Reincarnated as a Novel's Villain: Creator of Curses and Blessings-Chapter 32: Let’s make a deal
As soon as Hector said that, the atmosphere in the room changed completely. At this moment, Hector could sense pure killing intent in every breath of oxygen he took.
It was quite creepy for a green-mana core like him.
He had successfully provoked a purple-mana core person—someone who could kill him at any moment in this room.
"Why did you know my son?... No... I’ll drain you, then torture you until you’re praying to tell me everything." Elise licked her thick lips crazily as she gazed at Hector.
The pressure of mana shifted its target from Carl to Hector, slowly lifting him into midair, controlling his every movement.
Carl was still shivering, but when he looked at Hector, he forced himself to smirk.
"It should’ve been you from the start, not me."
Indeed, he wanted to see Hector’s desperate face after all he had suffered. At least that would comfort him somehow.
But in contrast, Hector showed no fear at all, as if everything was completely fine.
Carl scowled.
Was there something wrong in Hector’s head? Facing a purple-mana core person without fear—this situation should’ve been a death threat to a green-mana one.
Elise grinned in amusement. She hadn’t expected to see something like this... a man with such guts.
"Good~~ I always love brave men."
She chuckled in satisfaction as she assessed Hector... However, just half a second later, she scowled when Hector spoke up.
"It appears you have no worry for your son, so... I think you need to see a part of your son."
Creak!
Creak!
Creak!
Space suddenly shattered, tearing open a ragged hole in the middle of the room. An eerie roar burst out from the rift, echoing outward.
Just half a second later, a severed hand dropped out of the ragged hole.
"It’s my gift for you."
He added in an amused voice, giving the fat woman a sly, devious look.
"Your son is quite adorable. But I think you shouldn’t have tattooed a rose on his forehead."
Although his expression and reactions showed pretty confident, behind it was deep worry. He just hoped his plan would succeed.
According to the novel, Elise’s weakness was her son, but finding him was extremely hard. And even though he had read the half novel, he still had no idea where Elise’s son actually was at this point.
But he knew one thing.
He knew that Elise’s son had a tattoo, after all MC would meet him in future and make friendship—and that alone was enough to make his lie believable.
The severed hand he tossed out had belonged to some random corpse he had prepared. As long as he made Elise overthink and kept his own actions calm, his plan would succeed.
The sound of grinding teeth echoed through the room as Elise glared at Hector in rage. Her expression twisted through countless emotions as she stared at the severed hand on the floor.
Judging from the shape of the severed hand, it looked almost identical to her son’s. And on top of that, she had tattooed a rose on his forehead so she could find him easily once she broke her curse in the future.
But she didn’t expect that there was someone who knew such things. After all, only she herself knew about her son’s tattoo and where he was. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝚠𝚎𝚋𝗻𝗼𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝚘𝐦
She had no idea why.
"WHO ARE YOU, FUCKER?!" she yelled in fury, clenching her pressure around Hector, fully willing to kill him on the spot if he didn’t answer.
However, Hector merely smirked, regardless of the pain he was suffering from the bizarre mana.
That arrogant expression sent her a clear hint—if she killed him, her son would die as well.
A few seconds later, she clenched her fist in frustration and released Hector.
She let out an anxious sigh, then roared in annoyance.
"You want a deal... Fine. Let’s make a deal."
Then she commanded her underling, who was still standing behind the door.
"Prepare a contract paper for me."
Her eyes narrowed as she gazed at Carl perversely.
"Put that handsome boy in a cell for me."
Then she spoke to Hector in an amused tone.
"Your friend is my hostage. So don’t try any tricks if you want to see him alive."
Hector just shrugged and smiled quietly. He had no intention of saying that he didn’t care about Carl at all.
Let her think she was in control.
He glanced at Carl, who was pale as death and shivering. Carl even gave Hector a pleading look without realizing it.
"No problem."
After leaving the room, he could have a time to let out breath and relax. Since all things he had faced with fat women were on edge.
And, he hoped it would be worth it.
Two of them headed to a magnifical room, and sat down at a circlement table.
’’After signing the contract, you must release my son...and answer my questions,’’ Elise said. Her voice was full of hostility.
’’I have nothing to tell you.’’
Elise smirked.
’’You want your friend die?’’
Hector shrugged, showing no fear under Elise’s threats.
"Actually, he’s the one I want to add to the contract."
Elise frowned, waiting for Hector’s answer. But she quickly straightened when he said,
"He has a blessing from a God."
She clicked her tongue and sat back down, snorting with an incredulous look.
"Liar."
But when she looked into Hector’s clear blue eyes again... an irritated feeling crept into her mind.
It didn’t feel like a lie.
Hector grinned.
"You know that if we add him to the contract, it has to be true. I’m not stupid enough to write something vital to my life into a blue-tier contract paper."
Indeed, if he wrote it into a high-tier contract paper, he had to carry it out. Otherwise, he would die from the contract’s effects.
Despite having many questions, she didn’t care much. The chance to break her curse was right in front of her.
She hesitated for a moment before taking out another contract paper.
A red-tier contract paper.
"Now, I guess you can’t trick me with this one."
Hector nodded quietly, showing a trace of hesitation on purpose to trick that fat woman—behind it was a mocking smile. Sure enough, the fat woman couldn’t wait any longer, to the point she let her guard down.
He had no reason to lie at this moment, and with that kind of contract, Elise could never break it.
The momentum was on his side.
But her recklessness was understandable—she needed someone with a God-tier Blessing to break her curse...a twisted curse that forced her into endless desire, pushing her further and further away from her son ever since his birth.
She feared that one day, the curse itself might destroy what little remained between them.
There was only one method left. If she sex with Carl one hundred times, the curse would finally be broken.
"Don’t worry, MC. You’ll get plenty of benefits from this job."
