Furious about my kicking attack dealing so much damage, the kaiju glared at me with fury and anger, about to erupt like a volcano.

And well, to an extent, it did!

As Garudorr let out a mighty roar again, a giant shockwave of electricity was charged from within its body and then released towards the skies.

It was quite obvious that it was aiming at me this entire time, as the electricity spun around my own surroundings and rushed to my side.

TRUUUM!

It seemed that Garudorr could even control the trajectory of his own Nightmare Thunder!

And of course, it hit me directly, as several explosions of thunderous nightmare energy engulfed me completely.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

"Hahahaha!"

However, I laughed, the damage they caused was near none, my body absorbed the nightmare essence to an extent already, and well, I used the power of my [Divine Thunder Spirit Body] to absorb the Nightmare Thunder and make it mine, negating all the damage, and that’s without considering how much damage Hecate negated too.

RUMBLE!

After absorbing the Nightmare Thunder Shockwave, my body suddenly changed, as I resembled a taller, powerful version of myself made of purple, black, and golden thunder, and black clouds releasing sparks of electricity as a dress.

I felt overflowing with power, as the kaiju only just noticed what happened, as the smoke dissipated, revealing my body to him.

"That’s not going to work either!"

I quickly pointed my finger at it and loaded and compacted all the lightning power I could into it, forming a small purple colored sphere of thunderous energies compacted together into a single point.

And then...

"Here, taste the real power of Thunder."

I released it all, unleashing a massive cannon beam at the kaiju at full force.

"{Divine Black Lightning Railgun}"

TRUUUM!

The beam moved at lightning speed, instantly piercing through the monster’s body, its chest in specific, and leaving behind a gigantic hole through it.

BOOOMMM!!!

An explosion engulfed the monstrous Garudorr, as the monster groaned in agony, letting out a roar of utter pain before collapsing into the ground.

BAAAM!

As I descended to check the Kaiju, I noticed my daughter and Lucifer appearing by my side a second later.

"Mom! I wanted to fight it as well!" Nyx complained.

"It looked like a worthy opponent but... Well, looks like our aid wasn’t even needed," Lucifer laughed.

"It was strong but well, it found me," I shrugged. "It’s dead now... But wow it sure is big! I guess this is the only one this size around here."

"What are we doing with its mom? Can we eat it?" Nyx wondered.

"I don’t think we could eat such a huge thing completely," I said. "But yes, I do plan to use his body well enough. His scales, the spikes on his back, and even his bones and core all seem rather valuable."

"Hmm, have you not thought about making him an Undead though?" Lucifer asked. "One that could protect the main island..."

"I had thought about it..." I nodded. "It even had a name for some godforsaken reason, so maybe that’s just destiny. Though I’ll first extract some materials, meat, bones, and other things we might need ourselves. It’s so big that it will hardly many any difference anyway... For now, get inside."

I stored the giant corpse inside my shadows, including the giant Nightmare Soul of Garudorr, which was wondering around, resembling a small black specter, but that was slowly beginning to disappear.

I sealed the soul inside the corpse for the moment, without reanimating it as an Undead, and placed it in a state of comatose for the time being.

"Alright! That was a pretty good hunt- Ah, Sofia and the rest! Right, we did separate, let’s go check on them!" I panicked slightly.

"Well, I doubt there’s any other threatening monster in this island anyway, we should move to the next one," Lucifer shrugged.

"Yeah I bet they’re fine!" Nyx nodded.

"Let’s go see for ourselves," I said.

We flew back where they were and...

Yep, they weren’t fine at all!

From the cracks and the hole that Garudorr left behind, hundreds of dinosaur-like Nightmare Beasts emerged.

None as big as he was though, the largest of them was around five meters tall, but they were all fearsome-looking monsters.

It seemed there was a whole underground ecosystem on this island or something? Looking down at that hole might become one of my priorities once we’re done with this swarm of Nightmaresaurs, as I’ll call them.

"So many monsters?!" Nyx asked. "W-Where did these even come from?! Wow! Ah right, is Sofia and the rest alright, mommy?"

"I see them! They’re over there!" Lucifer said, pointing into the left direction, as Sofia, Emily, Alma, and Martina were battling on top of a cliff against dozens of giant Nightmaresaurs attacking them.

The Nightmaresaurs were strong, there was only two dead in the distance, and it seemed the girls had run all the way here confronting them.

They seemed to have hard scales and bodies in general, their attacks being resisted to an extent, maybe because there were so many of them.

"Girls!"

I descended with Nyx and Lucifer, clashing against the Nightmaresaurs and taking out my Dream Weapons, swinging my sword and my halberd and beheading three giant triceratops-headed Nightmaresaurs with the bodies of Tyrannosaurus rexes.

SLAASH! SLAASH! SLAASH!

At the same time, Lucifer and Nyx grabbed a few others, biting their heads off or tearing them apart using their sharp claws and immense draconic strength.

CRAAASH!

"M-Maria!" Sofia cried in happiness.

"You’re back, Maria! I knew you would come back!" Alma smiled.

"Finally! We thought we were going to kick the bucket around here!" Emily said.

"Maria do you know what these things are?! Ah, wait! What happened to the giant one?!" Martina asked.

"He’s dead," I said. "We took him down... And now, let’s take down these guys over here. Come, my Undead Army!"

I spread my shadows, as many of my Undead, Giant Skeletons, Zombies, and other creatures manifested from the Sea of Darkness I released from my shadows.

"Let’s clean this mess!"
