With the dragons demanding blood the humans couldn't risk heading to war with the dragons because of the war with the goblins

Facing this the higher up of the association decided to frame their old failed project one of the fallen angels Vice Wayne and with him dead no one could clear his name

To remove any possibility that could lead to the dragons retaliating, the association wiped out the city that was around the portal to the dragons world

After the city was wiped from the face of the earth the association spread new around the world about how the city fell

They told of how Vice had destroyed the city and killed everyone in the city to level up while being chased by S-Ranks and above

When Vice failed to fight off the S-Rank after the destroying the city he fled into a S-Rank dungeon were most of the people who pursued Vice died but

All wasn't lost they spoke of how Vice old friends helped the association stop Vice in the dungeon and how they held back the dragon as they escaped with this

The world was deceive and when a few dragons flew into the human world lead by Havoc the humans told them this story

That the hunters that had teleported to their world were pursuing a criminal and that criminal was the one that killed the palace guards

They told Havoc that Vice controlled the S-Ranks to clash with the queen as he rampaged through the kingdom but Havoc grinned at their stories

He didn't care what excuse the humans had whether justified or not he was sent here to destroy their world but before he could begin the human spoke again

This time instead of giving an excuse they traded information, they would tell Havoc how they came to know about the scripture in exchange for a temporary peace treaty

As much as Havoc wanted to destroy their world, his duties as prince came first

He bargained with the humans for a peace treaty that would last 7 years and the humans were displeased with this offer but it was the longest time havoc was willing to give because of this they accepted

They told Havoc the elves had offered an allience and their payment would be the scripture that the dragons had at the time

After receiving the information the few dragons in the human world left and Havoc told his parents

Because of this the elves and dragons friendship was no longer friendly and the elves could not expect the dragons to help in their war but

The elves soon found out about the temporary peace treaty between the dragons and humans because of this the elve decided to delay when the war will begin by five years

This delay crippled the humans plans to deal with the dragons but both races understood that the dragons could attack them at anytime as they fought in the goblin world

The two race forged another alliance to aid each other should the dragons attack their worlds, after this they began their attack on the goblin world then

The association received a strange report from one of their branches about Vice and five elders of the association were doubtful but they would have met if their wasn't a possibility of Vice surviving

Although the information on universal scriptures is limited all that is know is that they are all capable of breaking universal law, such as the scripture of devours that once belonged to the slime god

The scripture was capable of allowing the slime race to absorb any skill, talent and form with no training and the slime race one of the five great races

Their scripture was taken by the god of the goblin world and as for other scriptures they remain hidden from the world because even gods are willing to break laws to attain it

It is unknown how many god have scriptures and it is unknown of how many remain in the mortal world but what is know is that the scriptures in the mortals worlds will soon end

And once they do gods will ■■■■■

With the elders concluding that Vice could be alive because of the scripture they sent Nate to deal with the problem but

After a few day Nate would conclud that Vice wasn't at the sight and seers could do nothing because the all three dungeon vanished before an S-Rank seer could look into them

The elders were disappointed but decided to close the chapter on Vice life and focus on the invasion to the goblin world

They sent Livby as a leader of the human race on the goblin world and because of this Livby attained the territory system that showed how much territory the humans had in the world and the treats they faced in the world if they choose to stay

But regardless Livby stayed with the humans sent on this world then

The system showed a familiar name to Livby and a name that should have been dead

Livby sent a report to the association and again the five elders met again but this time they smiled as they were certain that Vice had the scripture

And from the information they had gathered of Vice, they were certain that Vice had died from his meeting with the queen of dragon

Because of this they concluded that the scripture helped Vice transcend death and from the information that Livby had sent they were able to conclude Vice is no longer human but a ratman that was described by Nate and Luna

And with the recording taken by a dungeon guard they now knew how Vice looked like physical the elder decided to seend another SS-Ranks to the goblin world under the pretence of being back up but

The SS-Rank true purpose would be to find Vice and with the SS-Rank being the member of the fallen angel program they were confident that Vice will soon be found

A gag order was issued to anyone that had any knowledge of Vice name reappear this year and enyone that dared to mention his name would be classified a threat against humanity

But this wasn't enough the elders reported to the churches and within seconds the gods of earth were now gazing at the goblin world.

But in the dragon world an amy was preparing to leave for the goblin would their justification for returning to the goblin world was revenge against the slime and show their resolve Havoc was assigned to leader

As the brother of the dragon that the slime queen transforms into as she rampages Havoc had a responsibility to her before she stained his brothers name that was the official story the dragon would use to stay out of the war that was taking place in the goblin world

Vice was now wanted by the association(humans), the dragons and GOD'S

With Vice location being unknown to all the only lead everyone had was that Vice was in an alliance with the slimes because of this finding the slimes was their number 1 priority

With every race in the universe now on the goblin world all those who live on that world looked to their god hoping for a miracle as they now questioned the stability of their world but somewhere on the goblin world

The ratman partially response this instability sat across a dwarf having a meal

"Are you sure you can lead me to the humans world?" The dwarf put his mug on the table as it narrowed at Vice

Vice eyes looked at the other in the bar, his face covered in garments and he wore new clothes thanks to the dwarf mugging some poor ogre

Vice leaned closer to the dwarf "all you have to do is find people who can help us and promise you with an S-Rank scroll I can lead you to the human world"

The dwarf wiped off some of the beer from his mouth as he leaned closer to Vice "and once we are are there you can pillage, murder and rape"

The dwarf smiled "great I hear that human technology is impressive.."

Vice put the food down and leaned closer to the dwarf "the goblins and some ogres went there their world knew nothing about magic but technology they had beaten every race" the dwarf took another cup

"Because of this every race that was there decided to divide the human world so the could take their technology..." the dwarf grinned

'That does explain why earth still exists, it was because of this' Vice narrowed his yes at the dwarf

"..but the technology wasn't enough so they enslaved them every single human" his smile widened "I mean their plan was genius, they told the human they would teach them magic as long a they obeyed and humans accepted"

"So in that time the humansvwere enslaved every world change" he looked at the wall around him "the way we built house and the weapons we used, once all we had were swords and magic but now we have guns and missiles..."

Vice eyes widened 'we stopped making missiles because they were usless against S-Rank and explosion scroll are better any way so why would they make missiles'

"Although their technology was impressive it lacked magic but we dwarves knew that..." he leaned closer and lowered his voice "...so before the goblins were told to leave the earth we tricked those stupid humans into stopping making missiles hahaha" he chuckled

"Were these human missiles that impressive?" Vice spoke in hushed tone

"No those thing could barely kill an S-Rank but once we dwarves touched them we could even threaten a god if it tried to step out of line" his face had turned pink from the beer

'If I get those weapons the thing I could do? But how does he know this?' Vice narrowed his eyes at the dwarf "how do you know this?"

His cheerful face seemed less cheerful as his smile wavered "every man has a past" he stared at the table
