old by now, it wouldn't be inaccurate to say that the young couple had perhaps been a little too excited, leading to second born, Louizon and third born, Alize, all named after the realms convention for Zs in names.

They were all rather close in age due to that, and they had only slowed down on the business after that, but not too much as Helena was once again pregnant.

Milo did as he was told and approached to listen to a sound he had gotten to hear quite a few times by now, typically getting really noticeable at around five or six months of pregnancy.

Intercepting his youngest on the way there, he listened attentively.

"Hold on a second…" he furrowed his brows.

"That's right, congrats! It's twins" announced Minli with a smile.

Milo however, felt himself stumbling back, he had entirely forgotten that twins and such were even a thing.

"That's… Great, is there anything else?" he gently put up one hand against Helena's stomach, confirming that it did certainly seem like there was more than one like the previous times.

"Well, I am no expert on gleaning details during pregnancy, so you'll see whether they are identical twins or not at birth"

"Right…"

"I estimate that this is six month, maybe seven, so it won't be that much longer until they want to take a look outside, until then you know the drill by now"

"You leaving?" asked Louizon who was stuck to the healer like glue.

"Yes, I need to go visit aunty Dasato, and then aunty Hoffnu, and then aunty Ooaluz… But I'll be back to see you in no time!" bopping the little girl's nose as she spoke.

"Ah, again with Ooaluz? Toby really is indulging her, huh?" Helena remarked, rising up from her seat.

"You can say that again, whenever I go to visit them, I make sure to knock on every door before pushing it open, but hey, she's a rabbit, there's a good excuse"

"And Hoffnu?"

"She's handling it well, taking her away from sword training for so many months is making her a bit disgruntled but apart from that…"

Milo and Helena hadn't been the only ones to get ideas after getting caught up into the peace and calm of the realm, building families was something nearly everyone wanted, it was hard to resist the calling of procreation.

"...And anyways, Liebeln knows how to soothe her- I swear, all of you are getting me overworked with your unchecked hormones… Do try to calm down on the business after the twins are born, alright? Or at least, stop going about it in this manner, you see what I mean!"

The healer left with a wave, leaving the family by themselves.

"So…"

"Don't worry, I won't take part, Arzt dissuaded me"

"Really?"

"Yes, really"

"That's great to hear!" giving her husband a kiss, she rubbed her stomach.

"Any ideas for names?"

"Well… If at least one of them is a boy… Like usual, I would want to name him Griar"
