Pokemon: This Ash Is Too Versatile-Chapter 700 - 375: MEGA Lucario! The Mighty Kangaskhan!

"First match, Lucario vs Kangaskhan, the battle begins!" Priscilla acted as the temporary referee, waving her delicate arm to announce the official start of the duel.

She wasn’t particularly knowledgeable about the rules of the battle, but saying "begin" was not a problem.

As Priscilla’s voice fell, Ash and Norman simultaneously issued commands to their Pokemon.
