Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World-Chapter 653: Exponential Effects
The lions of the Leonine Heaven were mobilized on two fronts. Some of them were still set on hunting down the traitors and sinners in heaven, making it their personal mission to make sure the integrity of the race was preserved.
On the other hand, the majority of them were already packing up, pointing at a particular location on their star maps, getting ready to go.
All over the golden sky of the Leonine Heaven, countless lions were diving through the heavenly gate. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞
Even though it was impossible, some had still begun to think to themselves, what if they run out of enemies to fight?
What if the others kill more enemies or capture more vassals than them, then what?
It was hard to understand how their thinking could gravitate toward this particular place.
Most of those who thought like this were War Lions and Fire Lions, always thinking of the most unlikely scenarios to justify their unnecessary level of aggressiveness.
Meanwhile, while all this was happening, Alora was still in the middle of her evolution.
Once she was done, Kael would officially have two tier 6 consorts, something that had hardly happened.
Even those tier 7 lions couldn’t boast of such. Many of them had at most two consorts at tier 6 also. Very few had more than two.
What Kael aimed for was not for all his consorts to be tier 6 though, it wasn’t even for all of them to be tier 7. Kael wished with great ambition in his heart that all his consortals would become immortal tier entities.
It was hard, borderline impossible.
Even the dragon race only had two immortals. One of them is a Primordial of Creation, the other being an abomination.
And even Elizabeth who was said to be about to begin her evolution was also a Primordial Dragon.
It was terrifyingly hard for ordinary creatures to reach the immortal level. Primordials had an easier time and even they could not always reach the Immortal tier.
If Kael was to somehow make all his consorts become immortals, it would put them at the very top of the universal food chain...theoretically.
Surely, the other factions would not sit by and let that happen.
The appearance of another immortal-tier entity could even serve as a trigger to force many lackadaisical creatures to feel motivated and lush with all their might for the immortal tier.
Everything could cause a chain reaction that would topple and reshape the whole food chain.
But that was a worry for another time.
Katari was yet to complete her list of mission objectives for the Project Desolate Divine and she was away to handle that.
At the same time, N’bayé was down in the mortalverse in one of the many vassal arkships, working with the growing Monkey race that had gotten significantly stronger.
The monkeys had considerable physical strength physically but their main power came from their intelligence and ability to work together to achieve something.
At first, their intelligence was small and likened to barbarians.
Now, they had moved to a stage where they could educate each other on things to do and what not to do.
It had only been a few years since Kael got them and they were advancing this fast.
Unfortunately, this speed was not enough for both Kael and N’bayé. So N’bayé was speeding up their progress by bringing loads of info orbs with a series of educational materials for them to study.
The faster they could learn how to assemble a magic shuttle, the better.
Luckily, with the way the intelligence of the monkeys worked, it didn’t rise vertically or move horizontally, it rose exponentially.
One thing that they learned now usually caused them to discover five more foreign concepts the next day.
N’bayé had already started introducing some concepts that she had picked from the data she got after studying the Gauntlet.
Little by little, she introduced basic concepts that could be understood fast. The basic laws of physics before the laws that broke those laws of physics.
The way the body worked, the structure of fire, the source of light, language, and so on.
With N’bayé taking over for them, they were bound to accelerate their development very fast.
That was that.
Priya, Nalii, Eidel, Ruda, and the rest were still out there on the hunt for the next Primordial so that they could be on the rankings.
As seen by Wei’s contribution and appearance on the ranking board as well as the All-King eventually offering her a chance to be his consort, the risk of another Lioness taking their spot was very real.
Kael could actually replace them, he was not joking about it.
And then, there was Alyrat who was currently training inside a lesser time bubble with her brother, Ozia, who was also getting quite strong very fast.
Memphis, the one whom Kael had once promised that he would help her reach the Immortal tier if she joined him, had also gone to the mortalverse for something.
Kael had assumed that Memphis had gone to catch a Primordial to prove that she was worthy of being his consort. After all, that was the signal she was giving all this time.
The next news Kael was expecting from Memphis should have been either her failure or her success.
Never did he imagine that she would actually come back and ask Kael to accompany her as she tried to evolve to the immortal tier.
This was a bold move and a loophole.
Kael couldn’t quite see through what she was doing but he had a guess.
If Memphis were to become immortal, she didn’t technically need to participate in the Trial missions to prove her strength to Kael.
She could just make demands outright, not that Kael would necessarily listen to her but her words would carry significant pressure.
The appearance of a new immortal among the ranks of the lions would signify strength to all their enemies and boost the morale of the kings
All this was if she actually succeeded.
And so Kael decided to heed her call and journey to her private continent. He wanted to see what method Memphis would use evolve, and he wanted to observe the rate of success.
But what if, he thought as his arkship approached her continent, ’What if she succeeded?’
